A little mare once told me that a little kindness goes along way, when I first heard that statement I thought it was nothing more than an immature view on reality. The view of one who is without the wisdom that time and experience brings but now I realise that it was my closed minded view of those words blinded me to their true meaning. Fortunately through the efforts of the same mare I am now enlightened shame it took such a long time though.

A strange visitor once told me that everyone has strength whether it is in body or mind it was somewhere but I didn’t believe it I always thought I would be the same scaredy pony forever. But whenever he looked at me I saw that he believed it even when I didn’t he would always push me to be stronger to stand tall. He promised to keep me safe but I knew he couldn’t do it forever there would be some day when I would have to stand alone and when that day came I knew he believed in me so I thought maybe I should start too shame it took such a long time though
