Orphan

Caramel worked in the Ponyville hospital the night after Rainbow Dash's Birthday. But later that night had Caramel been seeing the all the lights flicker in the hospital. Doors opened by themselves too. Caramel had a flashback of seeing nurses evacuate the hospital.

"We have to evacuate the patients now." a nurse shouted.

"Just get them all out now." another pony shouted.

The pony got startled by seeing living dead patients stand beside him under the flickering lights. But the living dead patients had suddenly been gone. The flickering lights and the moving doors stopped by itself. Caramel could not find any rest after seeing these ghostly flashbacks. The doctor called the six ponies and Spike the next morning after seeing these hauntings in the hospital.

"There had strange things going on in the hospital for days now." alicorn Twilight read.

"The other nurses told me that this is an old hospital, and many ponies from old time haven't been left yet." the alicorn were reading.

Twilight, Spike and the other five ponies went over to see why that place still had visits by living dead ponies.

"Hey, Twilight long time no see." Caramel said to Twilight and gave a smile.

"It's good to see you and your friends again." the alicorn told the doctor and smiled.

"Well, the thing is that I had flashbacks, things moved by themselves and I saw ghost patients too." Caramel said to the alicorn.

The six ponies and Spike also noticed that the light flickered too, but it was not any technical problems. Twilight and her friends thought they saw patients, but they got startled by seeing them suddenly vanish.

"I see these things too, and they are old patients who refuses to go away." Twilight told the doctor.

Later on had the ponies, the doctor and Spike found very old pictures of the hospital. The ponies and Spike got startled by seeing ghost like ponies on all of the pictures. In another room had Twilight and her friends found old journals and cards that haven't been used in 100 years. The ponies and Spike heard a lot of patients talk, but they were not there.

"I will now clean the hospital for these ghosts." the alicorn said.

Rarity and Twilight touched horns. A blinding ray came to sight. The entities they vanished from the hospital. It felt like there haven't

been any ghost patients at all.

"It seems like all the ghosts had been gone back to their place." Twilight said to the doctor and smiled.

But still the ponies and Spike had to find out why that hospital had to be evacuated for so long ago. It could had been an outbreak that caused the hospital to be emptied at that time. The hospital went back to it's normal after days of these hauntings.
