The town was lively as the festival to celebrate the birth of the town was bringing everyone high in their spirits. Applejack selling her a lot of her apple products, selling at high demands for her apple fritters and pies. Leo insisted on helping for the extra money for his high medical debt but she insisted that she spend the day with Fluttershy like he promised her.

She saw...no she felt her being drawn to Leo. Her wings fluttering when they made contact, her subtle blushes and how she fidgets her hands whilst looking away. But what really gave it away was how her tail flickered as she was subtly trying not to lean against Leo.

Applejack smiled at the thought of the two becoming an item. It would be quite fitting seeing as how she saved her many times. She understood why she was being drawn to him.

Applejack felt her face heat up as she remembered how he saved her too when they first met.

She knows that she and her brother are stronger than him, but never has she met someones taking on a pack of Timber wolves with their bare fists and unrelenting passion alone. Despite him putting down a pack alone she still knew she and her brother were still stronger than him.

That was until a few days ago in Twilight's home...

"Applejack it's right there for you to see! Look at that!" Twilight gestured to the dead griffin type man with combed in hair with a scorched hole in his chest on the table. His face a peaceful death sleep.

Applejack and Rarity stood by the autopsy table, rarity nearly vomiting in her mouth.

Rainbow Dash staring with a stoic face but unsettled deep in her core.

Even with the proof before Applejack, she still couldn't believe Leo did this with his bare hands. Not only that but now his magical pulse is finally synchronizing to their atmosphere and did this burning assault puncturing this death blow in the griffin's now crisped heart.

Even the huge melted hole into the earth of Leo's blood in a jar was enough to make her blood run cold. She didn't know his blood could do that. At least not before. He wasn't even able to use fire as a weapon.

But then what Twilight mentioned, her being a gifted unicorn with higher senses.

Each fight.

Each near death.

Each burst of anger made him stronger and stronger. She could almost see her fear in her eyes.

Then the questioned directed at her as Twilight gave her a serious look.

"What're you going to do when he gets even stronger then? I know you like him but is he's left unchecked what are we gonna do when?"

"If it's all the same to you dear I rather we use the elements on him. He far too dangerous to leave alone, the more he fights the stronger he becomes. He must be set in stone. "

"Rarity you're being way too hasty! He saved the town from a murderer! And you say we should pay back by turning on him!?" Applejack clenched her fists, her green eyes shot up in anger.

"Applejack listen to reason! He just can't be left to roam free! He could hurt innocent and I do not want my dear sister being harmed by this thing!"

"Rainbow Dash what do ya think? You were there when he risked his tail to save ours from this griffin, you saw first hand what he was willing to do for all of us!"

"Well I..."

"You saw first hand what he capable of!"

"I mean..."

"He saved Fluttershy!"

"He killed a hoard of diamond dogs!"

This point Rainbow Dash reached her patience's limit.

"SHADDUP!!!" Shew shouted as her wings shot open knocking a few tools and jars on the floor. Her body rose and fell to the pace of her breathing as she stared at the tree angry.

"I don't feel like saying what should happen to this guy for what he can do or what he's done! I just know that he saved us okay? Therefor he's good in my book."

"Are you vouching for him Rainbow Dash?" Twilight questioned.

Rainbow Dash visibly flinched at the question. If she said yes then she'd be taking sides. But if she said yes then He'd be marking Leo's image as bad. She didn't want to do that to someone that nearly died to save everyone to show he was good.

She was put on the spot, and she didn't want to do the wrong thing. She clenched the collar of her black tank top and closed her eyes pondering.

"Yeah, I am." She opened her eyes, her rose rimmed eyes serious. "He might be dangerous but he's good inside...I've seen it. He almost died to save Fluttershy. That's good enough for me."

Twilight's stare was un-amused. She sighed in defeat as she walked past her.

"Alright, you two win, but know that I've already informed Princess Celestia. So the terms of his fate are up to her and her sister. Remember that when your decision becomes void by her."

"When? You sound so sure that she'll judge him negatively." Applejack crossed her arms.

"I'm just stating the facts. Come on Rarity let's leave." Twilight beckoned as rarity followed suit.

Both Applejack and Rainbow Dash stood in the room with the dead body in silence. Both exchanged glances, not a word said as their words could affect the life of Leo. They did what they thought was right in their hearts, they could only hope that the princess could see reason despite Leo's misleading surface.

She still wonders what will happen when the sisters arrive and what they will do to their new friend. Maybe now that he has citizen ship they will show some form of mercy to him. She could only hope.

Leo has more than proven himself to this town. He has proven himself to her. He was truly selfless when it come down to the situation. She was then snapped out of her deep thoughts as she saw a customer trying to get her attention, she shook her head as she turned her attention to the person in front of her and saw it was Lyra Heart Strings.

"Oh! sorry sugar, I was kinda lost in thought." She smiled embarrassingly, her cheeks flush.

"That's okay, how is your stand doing Applejack?" Lyra asked, her smile soft.

"Great, I've been making record sales for my apple pies this year! I'll have more bits than I even know what to do with!"

"Oh! Are you going to put that in your savings?" She asked.

"Actually..." Applejack looked to her left and right before leaning in, prompting Lyra to lean in which she did. "...between you and me I'm splitting a bit on the side from my profits and adding it to a secret savings for Leo's huge hospital depth."

Lyra almost flinched at what she had said. She heard about how the hospital had the nerve to charge Leo that insane amount of money after saving everyone from being butchered.

It couldn't be helped though. She sighed and nodded. "I'm happy t hear you say that. Not for the sake of paying his dept mind you. But to know there are others who truly care for him." She smiled.

This reminded Applejack of something.

"So uh, what was that all about at the party?" She asked leaning towards her nonchalantly.

"What was what?" She asked confused.

"I say that stare down you had with Fluttershy. There were more sparks flying than the summer festival fire works." She chuckled.

Lyra was taken back at this as she lowered her gaze and her cheeks flushed red.

"It's not what you think Applejack I just wanted to see if he was okay, I did see him crying." She defended but the element of harmony wasn't buying it.

"I'd believe ya, but may I ask why you were heading in whilst giving your own gaze to Fluttershy's infamous stare? I ain't never seen anyone stand up to her gaze before. It even sent the biggest of dragons buckling their knees." She tipped her hat upward waiting for what lie Lyra would come up with next to defend her false case.

She had nothing to say as she grew even redder and redder at how she was being exposed not just to Applejack, but to herself. She was starting to realize how Leo was making her feel. She brought her balled fists to her chest, and on contact she could feel her heart beating like Vinyl's bass equipment. Her gold eyes softened as she remembered when he held his hand in comfort when she invited him for lemonade and sandwiches. She remembered how rough his hands felt against her smooth skin. How her fingers interlocked with his.

She shook her head, forcing herself out of her day dream, she noticed how Applejack was smiling smugly at her.

"I-! Uh-! Have to go!!!" She stammered before running off down the cobble stone street to find Bon-bon.

Applejack held her smile shaking her as she grabbed and apple from behind her stand, polishing it against her chest. "Leo you're unique nature is snaring the hearts of a few people you know in this small town." She brought the apple to her face taking in it's rich scent. "Might have even caught mine." She grinned before taking a big wet bite into the fruit, the juices squirting all over her face as her eyes shot open in surprise. "Whoops got carried away." She said as the juices tricked down her face on to her chest. Catching the surprise of a few stallion men staring absent minded.

In Fluttershy's living room Spike the young teen dragon stared mindlessly into space with a bored look. He heard footsteps from the stairs and saw Leo wearing putting on his grey sweater. "Hey Leo." Spike said. "Do me a solid and get me a cold lemonade from the fridge."

Leo stopped and stared at Spike fro a moment before nodding. "Okaaay...but you owe me a solid."

"Yeah bro that's how solids work." Spike waved his hand with little care as Leo went into he kitchen.

Leo and Spike were now sitting at the kitchen table both reading comics Spike had brought.

"Spike do me a solid and turn this page." Leo asked.

"Do me a solid and dry my hands."

Spike asked after he exited the bathroom, his hands soeaked and wet.

Now on the porch, both sitting on porch chairs with pillows.

"Do me a solid and fluff this pillow." Leo asked.

"Do me a solid and sharpen my pencil." Spike asked as he was doodling on his sketch book.

"Fold these socks." Leo asked as they were now in his room.

"CHEESE these nachos." Spike said as they were both now at the town's convenience store. The store clerk watched disgruntled as he saw the two chuckling like idiots as they put way to much cheese on the nachos.

Both were now at the park strolling together with a box full of seeping cheese dripping on the ground.

They then notice Pinkie Pie call out to them

"Yohoo! Leo! Spike!"

She was accompanied by Lemon Pop; her human form was that of a white skinned, yellowed eyed, brown haired woman with what seemed to be a subtle bitter look on her face as she gave the two boys a careless glance, she then noticed the dripping box of gooey cheese, cringing at the sight.

"You two maybe want some chips with that cheese." She asked, both Leo and Spike stared at the box, it was leaking with and excessive amount of cheese in spike's hands.

"Oh yeah I guess we overdid it with the cheese HUAH!!!" Spike grunted as she chucked the box full of cheese into a defenseless tree, making a huge splashy tooting sound on impact. Cheese splattered against the bark and the grass surrounding it.

Pinkie, Spike and Leo all chuckled like idiots. Lemon Pop shook her head as she thought whom was going to clean up this mess.
