Deep within the Everfree, amongst the ruins of the ancient palace, something stirs in the dust and shadows, something driven by an insatiable hunger of a millennia's starvation. Dispatched with orders to find and neutralise the possible threat, Shining Armour journeys deep into the forest's depths in search of his quarry, ignorant to the true cause of his deployment.

Alone, isolated, and stalked by an entity that is hundreds of years old, little does Shining Armour realise he has been offered up as tribute to the Nightmare herself.
