Happy Birthday Celestia and Luna

Before the Royal Guards could begin to open the doors of the main entrance Cheese Sandwich and Pinkie Pie burst through the doors while on Cheese's Party Cannon. They rode the party cannon to the main part of Canterlot while Twilight and the others were falling back behind them.

Rainbow Dash went to them flying on her back. "So what are we going to do first to plan this awesome party."

"Dashie you silly Pegasus," Pinkie said making Rainbow Dash question why she said that. "We don't plan parties like that."

Applejack then spoke up. "So none of y'all have a plan at all."

"Well sure we do," Cheese said. "What good is being a party planner without having a plan. That's why we're called Party 'Plaaaners'." He then stopped for a moment looking at the other ponies. They looked at him and waited for him to say something. "Oh that's right I was still talking. We just do a few things and let the rest run wild and free."

"And we promise that what we do will make this the best party in all of Canterlot." Pinkie said looking over her shoulder. "Isn't that 'Classic Boneless'?" The head of the rubber chicken leaned on the edge a bit. "Looking at you makes me think what will happen to you in the future. Like if you were, I don't know, turned into a magic key."

Cheese looked at Pinkie and chuckled at what she said. "Well if that were to happen then I could always get you another one. After all I did give you that a while ago, like a few months."

Twilight and the others looked at each other wondering why he said that since it didn't seem like that long ago. Before any of them could say something Pinkie began to speak. "Yeah I know, this story should be over with by now. TheBestGamer must have been struggling to figure out what to write."

They all confused again when Pinkie said that. Cheese then started talking before they could say something. "Or maybe instead of spending time on this story TheBestGamer decided to instead play games and such. What kind of author does something like that?"

"Come on now, if it wasn't for him, or her, whatever gender this author is, this story wouldn't exist and we wouldn't be planning the party."

"I guess you have a point there."

Rainbow Dash couldn't take it anymore. "Exactly what are you two talking about. We have a party to plan and both of you are saying completely random stuff."

Hearing what she said made both Pinkie's and Cheese's ears go up higher. "She's right, there will be time to break the fourth wall later, but right now," The Party Cannon finally stopped and both Cheese and Pinkie got off. "We've got some planning to do."

They all looked around and saw the balloons and streamers. "Well now these look average." Spike said.

"Average maybe," Pinkie said still looking at the many decorations. "But it doesn't really say 'Happy Birthday Celestia and Luna'. That's what the story title says." Pinkie then started chuckling but when she saw her friends staring at her she cleared her throat. "I know just what to do."

She placed her right hoof in her mane and pulled out her own Party Cannon. Twilight and the others started wondering how the heck she managed to do that, all except for Cheese Sandwich since he thought that was pretty normal to him.

"Let's get partying." She then started using her Party Cannon to fire at random places covering the place full of party decorations. Cheese Sandwich got back onto his Party Cannon and did the same thing to the area around him.

They started firing every part of Canterlot and the shots were really loud. So loud that it caught the attention of two particular ponies.

"WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS?!"

They all turned around and saw the ponies that said that. When they looked they saw none other than two upper class ponies from Canterlot. But they were very familiar because they were none other than Jet Set and Upper Crust.

"Oh it's just you two," Rarity said not amused.

"Ignoring that," Jet Set began while looking at his surroundings. "You didn't answer my question. I asked what was the meaning of this?"

Cheese Sandwich looked around but didn't see anything that he thought could've been bad. "The meaning of what now?"

"This," Jet Set raised his hoof and showed them the decorations. "Everything that came from those...things." He then pointed his at the two Party Cannons.

"Um...exactly what's so bad about this?" Twilight asked.

Jet Set and Upper Crust quickly bowed in respect of the princess. "Princess Twilight thank Celestia that you are here." Upper Crust said still bowing. "Please you must put an end to this."

"An end to what exactly?" Twilight asked again getting a little annoyed at not hearing what it is they want.

Jet Set then stood up. "Why an end to this thing that they call a party." Hearing that made her question them. "How we know is because these two were so loud that we could hear them across Canterlot."

"I'm sorry but I'm afraid that I can't do that." Twilight said making the two upper class ponies question what she said. "You see the two Princesses asked these two to plan the party."

Hearing that made Jet Set question if what he was hearing was the truth. "There must be a mistake." Jet Set said.

"Oh there is no mistake," Pinkie Pie said hopping in front of them. "They really asked us to plan this party for them." She then grabbed the letter she got from the Princess and showed it to them.

Cheese Sandwich then spoke up. "And we promised her that we would give her and her sister the best birthday they ever had." He jumped off of his Party Cannon. "That's our guaranteed."

Jet Set and Upper Crust looked at the letter and immediately knew that it was indeed Celestia who wrote the letter. After reading what it said both their eyes went wide with shock. "I can't believe what I'm seeing." Upper Crust said after finishing reading the letter.

"What's so wrong about this?" Applejack asked.

"The thought of our dear Princess asking for ponies who are undoubtedly 'uncouth' to plan the birthday for her and her sister." After hearing what Jet Set said they all started staring at him.

"What's so wrong about that?" Rarity asked on the verge of getting into his face. "Both Celestia and Luna seem perfectly fine with them planning the party."

"Well that certainly can't be." Upper Crust said. "For years we have of the upper class have been planning every birthday."

Fluttershy, being quiet the entire time, decided to ask them something. "Um...is her birthday...um...always like the uh Grand Galloping Gala?"

"Not entirely, but yes." Jet Set said answering Fluttershy's question.

After hearing his response Rainbow Dash jumped in. "Well then no wonder she asked for Pinkie and Cheese to plan the birthday. Because she must have been afraid of being bored."

Jet Set and Upper Crust gasped at that. "Bored!" They both said.

Rainbow Dash got right up into both of their faces. "Yeah they wanted to have their birthday to be the best ever and it might be hard if they bored all night."

After hearing all of this both Jet Set and Upper Crest looked at each other and walked away. "This isn't over." Jet Set said as they started walking away.
