For awhile without Rainbow Dash by his side, Quill is hired into a Rebel Raiding group. He basically became an assassin. His boss, Gilda then gives him an order he just cannot do. Quill remembers the good and bad memories until he makes a stand and lets go of his cruel nature for a change, because he doesn't want anything happening to the one person he loves.
