He went through all of it like it probably wouldn't matter. "Let's see." Spike said going through all the mail. "Bill from the restaurant, Restraining Order for me from Caramel, Invitation to Princess Celestia's and Princess Luna's birthday, and another Restraining Order from Berry Punch also for me." And then he just remembered one of the letters. He then switched the mail back to that one and stared in awe, but then quickly went in the library to tell Twilight. "TWILIGHT?!" Twilight was busy reading, but was then nearly hanging on the ceiling after the way Spike called to her. "Spike!" She then used her wings to gently land on the floor. "You know how I don't like it when I get surprised like that, but alright you have my attention. What is it?" Spike pulled out the mail. "Look what came in the mail." Twilight used her magic to levitate the mail he was showing her. "Another restraining order, Spike I told that you shouldn't constantly beg for gems." "Hey they're just not as generous when it comes to giving gems like Rarity is. And that's not what I wanted to show." Spike then grabbed the mail from Twilight's magic. He then flipped through and found the invitation. "I was talking about this." Twilight then looked at the invitation and just like Spike she was staring in awe. "An invitation to the princess's birthday." "I heard that besides the Grand Galloping Gala, this is the greatest party in all of Equestria." Spike said placing the mail on the nearest desk. Just then they heard many knockings on the door as if some pony is about to knock down the door. And just to Twilight's luck the door got knocked down. "TWILIGHT?!" She saw that all her friends were the ones that knocked the door down. "Again, seriously." Twilight said gently coming down to the ground. "Sorry darling, but we just couldn't wait any longer." Rarity said. "Alright then what is it?" Twilight said using her magic to fix the door. "We just got invited to the birthday party of the two princess's." Rainbow Dash said showing the invitation. "Out of all the birthdays in Equestria, today we get to go to the princess's." "I know isn't it great?" Twilight said joining every pony in amazement." "Darn tooting it is." Applejack said. "It certainly is going to be the best ever." Pinkie then grabbed her party cannon. "And I guaranteed that this party is going to be-" She then fired the party cannon at the same time as she jumped in the air, spreading confetti and streamers everywhere. "FUN!" Just then Spike burped a letter from Princess Celestia and started reading it. "Pinkie this is for you." Pinkie Pie grabbed and read out loud. Dear Pinkie Pie I want this party to be the best, especially for Princess Luna and I plan on hiring the best party planners in Equestria. So it is with great pleasure that I would like to make you one of the two party planners. Yours Truly Princess Celestia "That's great Pinkie." Twilight said. "I didn't know that Princess Celestia would want you to help plan the party." "As Celestia as my witness I will make this the best party she and Luna has ever seen." Pinkie said making the gestures of a Pinkie Promise. "Wait a second, didn't she say that you were one of the two party planners?" Fluttershy said in her small voice. Twilight then looked at the letter and saw that there was more written. "Look there something else written on here." Pinkie then continued reading. P.S. It has come to my attention that one of the party planners I asked to help seems to know you. It took the a while to think about who it was and then they all seemed to be thinking of the same pony. "You think it might be?" Pinkie broke the silence. "Only one way to find out." Twilight said. "Let's go to Canterlot and get this party started." After that they all left for Canterlot. On the way to the train station Pinkie was the one that got mostly excited about this since the last party she planned. It wasn't really long since Rainbow Dash's birthday and anniversary of the day she first came to Ponyville. It also was the first day that she planned a party with another great party planner that was as good as her. Cheese Sandwich! "I sure do hope that it actually turns out to be Cheese Sandwich." Pinkie Pie said. "Yeah, it takes one of you to make an awesome party and it takes both of you to make the most epic party ever." Rainbow Dash said. "That we all agree on." Twilight said. "I'm just glad that Princess Celestia wants you to plan the party Pinkie Pie." "There's one thing I find weird." Spike said making every pony look at him. "Luna is Celestia's younger sister yet this party is for both of them." "Princess Luna might be years younger than Celestia, but she was born on the same date as she was." Twilight said hoping that, that would answer the question. "Wait girls I just thought of something." Fluttershy said getting every ponies attention. "When we thought the Grand Galloping Gala would be one of the best parties we were wrong. What if this party turns out to be just like that?" "Then it would be a reason for me and hopefully Cheese Sandwich to be there." Pinkie said. "I mean what kind of party would it be if there was no dancing, party music, or ponies that want to party? I'll tell you what kind of party that would be. It would be a boring party." "Maybe this is the reason why she asked you to plan the party." Applejack said. Just then the train boarding for Canterlot came and then they all headed over to Canterlot once the train left the Ponyville Train Station. Once they left the train they saw that only some of the ponies in Canterlot were hanging up balloons and other party decorations. As much as Pinkie wanted to help with the decorating she knew that the Princess needed her and tried her best to resist the temptation. They all made their way to the castle where they were greeted by two Pegasus royal guards. "Hello Twilight." The first guard said. "It's been a while." "Yes I know." Twilight said. "The princess wanted us to come and see her for her party." "Yes indeed the princesses were expecting your arrival." The second guard said. "Please do go in." They all went inside and saw Princess Celestia on her throne and Princess Luna right near her. The Princesses were full of joy once they entered the throne room. They both got up and trotted over to Twilight and her friends. "It's so great that all of you could come." Princess Celestia to all of them. She faced Pinkie and said, "And I'm grateful that you could plan this party for us." Excitement filled Pinkie's eyes. "Are you kidding. It's an honor to be throwing a party for the two most important ponies in all of Equestria." Pinkie then started jumping up and down everywhere. "I'm just so excited." "That's exactly what he told us." Princess Luna said to all of them. It took them a few seconds to remember that the princesses asked for two party planners, and they believed that it was Cheese Sandwich. "That's right, there was suppose to be two part planners." Twilight pointed out. "Is he around here?" "You could say that." They turned to the direction where they heard that voice. They looked and saw a pony where a dark grew poncho and hat, while also carrying a rubber chicken with a 2 on it on his back. It was then that they automatically knew that it was indeed him. "It's been a while." Cheese Sandwich said in his deep voice. "Cheese Sandwich!" They all said both surprised and excited. "It's great to see you again, darling." Rarity said. "How long has it been?" "February 1, 2014 in the episode 'Pinkie Pride'." He said still in his deep voice. "I thought you knew this already." Most of the ponies in the room, even the princesses, got confused of what he was saying, except for one, since this one speaks his language. "It's so great to see you again Cheese Sandwich." Pinkie Pie said. Cheese Sandwich raised his hat to look at Pinkie Pie. "Pinkie Pie!" After he said that he looked unamused. Pinkie Looked confused at this. "Aren't you happy to see us again?" Pinkie asked. "No I'm not 'happy'." Cheese Sandwich said making them all gasp. "I'm..." He took off his poncho and hat. "EXCITED TO SEE YOU AGAIN!" This time he didn't use his deep voice, but his normal voice. After he said that every pony was relieved. "Got you all." He looked at the rubber chicken on his back. "Didn't I Boneless 2?" "You sure did." Pinkie said. She reached for something and held onto it. "Didn't he Classic Boneless?" Cheese Sandwich looked happy to his original rubber chicken friend. "Did you miss me 'Classic Boneless'?" The Boneless that Pinkie Pie had fell flat on her back. "I'll take that as a yes. You brought my old friend with you?" "Why wouldn't I? I wouldn't plan a party without him." Pinkie said. "And it's great that we get to plan the princesses birthday." Princess Celestia cut into the conversation. "Which is why I wanted you two to help plan this party." "You made the best decision picking us. You want to know how I know that?" Before any of them could answer Cheese Sandwich kept talking. "Here's how I know that." "I know that because..." The best party planning ponies are both her and me, after all that is what we were destined to be. "Hey this kind of sounds like a song you sang before." Pinkie stated. "Hey don't blame me, blame the writer." Cheese answered. "So you two were destined to be party planners?" Princess Luna asked. "Sure are." Pinkie said. When I was just a filly living on that rock farm, there was no fun, or parties, only rocks that may cause you harm. But on that faithful morning I saw the Sonic Rainboom in the sky, and became the party pony you all know as Pinkie Pie. And became the super duper party pony for them all to see, I was the best around until I met Cheese. "Oh stop it you're embarrassing me." Cheese Sandwich said. "But it is true." Pinkie told him. You were planning the party with so much fun you would never hide, I was jealous and really scared about losing my own pride. But it was all of that, trying to make ponies know my name, that made you want to leave Ponyville, which filled me full of shame. I agree that I'm a super duper party pony for them all to see, but not as good as the part pony, whose also my friend, Pinkie. "You really think that way about Pinkie?" Twilight asked. "Allow this next verse to answer that question." Cheese said. When I was just a little colt I was always really shy, until that faithful morning that I met Pinkie Pie. "You both are super duper party ponies." "The best in all of Equestria." Rainbow Dash pointed out. They both thought about it and came to a conclusion. "They're right." Cheese said. "Neither one of us are better than the other." "Why do you think I wanted both of you to plan this party in the first place." Princess Celestia reminded them. "Don't worry." Pinkie Pie said. "With us you and your sister will have the best party ever." Weather it's pony who regular, or one that has so much fame, Scene changes to Cheese Sandwich fighting the word 'Lame' in a 'Street Fighter' match. We'll both do our very best to make sure that it isn't lame. "Hadouken!" Cheese Sandwich defeated the word 'lame' and won. No matter what the challenge is if it's royal guard or elite, Pinkie and Cheese used their Party cannons all over the throne room. When you have a party planned by us you'll be partying all week. "Together now." Cheese said to Pinkie while they got into their party cannons. The best party planning ponies are both you and meeeee, They fired themselves out of their party cannons and flew into the top of the room. "A bit slower this." Cheese said. because together we make the best party planning team. They both landed on the ground and once they were done all of the ponies cheered, even the royal guards who were supposed to remain expressionless. "Don't worry Princesses, we won't let you down." Pinkie said. "I believe that you won't." Celestia said. After that they all left to go to the streets of Canterlot to plan the party. //-------------------------------------------------------// This Can't Happen //-------------------------------------------------------// This Can't Happen Before the Royal Guards could begin to open the doors of the main entrance Cheese Sandwich and Pinkie Pie burst through the doors while on Cheese's Party Cannon. They rode the party cannon to the main part of Canterlot while Twilight and the others were falling back behind them. Rainbow Dash went to them flying on her back. "So what are we going to do first to plan this awesome party." "Dashie you silly Pegasus," Pinkie said making Rainbow Dash question why she said that. "We don't plan parties like that." Applejack then spoke up. "So none of y'all have a plan at all." "Well sure we do," Cheese said. "What good is being a party planner without having a plan. That's why we're called Party 'Plaaaners'." He then stopped for a moment looking at the other ponies. They looked at him and waited for him to say something. "Oh that's right I was still talking. We just do a few things and let the rest run wild and free." "And we promise that what we do will make this the best party in all of Canterlot." Pinkie said looking over her shoulder. "Isn't that 'Classic Boneless'?" The head of the rubber chicken leaned on the edge a bit. "Looking at you makes me think what will happen to you in the future. Like if you were, I don't know, turned into a magic key." Cheese looked at Pinkie and chuckled at what she said. "Well if that were to happen then I could always get you another one. After all I did give you that a while ago, like a few months." Twilight and the others looked at each other wondering why he said that since it didn't seem like that long ago. Before any of them could say something Pinkie began to speak. "Yeah I know, this story should be over with by now. TheBestGamer must have been struggling to figure out what to write." They all confused again when Pinkie said that. Cheese then started talking before they could say something. "Or maybe instead of spending time on this story TheBestGamer decided to instead play games and such. What kind of author does something like that?" "Come on now, if it wasn't for him, or her, whatever gender this author is, this story wouldn't exist and we wouldn't be planning the party." "I guess you have a point there." Rainbow Dash couldn't take it anymore. "Exactly what are you two talking about. We have a party to plan and both of you are saying completely random stuff." Hearing what she said made both Pinkie's and Cheese's ears go up higher. "She's right, there will be time to break the fourth wall later, but right now," The Party Cannon finally stopped and both Cheese and Pinkie got off. "We've got some planning to do." They all looked around and saw the balloons and streamers. "Well now these look average." Spike said. "Average maybe," Pinkie said still looking at the many decorations. "But it doesn't really say 'Happy Birthday Celestia and Luna'. That's what the story title says." Pinkie then started chuckling but when she saw her friends staring at her she cleared her throat. "I know just what to do." She placed her right hoof in her mane and pulled out her own Party Cannon. Twilight and the others started wondering how the heck she managed to do that, all except for Cheese Sandwich since he thought that was pretty normal to him. "Let's get partying." She then started using her Party Cannon to fire at random places covering the place full of party decorations. Cheese Sandwich got back onto his Party Cannon and did the same thing to the area around him. They started firing every part of Canterlot and the shots were really loud. So loud that it caught the attention of two particular ponies. "WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS?!" They all turned around and saw the ponies that said that. When they looked they saw none other than two upper class ponies from Canterlot. But they were very familiar because they were none other than Jet Set and Upper Crust. "Oh it's just you two," Rarity said not amused. "Ignoring that," Jet Set began while looking at his surroundings. "You didn't answer my question. I asked what was the meaning of this?" Cheese Sandwich looked around but didn't see anything that he thought could've been bad. "The meaning of what now?" "This," Jet Set raised his hoof and showed them the decorations. "Everything that came from those...things." He then pointed his at the two Party Cannons. "Um...exactly what's so bad about this?" Twilight asked. Jet Set and Upper Crust quickly bowed in respect of the princess. "Princess Twilight thank Celestia that you are here." Upper Crust said still bowing. "Please you must put an end to this." "An end to what exactly?" Twilight asked again getting a little annoyed at not hearing what it is they want. Jet Set then stood up. "Why an end to this thing that they call a party." Hearing that made her question them. "How we know is because these two were so loud that we could hear them across Canterlot." "I'm sorry but I'm afraid that I can't do that." Twilight said making the two upper class ponies question what she said. "You see the two Princesses asked these two to plan the party." Hearing that made Jet Set question if what he was hearing was the truth. "There must be a mistake." Jet Set said. "Oh there is no mistake," Pinkie Pie said hopping in front of them. "They really asked us to plan this party for them." She then grabbed the letter she got from the Princess and showed it to them. Cheese Sandwich then spoke up. "And we promised her that we would give her and her sister the best birthday they ever had." He jumped off of his Party Cannon. "That's our guaranteed." Jet Set and Upper Crust looked at the letter and immediately knew that it was indeed Celestia who wrote the letter. After reading what it said both their eyes went wide with shock. "I can't believe what I'm seeing." Upper Crust said after finishing reading the letter. "What's so wrong about this?" Applejack asked. "The thought of our dear Princess asking for ponies who are undoubtedly 'uncouth' to plan the birthday for her and her sister." After hearing what Jet Set said they all started staring at him. "What's so wrong about that?" Rarity asked on the verge of getting into his face. "Both Celestia and Luna seem perfectly fine with them planning the party." "Well that certainly can't be." Upper Crust said. "For years we have of the upper class have been planning every birthday." Fluttershy, being quiet the entire time, decided to ask them something. "Um...is her birthday...um...always like the uh Grand Galloping Gala?" "Not entirely, but yes." Jet Set said answering Fluttershy's question. After hearing his response Rainbow Dash jumped in. "Well then no wonder she asked for Pinkie and Cheese to plan the birthday. Because she must have been afraid of being bored." Jet Set and Upper Crust gasped at that. "Bored!" They both said. Rainbow Dash got right up into both of their faces. "Yeah they wanted to have their birthday to be the best ever and it might be hard if they bored all night." After hearing all of this both Jet Set and Upper Crest looked at each other and walked away. "This isn't over." Jet Set said as they started walking away.
