MANNULUS mortem

Twilight sparkle lay in bed. Tears stream from her eyes. She has never felt the pain she felt today.  it put her into so much agony. she looks to the side of her bed. A camera lay next to it. she sighs and her horn glows. The camera turns on. he makes it start to record.

"my name is twilight sparkle." the words chokes out from the depths of her heart. "Equestria has fallen....all is lost. do to a plague" she tears up more as she levitates the pictures of the ones she held dear. she lays them before her.  "patient Zero was infected in ponyvill. but we cant truly tell for sure." she pauses and cries whispering to herself to be strong and carry on. "we believe patient zero was infected around midnight. we know this do to infection rate." she starts to cry so hard. she knows she has limited time to say what she needs to say. she straightens her neck and clears her throat. "me and my friends where in Canterlot when it all started. Celestia wanted us for a simple decorating task." sighs "but none of that is important. all that matters is that if your listening and you know how this all went down" she wipes her mane out of her face "We where about to finish when the letter arrive. it was from big mac." sighs "I read it and it clearly depicted distress."

"dear Apple jack. Apple Bloom and her friends have come down with something. she cries for her sister. you.  Please come quick she needs you. love Big Mac"

"it ended just like that. of course I thought nothing overly big about it at the time. all it was to me was just another poor sick pony." she tears up. "so when a week later Apple Jack returned and Apple bloom was dead. I was devastated" she hits her hoof on the bed in anger. her eyes s full of tears. "how...how  could such a thing happen to a beautiful filly." she feels like stopping the camera Twilight is letting her emotions get the best of her. " I still cant believe they're gone" she cough and cries at the same time. she losses track of how much time she has wasted crying. she eventually comes to her senses and starts to talk again. "it was long until Sweetie Bell passed as well"

Twilight sits for a couple seconds as if lost in thought.

"After their funerals Rarity and Applejack where rather silent...... they didn't really want to talk about it." she sighs she taps her hoof "I remember Equestria as a lively beautiful place.... I find it hard to picture that world now" she stands up out of bed to go show you what the world looks like now. she levitates the camera and puts a mask on. she steps out into the halls. dead corpses line the floor along with body bags. all of the bodies appear to have been bleeding from the eyes. she has tears coming from her eyes as she walks. then she speaks her voice muffled slightly by the medical mask. "we know the symptoms but we still never found a way to stop it. you bleed from the eyes that's the big one. If your watching this you probably know more about it than I do." she looks at the camera when she suddenly bleeds from her right eye. the camera cuts
