Cutie Mark Crusaders (crappy) Horror Movie Viewers
It was a beautiful day in Ponyville. Everypony was happy and conversing with each other. On the road, we see an orange and yellow blur speed by. The blur continued moving through the dirt streets of Ponyville. In a few minutes, it arrived at a big dress shop called Carousel Boutique. When the blur stopped, it revealed a blue scooter and a red wagon. On the scooter was an orange Pegasus at around the age of 8. She took her helmet off, revealing her spikey, magenta mane. In the wagon was a yellow earth pony of the same age. When she took her helmet off, it revealed a red mane with a big pink bow in it. "We're here." said the orange Pegasus. She stepped off her scooter and walked towards the door of the boutique. The yellow filly followed. The Pegasus knocked on the door four times. There was no reply. She knocked on the door four more times. Still no reply.
"Ya think they maybe left?" asked the yellow filly.
"Doubt it." said the Pegasus. "If they weren't home, Sweetie Belle would have been at the clubhouse with us. Nah, I'm sure someone's just being lazy."
"Well Ah hope they open soon. Ah don't wanna miss it."
"Relax, Apple Bloom. Someone will answer."
Just then, the front door opened. Behind it was a small white unicorn with a bouncy pin and purple mane. She was around the same age as Apple Bloom and the orange Pegasus. "Apple Bloom! Scootaloo! You guys made it!" said Sweetie Belle.
"Of course we di." replied Scootaloo. "You think we'd miss something like this? Now c'mon! We have to hurry. The movie starts in 15 minutes."
Sweetie Belle walked out the door and headed towards the wagon. Scootaloo started walking to until Apple Bloom interrupted, "Hold up y'all. This movie is rated R. We need a chaperone."
Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo sighed in disappointment. It was silent for a few seconds. Sweetie Belle' eyes lit with joy, "Rarity can chaperone us! She's right inside, we can just ask her. I'm sure she'll say yes." The other two fillies nodded in agreement. Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo hopped off their mode of transportation and headed inside the boutique along with Apple Bloom.
Inside, they found a mature, white unicorn with a curled violet mane. She turned around and saw the three fillies. "Hello girls," she started, "what are you up to this time?"
"Rarity," started Sweetie Belle, "can you chaperone us? We really want to see this new movie, but it's rated R. Can you come with us and buy our tickets?"
Rarity looked puzzled. She simply stared at her younger sister, then transitioned her eyes upon the other two fillies. "Tell me, what is the movie you wish to see?"
Apple Bloom and Scootaloo jumped up with excitement. "It's the sequel to our favorite horror movie!" Apple Bloom started.
"The Rising Fetus from Uranus!" finished Scootaloo.
Rarity had concern in her blue eyes. "Tell me, what is this movie about?"
"It's about a bunch of aliens trying to take over the world. We saw the first one, 'The Rising Fetus,' and we loved it. Well, most of us at least. Sweetie Belle had her eyes covered the whole time." said Scootaloo.
Sweetie Belle sighed, "Yeah... I did."
Rarity gave a sigh of relief after hearing what the movie was about. "Thank goodness. I thought it was about something else. Alright girls, I'll take you to the theater. When does it start?"
"12 minutes." replied Scootaloo. "We have to go now!"
There was a long line at the ticket booth. By the time they got their tickets, there were only 6 minutes left before the movie started. When they entered the lobby, they each gave their tickets to the ticket mare. She ripped off the end of each of their tickets. Rarity and the girls stopped. Rarity turned to the three little fillies. "Alright, which theater was it again?" she asked.
"Theater 12, to the right." replied Apple Bloom.
They all turned right and started walking, except for Scootaloo. "Wait!" she called out.
Rarity looked behind her. "What is it, Scootaloo? The movie starts in a few minutes."
Scootaloo pointe to the concession stand while keeping her eyes on Rarity. "I want popcorn. You can't watch a movie without popcorn."
Soon enough, the other two fillies joined in. "Ah want nachos!" said Apple Bloom.
"I want an Icee!" cried Sweetie Belle.
Rarity sighed. She turned around and walked over to the concession stand. She opened up her saddle bag and pulled out a coin purse. The teal stallion behind the concession stand walked over to her. "Hello ma'am. What would you like?"
"Yes, hello. I'd like a medium sized bag of popcorn, a nacho pack, and an Icee."
"Certainly ma'am. What flavor Icee?"
Rarity turned to her little sister. "What flavor do you want, Sweetie?"
"Blue berry!" yelled Sweetie Belle.
Rarity turned back to the stallion. "Bl-
She was interrupted by the teal pony. "It's alright ma'am." he chuckled, "I heard her."
When they entered the theater, it was practically empty. I guess everypony else went to see Daring Do. The group found some seats and got comfortable. "2 minutes left." said Scootaloo, holding a tub of popcorn, which is half her size, on her lap.
Rarity turned to small Pegasus, "You do realize that they're going to show previews first, right?"
"I know. But previews are the best part about going to the movies. It's awesome seeing what new movies are gonna come out so we can start planning ahead."
Rarity checked the time. One minute left before the girls would make her shut up. She had enough time for one more question. "If the sequel is rated R, I'm going to assume that the first one was too. So tell me, how did you watch the first one?"
This time, Apple Bloom was the one to answer. She began to talk with a mouth full of nachos, "Ah rented it from a video store near mah house. Ah invited Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo to come over so we could watch it." Just as she finished, the lights began to dim. The previews were starting.
Two hours and fifteen minutes have passed. Apple Bloom and Scootaloo were clapping their hooves. "That was awesome!" they both shouted.
"Definitely better than the first one." critiqued Scootaloo, hooves full of butter.
"Definitely." agreed Apple Bloom, hooves full of melted cheese. "What'd you think of it, Sweetie Belle?"
Sweetie Belle sat in her chair, hooves covering her eyes. "I-is it over?" she asked.
The yellow filly rolled her eyes. "Yeah, it's over. Now quit bein' such a baby and finish yer Icee before it melts even more."
The white unicorn looked at her frozen, now melted, beverage. Tears began to form in her eyes. "My Icee... I didn't eve get to drink it yet." The tears now became visible.
Scootaloo rolled her eyes, "Oh brother." She turned away from Sweetie Belle and focused on Rarity. "So what did you think?"
Rarity just sat in her chair, silently. She slowly opened her mouth. She then began to reply, "I never should have let you girls see this movie."
"Oh c'mon, Rarity. I bit of gore in a movie never hurt nopony."
Rarity shook her head. "It's not the gore I'm talking about."
Scootaloo became confused. "What are you talking about, then?"
Rarity shook her head again. "It's nothing. Let's just get back home."
Apple Bloom then looked at Rarity. "Are yah talkin' 'bout the sex scenes?" she whispered.
Rarity stared at Apple Bloom in awe. "How do you-
The young filly interrupted, "Rarity, Ah live on a farm. Yah think Ah haven' seen two critters together "wrestling?" She censored the term to prevent Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo from knowing. They will find out in a few years.
Author's Note
The title of the movie originated from school. I was in Astronomy, and my teacher was giving us a trivia to help us study for our upcoming test. For one of the questions, no one got the answer correct, so my teacher said, "I'll give you a hint: It rhymes with penis." Everyone laughed and knew right away that the answer was Venus. Well, one student didn't hear him correctly and asked, "Did he just say 'The rising fetus?'" After I heard that, I knew it was a perfect name for a really terrible horror movie.
