Crimson Moon snapped to attention. "50 LAPS! GO!" Crimson took off at the sound of Spitfire's voice. She loved the feeling of the wind in her mane and tail, and the adrenaline rush she got from flying fast. She landed, the top flyer in her class. "16 seconds, not bad!" Spitfire slightly smirked at Crimson. "Thank you, ma'm!" Crimson slightly smiled proudly. "Now that you're done, go do some flips and wing-ups to increase your strength in your wings." Spitfire watched a she took off. "One..two..three.." Spitfire started counting how many flips, but quickly lost count. Boy, was that pony fast! Crimson landed. "Ma'm, may I go to the mess hall early? Spitfire nodded. Crimson waved at Soarin' as she was trotting along. Crimson fell down. She was pretty sure nothing was in front of her before, but here she was, on the ground. "I'm sorry. I didn't see you there." She looked into the stallions deep purple eyes. "Are you ok?" The stallion helped her up as he spoke, snapping her out of her trance. "Yes, I'm fine." The stallion smiled. "Name's Cloud Cover. Yours?" Crimson cleared her throat. "I'm Crimson Moon." Crimson started trotting to the mess hall. She was hungry! "Wait!" Crimson turned. "Yes?" The pony was staring at her. "Well..do you want to go together...?" The stallion looked a little shy, a little bit of the opposite of Crimson Moon. "Well..sure." Crimson resumed walking.
