Rainbow Blitz has recently been too focused on perfecting his flying, beating his records, and proving himself as the best there ever was. Blitz has even been putting his personal goals above his friends! Dusk was on the verge of giving up until an old friend has visited him. His friend has suggested Dusk to teach a lesson that Dusk would never expect to teach.
