Doctor Whooves: Cutie Marks and the Daleks
Chapter 2
The Doctor woke up in pain. Ow, thought the Doctor.
Looking around, the Doctor noticed Apple Bloom, hurting.
"Huh?" Said Apple Bloom, waking up. "What happened?" Asked Apple Bloom.
"You are injured." Said the Doctor, scanning her with the sonic.
"Who are you?" Asked Apple Bloom.
"Don't tell anyone this but... I'm the Doctor." Answered the Doctor. "Ohhh. So, that explains why you know I'm injured." She said. "Something like that." Said the Doctor.
Before Apple Bloom could reply, she heard something. It was some sort of robotic voice. She could have sworn it said "EXTERMINATE!"
"No." Said the Doctor."How did you get here?" "What is it?" Asked Apple Bloom. "Wake up your friends, get them out of here, and RUN!" The Doctor said in a quiet scared voice.
"I have a friend of my own to help me."
ONE HOUR EARLIER
Ditzy Doo was at her house. Just watching TV.
Why can't the Doctor come back, and make my boring day better? Thought Ditzy.
All of a sudden she heard a loud BANG. She looked outside. "OH NO!" Exclaimed Ditzy.
She watched as a building collapsed. "Oh my!"
ONE HOUR LATER
Ditzy was worrying.
What in Equestria could have possibly happened? What could have caused it? The questions ran through her head.
She had been worrying for an hour. Almost like time was fast. It seemed as if she was thinking so much, that she could speed time. All of a sudden, three children and Twilight Sparkle walked out. "OH MY GOODNESS!" Ditzy Exclaimed. "Those are the Cutie Mark Crusaders."
She quickly rushed outside to meet them. "Are you alright?" She said when she got to them.
"I think." Said Apple Bloom, painfully.
Then a man walked out. But, this time, it was the Doctor. Her Time-Lord friend was in there.
"DALEKS!" Shouted the Doctor. "Daleks? What are they?" Asked Ditzy.
"They are evil, they only wish to destroy, and conquer." Answered the Doctor. "Sounds bad." Said Ditzy.
All of a sudden, they saw Daleks coming out of the building.
"RUN!" Yelled the Doctor. Ditzy was running along with everyone else.
But, what caught her eye, was the holders of the Elements Of Harmony trying to stop the Daleks.
"Stop!" Yelled the Doctor. "The Elements of Harmony are no match for Daleks!"
"The Power of Friendship can stop anything." Said Rarity. "Not these things!" Said the Doctor.
They didn't listen to the Doctor. All they did was try. And they failed. For the first time the Power of Friendship failed them.
No way, thought Rarity. I thought the Power of Friendship could solve anything.
All of a sudden, a big burst of pain went through her and her friends, along with the words "EXTERMINATE!".
"NO!" Yelled the Doctor, in an angry way.
"Are they...?" Ditzy would've finished, but she already knew the answer. "Yes." Replied the Doctor, already knowing the question.
They were gone. Or the Doctor thought, anyway.
He quickly ran to the Dalek ship. He went inside. But, it was a trap! Taken hostage by the Daleks.
FOUR HOURS LATER
The six woke up in a spaceship of some sort.
"Where are we?" Asked Rarity. "I don't know." Replied Fluttershy.
"We died..." Said Pinkie Pie.
"Wait..." Said Apple Jack. "We did die..." They all screamed.
"My head..." said Rarity.
"Fight it." said a mysterious voice. But, this mysterious voice was Time Turner.
"Time Turner!" Said Pinkie.
"Did they kill you too?" asked Twilight. "No." Replied the Doctor.
"Now, fight the conversion." He said.
"What do you mean, conversion? Asked Rainbow Dash.
"You are being turned into Dalek." The Doctor replied. They all got scared.
"And, my real name isn't Time Turner, it's the Doctor." "DOCTOR?!" They all said, simultaneously.
The Doctor then pulled out a communicator. Activating it, he reached the three fillies he had met before.
"Hello, it's the Doctor." He said.
"Hi, Doctor. Are you alright?" Said Apple Bloom through the com-link.
"Yes, I need you and the... uhh." What was the name? He thought. "Oh, yes. The Cutie Mark Crusaders, to help me save Equestria."
"COOL!" All three of them replied. "CUTIE MARK CRUSADER EQUESTRIA SAVERS ARE GO!"
"And, also, Cutie Mark Crusader Dalek Avoiders." Said the Doctor. Of, course, avoiders isn't a word, but to three young fillies it was. "Now, here is the plan," Said the Doctor.

The Cutie Mark Crusaders were on their way to the Doctor through this strange thing he called the Tardis.
"Okay, remember what the Doctor said." said Apple Bloom.
"We know," replied Scootaloo.
"Go in the Tardis, and get the teleporter, and stick it in the hole between the lever, and the buttons." all three said, simultaneously.
When they made it to the Phone-Box-Looking-Tardis, they went inside.
"Okay, we put the thingy in the..." Scootaloo couldn't quite come up with the name. "Thingy." she finished.
"Okay, now what?" asked Sweetebelle. "We wait." replied Scootaloo.
They suddenly heard the sounds of a WHOOSH. And, they felt like they weren't in Ponyville anymore.
"When do they get here?" asked Ditzy.
"They will be here soon." replied the Doctor.
"WE ARE CRASHIN'!" exclaimed Apple Bloom.
"I think it's supposed to make that noise." said Scootaloo.
"I think the brakes are on!" said Sweetebelle.
The three Crusaders looked at each other. "Nah." they said, simultaneously.
Then, they landed. They opened the door, to see their Time-Lord friend.
"Welcome." said the Doctor.
"Now, everyone in the Tardis!" commanded the Time Lord.
Everyone rushed in. But, the Daleks were watching them the whole time.
"RUN!" yelled the Doctor.
Before the Doctor could hesitate, he was caught in a trap. A plasma trap.
He blacked out instantly.
Waking up, the Doctor found himself alone.
He had taught Ditzy to fly the Tardis. He had hoped it all payed off.
He noticed as he opened his eyes, he was in a Dalek interrogation room.
"Who are you?" said a Dalek.
"Well," said the Time Lord. "you won't believe it, but I'm the Doctor."
The Daleks started to worry. The Doctor could tell.
"Doctor sighted, Doctor sighted!" said the Dalek.
"Exterminate, exterminate!" said the other.
The Doctor had to act fast. "Hello, I have one question for you," said the Doctor. "Doctor Who?"
"Doctor Who? Doctor Who? Doctor Who?" said the Daleks repeatedly.
"Explain!" they all said at the same time.
"The answers are in the uh..." He thought for a moment. "The window, yes, the window."
The Daleks rushed to the window. The Doctor ran away, quickly.

Chapter 1
It was a nice day in Ponyville. Especially for the Doctor.
He had once come in his TARDIS and ended up in this world. But, entering this dimension forced his body to change it's shape. Kinda painful at first, but then you get the hang of it.
"Hey, Pinkie Pie." Said the Doctor passing Pinkie, on his daily stroll through town. "Hey, Time Turner." Said Pinkie.
Now, Pinkie thought the Doctor's name was Time Turner. Mainly cause he lied to her. He lied to everypony that his name was Time Turner.
"So, where are you going?" Asked Pinkie, curiously. "I am walking around town, patrolling for alie-" He stopped. He didn't want Pinkie to know his secret. "Uhh... Did I say patrolling? I meant walking..." Said the Doctor, nervously. "Well, I have to go!" Exclaimed the Doctor.
"Okay...?" Said Pinkie. "Really suspicious."
The Doctor decided to stop his patrolling. He had found nothing. If he did, Twilight and her friends would've stopped them.
Hmm... Thought the Doctor. Those ponies appear to be attempting to skydive. He watched as they jumped off. They were about to die! The Doctor ran as fast as he could. He pulled out his Sonic Screwdriver.
I need to save them, but how? The Doctor then saw a unicorn. Except, this was no ordinary unicorn. This was Twilight Sparkle.
"Don't worry, Time Turner." Said Twilight. "I got them."
The Doctor noticed her wings. I forgot she is a princess now. The Doctor stared as the Alicorn brought them down to safety.
"Now don't try that again." Said Twilight. "We just wanted our Cutie Marks." Said the yellow one.
"Apple Bloom, do you really think that is jumping off a cliff is the way to get your cutie mark?" Apple Bloom. So that's her name. What about the other two fillies?
"No, but we were trying to be Cutie Mark Crusader Skydivers..." Apple Bloom looked sad. "Come on, Sweetebelle, and Scootaloo."
Ah. Now it's coming together. Thought the Doctor. But before he could think more, a building right by exploded and knocked them unconscious.
