Equestria Uber Alles! (Prologue)

This had been going back and forth for a few minutes now, The Equitum Dei Rebels were obviously have some trouble breaking the magic seals holding the door closed, those same seals being held intact by a handful of royal guards, that is, the ones that didn't desert the Princesses when the rebels fought their way into Canterlot. "Never, Traitor Scum!"
CRASH! There are spliners of wood flying through the air, and ponies in magenta cloaks rushing into the room. this was it. the Princesses would be killed, and Equestria would be taken over by the Equitum Dei.
Or that's what would have happened if they hadn't already fled the city at the behest of Shining Armour, Then prince of the crystal empire. "It was our only option Twilight, please, stop crying" The Gentle voice of Princess Luna wakes twilight from her daze. "there was nothing you could do Twilight, their deaths weren't your fault". "I can still hear them, Luna, i can still hear them screaming, i can still see the bolts of magic flying around everywhere, i can still see Celes-" She was cut off by Luna wrapping her wing around twilight. "i know twilight, i can too, but we have to be strong and get through this." Twilight's Crying begins to ease off from Luna's comforting words. "But what do we do now Luna? the whole of Equestria has fallen, and Celestia is in no state to help us!". Luna appears thoughtful for a moment. "Twilight, we have to take Equestria back and restore the peace. Let us only hope that the crystal empire has not befallen a similar Fate". Despite this newfound resolution, Twilight could still hear the drum beats from the rebel army, and hear the chanting over and over, Equestria Over All!
