Neon walked through the castle - heading to his study. He had just gotten done with the last of his classes for the day, and normally the classes Neon had to take to learn how the parliament and other runnings of Equestria worked didn’t wear him out, but recently his sleep had been restless and he had been having odd dreams; dreams of a faceless pony doing strange things to him in his sleep and yet when he woke up he could never remember what they had been about. Meanwhile in another part of the Castle Luna and Celestia were enjoying dinner together as they always did after they had completed the end of the day rituals of Celestia lowering her sun and Luna raising her moon. “Sister have you noticed anything peculiar about our young Neon?” Asked Luna before she took another bite of her salad and wiped her mouth. “He seems to be more drained than usual, and a little more jumpy but other than that no sister, why do you ask?” Celestia Replied looking out the window as the starry night-time sky. “ I worry about him Tia, he’s had enough sadness in his life. Having being born a vampony, his mother rejecting him, his father dying; It’s the reason I adopted him, I wanted him to know what it feels like to have a real mother, a real family. Celestia smiled as she watched her sister continue to pick at her salad, her thoughts on her adoptive son. “You’re such a kind soul Luna, Is it because he can relate to you?” “What do you mean Sister?” Luna Stood and walked over to the window and Celestia followed. “I mean that he knows how it feels to be alone, an outcast, like you used to be love.” Explained Celestia taking her younger sister in her wing and hugging her. “Yeah, I guess you could say that.” Sighed Luna looking out at her moon, memories of her darkest times, save for her banishment raising to the surface and making her cry slightly. “Go, see if he’s still awake, if he is then you should talk to him about your worries. I mean you are his mother after all, if something truly is bugging him; then as his mother it’s your duty to make sure that you do everything in your power to make him feel better, and maybe just maybe it will make you feel happy as well Luna. “Thank you Tia, I will. You know sister you always seem to know so much, I missed you when I was gone. “I missed you too Luna, now go and take care of your son.” Said Celestia smiling as she watched Luna leaving the dining hall. <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> “So much work.” Moaned Neon as he stared at the paper he was writing about the pre-Celestian rule and the times Unicorns raised the sun and moon on their own. It was then that Neon heard three sharp knocks on his study door. “Enter.” Said Neon confused he was unsure on who would be visiting him in this late hour as his mother had her duties to attend to and no doubt his aunt would be asleep so that she would be ready for another day. “Neon, It’s me sweetheart.” Said Luna as she entered the study and closed the door lightly behind her. “Mother, don’t you have to be in your night court?” Asked Neon shuffling the papers and straightening them out. “The court can be held tomorrow if necessary, there is nothing that cannot be addressed by Celestia if need be, you are my priority.” Said Luna starting a fire in the grate and motioning Neon to come and join her. “I’ve noticed that you’ve been carrying yourself in a different way than normal recently, tell me, what’s been on your mind?” Continued Luna once Neon had put his homework away and joined Luna by the fireside. “I don’t know what you mean.” Sighed Neon turning his head away from Luna in an attempt to avoid looking his mother in the eyes as he knew what she would see there, he was never good at hiding his emotions, but in the case of the three thousand year old Alicorn it was impossible. “Neon, you shouldn’t bottle up your emotions, it only leads to them building up until you let them out in a emotional overload, or they drive you to insanity.” Explained Luna as she held the pegasus in a tight hug as she tried breaking through the wall Neon had put between himself and other ponies. “You are skittish and jumpy, more so than usual that is and you're not in as good of a mood as normal these last few moons, so tell me what is on your mind, and know this I don’t want to, but know I will check your dreams if it becomes a necessity.” “Dreams,” Sighed Neon. “What stupid things.” “Have you been having nightmares?” Asked Luna drawing the conclusion from what Neon said. “Not so much nightmares as dreams that I can’t make heads nor tails of, and as soon as I wake up, I cannot remember what they were about.” He Explained as he nuzzled into his mother’s warm coat. “There is a connection that I can remember though.” Neon got up and dug through the chest that he had brought with him to the castle when Luna had adopted him, it didn’t have much and so it didn’t take him long to find what he was searching for. “Neon?” Asked Luna as she watched him hesitate. “You’ll always love me right?” Asked Neon as he held on to the item he was still hiding in the chest. “Neon, I’ve been alive for over three thousand years there is nothing you could show me that would make me love you any less.” Said Luna seriously. “Okay here it goes.” Sighed Neon as he pulled the item out of the chest and laid it on the floor, it was a diaper, but he didn’t stop there as he pulled out more items such as a onesie, a bottle, a pacifier, even a rattle; what was strange about these items were that each and every one of them were sized to be used and worn by a full grown pony. “So, now you know.” Whispered Neon as he turned away from Luna, who quickly came behind her son and embraced him in her aura. “So you are an adult foal, and that is okay my child, believe me when I say there are so many worse things that somepony could be, and I don’t find it surprising in the least, not when I take all I know about you into consideration.” Luna Smiled as she held him close. “So you don’t find it weird or creepy? Neon asked once Luna had put him back on the ground. “Not in the least my child.” Said Luna as she laid back down next to the fire and Neon joined her. “Then may I ask you something?” Said Neon blushing. “You want me to be your mommy, don’t you?” Smiled Luna as she unbeknownst to Neon already had the diaper and other changing supplies ready in the corner of the room. “ Yes please mother.” Replied Neon “Then you should call me mommy instead of mother, there is no need for formalities between a mother and her foal.” Explained Luna as she levitated Neon over to the changing area and began to take care of her foal. “Okay Mommy” Smiled Neon as he felt the coldness of the diaper cream as Luna applied it to his diaper area. Soon Neon was dressed in his onesie and suckling on his pacifier. “You look so cute like that Lil Neon.” Giggled Luna as she put Neon down on the floor and watched as he crawled over the the rattle and started to play with it. It was then that Luna had an idea and started over to the door. “Excuse me Sir Guard?” Asked Luna as one of her night guards past by. “Yes your highness.” Replied the guard coming to a halt and saluting. “Could you keep an eye on Neon while I go and collect a few things.” Smiled Luna as the guard slowly entered the room and seen Neon dressed in his foalish attire. “Of course your highness, I’ll make sure that he stays safe.” Replied the guard in a Trottingham accent as Luna left to collect the items that she had thought of. <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> Luna returned some thirty minutes later with several items in her aura, a highchair,playpen and a crib, what was funny about them was each of the items looked ancient. “Mommy decided she wanted to take this all the way lil Neon.” Smiled Luna as she watched on while the guard read a foal’s book to Neon, who had fallen asleep in his lap having been so tired. “I have a little sister back home in Trottingham, It’s not my cup of tea, but if the prince wishes to be treated like a foal, then I’m more than happy to help.” Explained the guard as he closed the book and tapped Neon on the shoulder. “Wake up lil one, your mommy’s back.” “Mommy.” Replied Neon sleepily. “Yes, Neon I’m back, and I brought some special things for you, all of these were mommy’s when she was a foal, of course they've been re-sized a bit to fit my lil big baby.” Explained Luna as she set up the playpen and crib, teleporting Neon’s regular bed into storage. “Mommy?” Said Neon as Luna placed him in the crib “Yes my lil colt?” Asked Luna “I wuv you.” Smiled Neon “I wuv you too.” Replied Luna as she watched Neon drift off to sleep TBC. //-------------------------------------------------------// A new life, Luna's conditions //-------------------------------------------------------// A new life, Luna's conditions Warning- This is where things start getting more graphic, if you don’t like more than light diaper wearing and age play do not continue. A Special Bond Chapter 2 A new Life, Luna’s conditions Neon woke up feeling better than he had in a long time, he looked around and it didn’t take him long to take everything in. So last night wasn't a dream. Thought Neon as he sat up and noticed Luna had put his hooves in some foal mittens. “Oh so Lil Neon is awake.” Smiled Luna as she came up to the side of the crib, and smiled at Neon who lifted his hooves up signaling that he wanted out of his crib. “So how did you sleep?” Asked Luna as she levitated Neon over to the changing area to check his diaper. “I slept like a baby.” Laughed Neon realizing the pun. “Well that’s good.” Smiled Luna as she opened the front panel of Neon’s diaper. “Oh it looks like mommy’s spell did it’s job.” Giggled Luna as she noticed that Neon had messed his diaper during the night. “Wait, What!” Exclaimed Neon as the smell reached his nose and he looked at Luna changing his messy diaper. “Since you said you wanted to be mommy’s baby I decided I’d make it to where you would need your diapies, and cast an incontinence spell on you.” Explained Luna as she used the foal wipes to clean Neon’s lower parts and put some foal powder on him. “So I’m not able to control myself anymore?” Asked Neon as Luna finished taping the new diaper to Neon’s flank and buttoned his butterfly onesie back up. “Nope.” Replied Luna giggling as she picked Neon back up and nuzzled him. Neon was conflicted on how he felt about that, but in the end decided it wasn’t all that bad and so he would go along with it. “Thanks Mommy.” Cooed the babyfied Pegasus as he enjoyed being held by his mother figure. “Of course, Mommy loves her little Neon.” Said Luna as she reached into a bag that Neon had not noticed before as Luna had brought it up after Neon had fell asleep. “I have a present for my little foal.” Neon waited as Luna pulled out what looked to be another onesie, but this one had stars and moons on it as well as Luna’s cutie mark. “Mommy decided that she wanted to make you something special, and now when you wear this everypony will know you’re my little foal.” Smiled Luna as she folded the onesie and set it in Neon’s chest. “Thanks Mommy, I love it.” Smiled Neon as Luna hugged him. “Of course Neon, now let’s go downstairs and eat okay?” Suggested Luna causing Neon to blush. “Wait what, dressed like this!” Exclaimed Neon as he blushed beet red. “Yep, if I’m going to be you Mommy then everypony is going to know about you, this is rule number one, the rest of the rules I’ll go over after we go and get baby Neon some num num.” Smiled Luna as she carried the now struggling stallion out of his study and down the hallways towards the kitchen. <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> “Aww Neon you look so cute like that!” Squealed Celestia as Neon ate his pancakes and tried to ignore the gushing of his aunt. “I know doesn't he, I wonder where he got it, although I still think the one I made for him is cuter.” Said Luna as she buttered her toast and took a small ladylike bit. “Mommy I’m done.” Said Neon pushing the plate away from him and standing up. “Ok Neon, why don’t you have the guards take you up to play with Cadence.” Said Luna as she continued on her breakfast and poured herself some more tea. “Ok Mommy.” Said Neon leaving the dining hall flanked by the guards. <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> “So Auntie Luna is going to be your Mommy now.” Smiled Cadence as she watched Neon playing with his rattle and she brushed his mane trying to get it to stay down. “Uh-hu” smiled Neon as he continued to shake his rattle and giggle. “Well that’s good, I mean since you never had a mother.” Said Cadence hugging him from behind which caused her hoof to brush up against the front panel of Neon’s onesie; which was wet. “Uh-oh I think some little foal wet his diapy and it leaked.” Giggled Cadence picking Neon up and teleporting him to his study so that she could change him. “So I guess since Mommy is having you watch me while until it’s time for nini, that would make you my foalsitter.” Giggled Neon as Cadence pulled the wet diaper off of Neon and wiped him down with some the wipes. “I guess so, but it’s getting late and since one day you're going to be part of the night court you need to be a good foal and go nini during the day, so let’s get you a bath and then we’ll find Mommy and she’ll get you ready for bed. “Okay!" Replied Neon excitedly as he loved bubble baths. <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> “Oh my looks like somepony had fun with big sissy Cadence.” Smiled Luna as she took Neon from Cadence and put him in a new diaper and the onesie she had made him “Uh-hu.” Yawned Neon as the hot water had relaxed him and he still had not recovered from all the sleep he lost. “But Mommy I’m hungry.” “It’s okay sweetheart, Mommy found a spell that allows her to make milk for her hungry little foal.” Smiled Luna “I get to feed off of your breast?” Asked Neon a little happily “Yep, this is another part of the conditions I’m going to put down, if you’re going to be a foal, then I want to feed you like one.” Smiled Luna as Neon put his mouth to her breast and started to suckle, and a small stream of milk began to flow into his mouth, causing Neon to start to become even more sleepy. “Mommy's good lil foal.” Smiled Luna as she stroked Neon's mane and sang a lullaby to him. Soon Neon had drank his fill and had fallen asleep in between Luna's lower legs, and so she picked him up with her aura, and put him in his crib, kissing him off to sleep. “Sweet dreams Mommy’s little foal.” Sighed Luna as she closed the door and left to get her own rest. including a changing table, which based of the sagging of the young pegasus’s diaper he would be needing when he woke up. “ Are you sure he’s ready for this Aunt Luna?” Asked Cadence uncertain; Neon had only lived in the castle for a short time and yet in her own way Cadence considered Neon as sort of a baby brother. “As ready as he’ll ever be, and besides I’ll be there for him, just like we were there for each other when me and Tia took over Equestria from Discord and held our own first courts.” “Well in any case it’s time for us to start the night so if you wish for Neon to accompany us dear sister, then it’s time to wake him up. “Right.” Smiled Luna as she lightly nuzzled the slumbering pony awake, Neon yawned and stretched as the three Alicorns giggled at the cute scene. “Well now good evening Mommy’s little moonbeam, how did you sleep?” “Really good Mommy, I dreamt I was swimming in a giant bowl of ice cream.” Smiled Neon sitting up , which caused the mess in his diaper to squish up against his flank. “Umm Mommy I’m all icky, can you change my diapy?” Asked Neon still trying to get used to the idea that he no longer had control over his bodily functions. “Of course, and after that Mommy and Auntie Celestia have a special surprise for my lil colt.” replied Luna levitating Neon over to the changing table and getting him cleaned up. “A surprise, what kinda surprise?” Asked Neon excitedly squirming a little as Luna buttoned up his onesie and tickled his hooves a little bit. “You’ll just have to find out, won’t you?” Smiled Luna as she looked at the adorable pout on the Pegasus's face. “Aww now don’t pout, we’re going to go see your surprise now, so you won’t have to wait long.” Giggled Luna as she waved her hoof signaling that Neon should follow her. “Well, I hope you have a good night everypony, I’m off the bed.” Smiled Cadence as the three others bade her good night, and left for the grand balcony. <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> “Oh wow I get to watch you raise the moon and help you hold the night court!” Cheered Neon bouncing up and down, and doing a yes dance. “Alright Neon, calm down hun.” Smiled Luna as she used her magic to stop Neon’s bouncing. “Now watch okay.” When they were sure Neon was paying close attention both Princesses took off into the air, Celestia flaring her wings and pointing them down as she descended with her sun and Luna doing the opposite as her moon raised high into the Equestrian sky. “Well how was that Neon?” Asked Celestia as they landed back on the balcony. “That was amazing!” Neon Squealed,and the the two sisters simply grinned. <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> “All rise.” Ordered the Guard as Luna and Neon entered the throne room, “Her highness, Princess Luna of the moon and her son, Prince Neon Shadow.” Neon and Luna made their way down the aisle off the courtroom, heading towards the thrones at the end of the room, however it didn’t take long for the ponies in attendance to notice Neon’s foalish attire and begin to gossip, some amused, others offended. “Aww how cute, he must be really close to his Mommy, I mean look at his onesie it’s got her cutie mark all over it.” Giggled one pony a yellow coated unicorn with a blonde mane, while others were much colder. “How dare he make such a mockery of this court and his mother by wearing such things at his age, the prince has just lost all credibility in my book.” Hissed a dark grey coated unicorn with a teal mane. “Don’t pay them any mind Lil Neon, those uptight snobs are just jealous that they don’t get to get to be my special lil one.” Smiled Luna as she saw Neon starting to become upset. “But,” Began Neon before Luna put his pacifier in his mouth. “Shhh okay, you’ll do fine, now come on, we can’t keep these ponies waiting.” Smiled Luna as she took her seat and motioned that Neon should do the same. “Court is now in session, all whom have just cause may approach the throne and have their worries listen to by the lunar regents.” Continued the guard once both Neon and Luna had taken their places, surprisingly it was the teal maned unicorn who had jeered Neon beforehand who came forth first. “Highnesses.” He bowed, “ I’ve been having some trouble with my deliveries from Hoofington, it would seem that every time I place an order for the ingredients I need for my bakery they are stolen by a group of wandering vandals, would it be possible for the royal night guard to investigate this matter further. I would of course not be bothering your night court highness, if it were not that the crimes are being committed at night.” Explained the Unicorn. “Neon, would you like to have this one?” Asked Luna smiling with confidence in her son. “ Would your inquiry not be better placed with the basic police force within Canterlot, rather than our guard you do realize that the function of the royal guard is to protect the royal family, such matters, unless these thieves are high level fighters that the police cannot handle, are beneath them. “I have of course presented this problem to them first my Prince, however it would seem that the unit they sent out to deal with the problem never came back, and my goods continue to go missing. I’m importing the throne, I need the assistance of the royal guard.” Replied the Baker bowing even lower than before, at which Luna nodded. “If a unit of the Canterlot police force has been taken then the next step is to of course send a small group of our guard to deal with the situation, and so it shall be done. By next moon we shall send out the promised guard, and should they not return we will personally deal with this problem ourselves, thank you subject, if that is all. At that the teal unicorn bowed and the court continued in the same manner for the remaining of the night, except for the yellow unicorn, when it was her turn to come forward she complemented Neon on how cute he looked and how brave he was to express himself as he had. “Umm well thank you.” Stammered Neon blushing as Luna smiled and thanked the mare for her kind words. <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> “You did very well my little moonbeam.” Praised Luna as she fed Neon and stroked his mane as she had the night before while he was eating. Neon paused in his suckling to look up into his Mommy’s face and smiled. “Yeah that was really fun.” He sighed before starting again. “Mommy’s proud of her lil one.” Hummed Luna as she enjoyed the feeling of getting to nurse her lil foal. “Make sure to drink as much as you can hun, Mommy wants her foal to grow up big and strong.” At this Neon nodded not pausing in the slightest. Soon all the warm milk and the events of his first court caught up with the young Pegasus and he yawned, pulling away from his Mommy; he allowed her to nuzzle him close and then put him into his crib for the day. “Going to go raise the sun with Auntie Celly.” Yawned Neon snuggling into the blankies and the plushie Luna that he had been given and closing his eyes. “Yes.” Replied Luna giving him a kiss to his forehead. “I wish I could see it.” “Little foals need their rest, goodnight my little moonbeam, know Mommy’s never far away.” Sighed Luna as she turned on the nightlight, shut off the main lights, and closed the door to Neon’s nursery.
