The Tale of the Forgotten Princess
A legend, well known, but false
Once apon a time in the magical land of, Equestria.
There was two regal sister who ruled together and created harmony for all the land.
To do this the eldest used her unicorn powers, to raise the sun at dawn.
The younger brought out the moon, to begin the night.
And the forgotten third, protected them, at her own risk.
But as time went on, the younger sister became resentful.
The ponies, relished and played in the day that her elder sister brought forth.
But shunned and slept through her beautiful night.
One faithful day, the younger unicorn refused to lower the moon, to make way for the dawn.
The elder sister tried to reason with her.
But the bitterness in the young ones heart, had turned her into a twisted mare of darkness.
Nightmare Moon.
She vowed she would shroud the land in eternal night.
While the youngest sister was in battle, the Nightmare Moon.
Reluctantly, the elder sister harnest the most powerful magic known to ponydom.
The Elements of Harmony.
Using the magic of the elements she banished her younger sister.
Permanently in the moon.
Yet after the battle the youngest never to be found.
So the eldest took on responsibility for both sun and moon, and harmony has been maintained, ever since.
After 995 years after the event, a new captain of the royal guard was said to come.
His name Sapphire Shield. As he protected the princess like his own sister.
I've wasted enough of you're time, lets begin "The Legend of Sapphire Glow."

CELESTIA spoke softly” Sister did you hear the good, news?” LUNA, excited “No I haven't what is it my sister?” After a brief silent moment, CELESTIA began to speak. “Mom said that we might have a new sister, soon.” Soon excitement filled the air and laughter followed. Yet Luna was just beginning to realize that her sister was serious.
After multiple months, the family has now a third alicorn that's apart of the family. Princess Sapphire Glow. Though she was strange unlike most, young ponies she never seemed to fly, the child, was better acquainted with magic then her sisters even at this age. Though she was always happy to see her sister come in and make her laugh, with some flying tricks. This happiness did not lats to long though.
At around the age of 4, Sapphire delved into deep study on defences, and magical attacks. Since Sapphire never wanted to be disturbed, she used magic, to create a tower, that housed thousands apon thousands, of books. They include: books on magic, defence schematics, and alchemy. Living away from everyone, she sometimes, would come to the palace, and retrieve some cooked food. Around, when Sapphire was 7 she was appointed commander of the Royal Guard, also the head of defence schematics.
With this new role, Sapphire could improve one what she likes best. Defending her sisters from harm, and disbelief. And how you may wander she got this role? Since of both being a princess yet being, very quite. Well at least compared to Luna anyway. With the title of know the “Princess of Defence” going hard at work, Sapphire pored hours and days into trying to find a powerful way to remove disaster from apon the land.
After all this Sapphire finally found a way. She needed to create mystical artifacts. She called the: “The Elements of Harmony.” These objects though needed a place to either recharge or dispense their magic. After finding a special tree that can withstand the force of energy she created “The Tree of Harmony.” to keep everything else at bay. Since she actually did not know how to use the elements her self, Sapphire kept the location a secret.
Once she did this her cutie-mark a shield, with five stars in the shape of another 5 pointed star appeared yet, Sapphire didn't know what this meant for her except one thing, defence. Knowing this she trained on days one end, for her magic to become the most powerful ever and she even gained the ability to raise the sun. Doing this whenever her oldest sister was busy she raised the sun, yet soon after she was so tired she couldn’t even use magic anymore. Though through constant practice Sapphire can now raise the sun with no problem.
Yet all was not good since at the age of 10, Sapphire had learned a spell to create an immortal being know as a “Draconiquise.” Sapphire was going to create one to be the bearer of the elements of Harmony. Yet since this magic was very rarely used by anyone. There was a flaw in the construction, and the being became the opposite of harmony. Chaos pure Chaos. Sapphire named the creature Discord and DISCORD began to speak, “Well looks like somepony was very bad today. Because now Chaos will rein supreme.” After that Sapphire set off for the Crystal Empire for worry that something terrible may happen the she couldn't prevent.
