Harmonious collision of worlds: a Sonic adventure
It was quite peacefull a night in Canterlot. Everypony was already asleep, except for Princess' Luna royal guards and the Princess Luna herself. Luna is a dark blue alicorn with cyan eyes, wavy, blue mane and tail with white sparks in them, continously flowing in wind. She has black crown, black chestplace with white moon and light blue boots on her hoofs. Her cutie mark was half-moon on a dark background. Princess was standing on her balcony, watching Canterlot at nighttime. She was disturbed by a sudden voice.
"Intruder alert! Protect Princess Luna and Princess Celestia!" Luna without hestitation ran to her guards to ask then what's wrong. When she noticed one of them, she asked "What's wrong?".
Her guard bowed before her and answered "We're sorry Princess, but intruder has gotten away! The Elements of Harmony have been stolen, but the thief left a message!" when he said that, he handed a piece of paper to Princess Luna. After reading a message she ran with anger on her face to her sister.
"Tia!" she started. "Wake up! We have a problem!" she continued after bursting in her sister's room. Her sister's name was Celestia and she was a white alicorn with magenta eyes, wavy, green, pink and blue mane and tail. They were continously flowing, like her sisters' mane and tail. Celestia have golden chestplace and golden crown, both with a purple gem in them and golden boots on her hoofs. She has a sun as a cutie mark.
When Princess Celestia woke up, she asked "What is it Luna?". After that, Princess Luna handed her thief's message.
"Bwa ha ha ha ha ha ha! If you want your precious Elements back dear rulers of Equestria, then meet me tomorrow morning in Ponyville. Ha ha ha ha ha! Signed - I. R.".
"What shall we do, sister?" Luna asked.
"I'm going to send letter to Twilight and let her know about that." Celestia answered. After that, she took a piece of paper and with her quill she started write a message. Princess Celestia the sent her message and hoped, that she will reason with that 'I. R.'.
---Meanwhile, on Mobius.---
There was a hut on top of a small hill. Inside of it, there were 4 characters.
"Tails, have you finished that thing you were working on?" asked impatiently a certqin blue hedgehog. His name is Sonic and he's got big, long spikes on his back, green eyes and blue fur with pale arms and chest. He's wearing white gloves and red and white pointy shoes with white footing. Sonic is also called 'The fastest thing alive'.
"Hold on Sonic, just a moment." answered a bit childish voice. It came from a two tailed fox, with blue eyes, yellow fur with white patch on his chest, white gloves and shoes, just like Sonic's, but less pointy. His name is Miles 'Tails' Prower. He was working with his machine but nobody actually knew, what was it for.
In the corner of the room there was red echidna with spikes on his white gloves, purple eyes, a white bow-like mark on his chest and red, green and yellow shoes. His name is Knuckles the Echidna. Next to him stood a black hedgehog with red eyes, white patch on his chest, white gloves, long spikes on his back with red stripes and white shoes with thrusters on its red footings. It's Shadow the Hedgehog.
"By the way, what do you need the Chaos Emerals for?" asked Knuckles with suspence in his voice. He didn't know exactly what his friends where doing. Most of the time he spends on Angel Island, guarding the Master Emerald, so he doesn't have too much free time. "I had to ask Espio to protect the Master Emerald, but he said that I have to be back soon." he added.
"Well..." Tails started "If my readings are correct, using the chaos energy from the Chaos Emeralds may open a portal to a diffrent world. Could you imagine it? Exploring new worlds, meeting new friends... I can't wait to see if this works."
The Chaos Emeralds are mysterious gems with unlimited power. There are seven of them and every one of them is in different color - green, yellow, silver, blue, red, cyan and purple. Tails has the yellow one.
Shadow asked "So exactly why did Sonic bring me here?" Shadow doesn't like anyone at all. The only one person that he cared about was Maria Robotnik, a 12 year old girl with long, blonde hair and blue eyes. Most of the time she was wearing a long blue skirt. She was killed right in front of Shadow's eyes. It was the worst thing that has ever happened to him.
"Oh, come on now, Shadow! Don't you like the idea of visiting another worlds with ease?" asked Sonic
"Hmph." answered Shadow.
For like 2 minutes nobody said anything untill Tails broke the silence "And done!".
"It's about time." said Shadow with his typical, cold as ice voice. At that moment Tails put a Chaos Emerqld in his machine.
"So this thing is supposed to make a portal to a different world, right?" asked Sonic.
"Yup. I just hope, that it'll work..." answered Tails while pulling down the lever. After that, he started type something and look on machine's screen.
His hope has suddenly turned into disappointment. "Oh, come on! What's wrong with this? It was suppossed to work!" Tails tried his best to make his machine work, but it was no use.
For a while, there was silence. Knuckles was the first one to speak up.
"Sooo... it didn't work, right?" after saying that, all eyes went at him. He stared at everyone, before adding "Just a simple question."
"I think that I have to work on this a bit more..." said Tails with disappointment in his voice "Good night everyone and thanks for coming." he finished, waving at others.
When Tails was alone, he noticed something. Some cables were torn off machine. There was also a shuriken with a mark, that looked like a face with big moustache laying close to the machine. He knew what it mean and decided to repair his invention.
---Meanwhile, somwhere in the sky.---
There was a giant air ship-shaped fortress in the sky.
"Hoo ho ho ho ho ho ho!" sounded from it's inside. There was a fat man with red jacket, black shoes, black pants, white gloves, gogles on top of his head, dark-blue glasses on his face and a really big brown moustache. This is Doctor Ivo 'Eggman' Robotnik and he was the one, that was laughing.
"Stealing those Elements was like taking a candy from a baby!" he continued "Thanks to my latest creation - the Egg Ninja!" he finished pointing at a black robot, it's body shaped like an egg with several little red or blue squares scattered across it's body and a red belt on it's head.
"Yes doctor, but what will we do with those Elemetns?" asked one of Eggman's robots. It was Orbot. Bottom of his body is a half orb, black on the outside and silver on the inside. Out of it came a black, small sphere with blue lights on both of it sides. Then there was a silver pipe, black on both sides, another small black sphere, this time with red circles on its sides, another pipe and another small black sphere. Out of this sphere came his arms and on end of them - his hands. Finally - his head. It's placed on top of his body. The bottom of his head is black and a bit smaller than his top half, which is red. Orbot has blue eyes placed right between both halves of his head and blue mouth on the bottom half. Orbot doesn't like Eggman too much, but he obeys him, because he doesn't want to be turned to scrap metal.
"Well..."Eggman started. "According to my readings, the Elements of Harmony are the only protection of Equestria and that's because they hold very much power in them, but only their respective owners can use them."
Orbot seemed confused at that. Why would he need them, if he can't use them? He asked about that and recieved his answer.
"It's good thing that you asked that, Orbot." said Eggman "I'm not going to use them. Not for now." he continued "They're only a bait for rulers of Equestria." as he finished, he stroke his big moustache. Orbot seemed to understand his plan.
"So, you're going to take over Equstria and then this planet, am I right?" asked orbot.
"Yes," answered Eggman and continued "and because of my little sabotage of foxboy's machine, no-one will stop me!" he finished with a loud laugh.
