Appleloosa is a new town on the Equestrian frontier. Only trouble they ever had was the little scuffle with the buffalo herd a year back. But now there is a storm coming. There is word that demon has been making his way west, stopping in every town trying to spread his influence and territory.

But there are rumours, that every time he rears his head a powerful unicorn stops him. But that has only happened in the larger settlements, surely the demon would not go as far as Appleloosa.
