I also do not own Monster Hunter, which is owned by Capcom. Sleep. That's all I want right now.   I groaned as I ran from the enormous beast that was currently chasing me. Feeling the pain that comes with exhaustion, I quicked my pace. There's no way in Hell I was getting killed today. Quickly, I risked a glance at the beast chasing me. Bad idea. As I turned my glance back towards the road, I felt cold stone against my face. Then I felt a searing pain. Yeah, today is a good day.   I quickly stood up, regaining my composure. Great, now my armor is scratched up, I thought to myself. If I don't hurry, that monster is gon- "RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYY!" Note to self: Don't piss the guild sweethart off again. Ever.   As soon as I realized I had been backed into a wall, I rolled back onto the ground and balled my self up. I heard footsteps land near my head. "GIVE ME MY CAP BACK!" I began laughing, quiet at first, but soon I was rolling around, laughing uncontrollably. "Yeah, yeah, fine. Here's your hat back." I said after finally catching my breath. I handed over her red cap, resting it on top of her head. "You're no fun Sweets. Ya' just can't take a joke, can you?" I stated, smirking. She shot me a death glare before saying, "Bite me." Smiling, I stood up, dusting myself off. Looking towards the village, I began slowly walking towards it. "We better hurry back, the Chief will have my head if he figures out I was goofing off." I said. "Pffffft. Relax, he will cut you some slack. You don't usually get into trouble, and you're never really social. If he hears you were goofing off, I bet he'll just think you were FINALLY trying to make a friend!" She spat, with venom in her tone. "Are you suggesting I have no friends?" "That IS what I'm implying. Glad to see you're finally catching on." "Shut up." Finally entering the village, I said goodbye to the Guild Sweethart as we parted ways. Going back to my house, I noticed Junior beckonning me over to him. I changed course and wandered over to him, wondering what's up. "Hey, what's up Junior?" I asked. "Well, right now, nothing much. However, I have a quest for you. And it's pretty important." He answered. "Alright, what's the quest?" "I need you to find the source of these earthquakes that have been happening recently. Think you can do that?" Yawning, I nodded and said, "Yeah. I'll head out tonight. I'm tired. See ya' later buddy." Turning back towards my home, I jogged away from Junior. Finally, peace and quiet here I come. And sleep to! ****** Slowly, I opened my eyes, suprised to see no light was flooding through. Looking at the clock I noticed it was 8' O clock. Time to go on Junior's quest. Hopping out of bed, I stretched my arms. After a few moments of stretching I walked over to my Blue Item Box stuffed in the back of my "house". Opening it, I was met with the glorious sight of scales and bones, as well as potions and commodities that had been neatly organized inside the box. Shufflling through my items I pulled out my well done steaks. I quickly ate one, instantly loving the feeling of a full stomach. Moving on from my chest, I walked over to my Equipment Box. Pulling out my set of Azure Rathalos Gunner armor, as well as my trusty Rathling gun, I quickly donned my equipment and was ready to depart. Walking back out into the village, I found it extremely quiet. I smiled as I began to admire the place I had spent my last 3 years of my life. I looked at Neko's ship, floating on top of the ocean, sails flapping about in the breeze. Then I looked to my right at the Smithy. Lots of memories there. Mainly finding out I got the wrong kind of scales to make this, or "you need a rathalos plate for that". Yeah. Good times. Noticing the Guild Sweethart snoring away on the job, I decided to cause more mayhem. Pulling out one of my flashbombs, I snuck up in front of her desk. Carefully, I lit the devise and dropped it onto the desk. Then I turned around and shut my eyes as tight as I could. Seeing a flash of light behind my closed eyelids, I prepared myself for the worst. "RRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYY!" Turning around quickly, and flashing the enraged women a quick smile, I said "Oh, sorry, did I disturb your sleep?" After getting an obviously well thought out and organized lecture entitled " Why to never piss me off ever again" and signed up for the quest junior gave me, I headed back to my home to prepare. Looking through my box of items debating on what to bring, I felt a strange shaking underneath me. Strange. Realizing the feeling was getting bigger, I tried to think clearly. Is this another earthquake? Is everyone else feeling this? Are they okay? Scared, unsure what to do, I began to pace around. Should I warn everyone? Where are they? While pacing the shaking in the earth just continued to rumble, getting larger and larger. At this point I couldn't stay balanced and the next thing I saw was my bed's headrest getting larger. Then my world turned black. ****** Waking up, to find myself laying on the floor, still wearing all my equipment got me wondering what the hell happened last night. Sitting up, I began to rub my head. "Damn, my head hurts." I groaned, trying to stand. After accomplishing balance, I began to remember what happened. The earthquake! Ignoring my throbbing head, I sprinted outside to check on the village. Silence. Not a sound was heard. Looking around, I noticed the whole village was gone. In fact, the whole woods was gone too! My brain slowly began piecing this together. I must be crazy. That's the only explaination. Here I am, everything I know gone and replaced by new landscape and strange colorful creatures. Wait... the creatures... what are they? Seeing one of the strange kelbi like creatures stepforth, I wondered if they were friendly. I looked at the one that stepped foward. It was purple, with what appeared to be a purple mane, as well as a purple horn, and purple wings. That's a little too much purple, friend. Stepping closer to the creature, I got a better look at it. It deffinetly wasn't anything I've seen. "Hello little creature. How ya' doing?" I said, hoping that they are friendly. "Y-you s-s-speak?!?!" For some reson, I got the feeling they're more confused than I am.
