A school was nearly demolished, hundreds of students were temporarily turned into mindless zombies (possibly by some sort of pathogen, or mind control), and a powerful flying demonic entity claimed to want to conquer the world. Need I say more? This is more than enough to encourage a response by the International Security Bureau to investigate.
This is just my take on what would most likely occur in the aftermath of EG, with a tiny bit extra. Probably a little stale, but I had a bit of time on my hands as I clean my computer.
