"How much longer until were picked up? It better be soon I hate creepy places like this. Especially with a broken wing." Rainbow dash sat at a staircase holding a specially crafted knife designed for her hooves. No she isn't in Equestria she is in a part of eastern Europe on earth after being sent by Celestia to find twilight and Trixie.

She wasn't alone there were 4 soldiers of something called the 101st airborne with her. They were currently in an old base that was boarded up and empty waiting for someone to pick them up. Why were they there? Well the plane they were on had ran out of fuel and crashed and during that event one of dashes wing got broken and the troops carried her to the base they had found. the soldiers had lost their weapons as well so they grabbed whatever weapons and ammo was in the base.

"We told you dash its going to take till sunrise at best. just try to sleep while we stay on lookou...." There was a distant almost monsterish shriek/moan from outside. the leader of the group sargent Samuel picked up his recently acquired MG-42 and went to one of the boarded up windows and looked out seeing what looked like a Nazi soldier. But something was off the soldier had yellow eyes and bloodied grayed skin and he was limping with blood and black goo dribbling out of his mouth.

In the end he decided better safe than sorry and yelled to everybody else, "Contact!"  as he shot the soldier 3 times in the chest but....he didn't go down now he was at a jogging speed even. Then he sprayed about 20 bullets over the soldier killing him but soon there was about 60 bodies outside just at that window!

"All men into position! Be carful these maggots aren't human so be safe!" With that everybody was at a window shooting advancing bodies. While dash was at an unoccupied window stabbing a body that was trying to break in. The soldiers were completely surrounded. Soon rainbow dash couldn't hold the monsters off and about 2 got in and headed from the window and headed towards the sargent that is when she yelled. "BEHIND YOU!"

The sargent turned and screamed as he shot the monsters down like Swiss cheese. Soon though the perimeter was starting to get overrun one of the troops yelled. "Jesus their all over the place!" soon all the windows that were boarded up had been broken and began letting loads of these freaks in.

All of the soldiers formed a diamond around rainbow das back to back and began shooting anything that got near. They then headed upstairs where they found a rocket launcher and a flame thrower the soldiers picked them up and headed back down the stairs. When they got back down their were about a 100 freaks waiting for them but soon were decimated by 2 machineguns and a flame thrower.

But one of the soldiers got wounded and fell to the ground but still used his sidearm to continue fighting. Rainbow dash meanwhile watched from the top of the staircase in horror at the carnage going on. The soldier that was wounded  eventually died out. The soldier that had the rocket launcher scooted the other two who were still shooting and yelled, "LETS PUSH THE BASTERDS BACK!!"

After he yelled that he shot the launcher tearing up all the monsters in the mob line-up. But more and more freaks kept coming they eventually had to retreat upstairs completely. The soldier who yielded the rocket launcher picked up what was called a trench-gun and shot the ones coming from windows that were upstairs.

Soon they had to leave the main room upstairs and were pushed back to the only other part of the 2cd story. there they soon found more barriers and a cabinet. One of the men opened it and found a sniper he put it to good use and shot the oil canisters around the base taking chunks out of the seemingly endless horde.

Rainbow dash was scared and tried helping by finding a way for them to get out of this mess. She spotted a staircase leading downstairs. She had to tell them they were almost out of ammunition and space to move, "Hey over here a way downstairs hurry!!!"

"Understood lets move it in 1....2....3 Now!!!" With that they broke formation and headed to the staircase and broke open its barricade. When the four got down the stairs they found a box with what looked like a golden question mark on it. Rainbow dash went up and touched it. As soon as she did it came to life and opened showing millions of guns. It kept cycling through before it landed on a double barrel shot-gun. One of the soldiers picked it up nodding to rainbow dash as a sign of gratitude. They barricaded the staircase but soon the brick wall began opening bit by bit.

The sargent started to panic but saw a small sized hole not big enough for him or one of his men but....big enough for rainbow. "Rainbow see that hole go to it take this compass and head west the transport is on its way from there. I wish we could go to but my men and I cant fit we need you to make it....and don't worry well blow these basterds to hell with us...now hurry go!"

Rainbow was in tears but nodded and left. once she was about 5 feet out of the hole and away from the hellish base she heard gunfire. She ran faster and when she looked back she saw it blow to high hell killing everything there. As she left to the west the sun came up and she thought one last thought before she went to sleep. I will avenge you...I'll avenge you all don't worry.
