spike has not been sleeping well lately , because of his nightmares, in each one his friends do horrible things to him, but there just dreams.... right? the only problem is, what is real, and what is reality?

Spike was snoring atop a stack of books. It was late and twilight had left a few hours ago. Spike, being her trusty companion, tried to tidy up the library. He couldn't stay awake any longer and had decided to take a nap, which soon turned into a two hour snooze. He woke up with a start when twilight came through the door. The sound caused him to jolt and tumble offs the books. She saw him and laughed "Sleeping on the job I see?"
He shrugged and laughed at himself. "Yeah, sorry. I tried to clean up some."
She just looked at him. "Of course you did.”
Spike sensed something he didn't like. He couldn't tell what it was. 'Is it just me, or is the air suddenly really cold?' Also, something about twilight's tone was different. He'd never heard her talk like that. He was so lost in thought that he didn't realize that twilight had been staring at him the whole time, with a small, little smile.
"Um twilight, are you okay?" He asked.
She nodded "Oh, I'm just fine."
He could feel himself growing uneasy. “Okay... well I'm going to bed now," He began to walk away
Twilight tilted her head "Spike?"
He turned around hesitantly and saw that her pupils were really tiny and she gave him a wide toothy grin. He gasped in shock, but when he blinked, she had a look of concern on her face.
"You okay? You seemed on edge," She said
He shrugged "just kind of hungry I guess..."
She gave a nod of understanding, and reached into her pack "Here, have some of these.” She handed him a bag of cookies
Spike took them and began eating them.
"Who made them?" He asked. silence...
As he turned around he discovered Twilight was gone. "Twilight where are..." he gets hit by something solid.

Spike woke up with hazy vision, he saw a purple blur.
He heard twilight's voice "shh, its okay Spike, it’s alright, just take it easy"
He then saw it was Twilight "what happened?"
She giggled not so comfortingly "you knocked yourself out with the club in my hooves"
He looked at her strangely "What?"
Spike felt parts of his body were cold and suddenly realized he was bound to a table with thick metal braces, they reminded him of cheesy old horror movies, where somepony would be bound to a table and have things connected to them and was looking up, towards the ceiling looking up “what’s going on?" he said now feeling the fear rise inside him
Twilight examined a large thin needle as she squirted it a little to get the right amount of a green fluid
"Oh, nothing I'm just going to do some, tests on your body"
He struggled against the metal braces "why am i bound to the table?"
She tapped the needle "because you’re going to feel a lot of pain"
Spike gulped "why are you doing this?"
She then turned to him and looked him level in the eye "because i need to see how much pain a dragon can endure"
What shocked spike the most was that she said it with such a nonchalant attitude
It was as if this was an everyday conversation with his best friend, he winced as she put the needle in his arm and pumped the liquid into him.
"What’s that stuff?" he asked worried
She placed the needle on the table, and began searching through some chemicals
Then stated "just adrenaline, don't want you to fall asleep in the middle of such important research"
Spike then gasped as the adrenaline took over, he felt as if his heart was going twenty beats a second, he panted hard, trying to control his ever increasing heart rate.

Twilight turned around with a beaker of liquid, she used a dropper and soaked some up. Then she dripped some on his arm, it fizzed a little, and spike raised an eyebrow.
She put a hove on her chin "hmm" then she said "i got it!" she turned around
Spike was wide awake and felt like a swarm of flies was buzzing around his head.
She turned around with a small knife and he gasped "no, don't!"
The knife touched the scales of his right arm; he could feel the cool metal even through his thick scales.
She smiled as she slowly began scraping against the grain of his scales; a row of them caught and were turned upwards, vertically
Spike winced as she then sliced sideways and began to tear up.
She then put the knife back and then her horn glowed with magic suddenly and viciously the patch of scales was ripped off.
Spike yelped "stoop please" she dabbed the blood that had pooled, then she turned back around to fill the dropper, she then dripped five small drops onto his bare skin
Spikes eyes went wide as the acid began to fizz and bubble violently as a small stream of smoke went upward.
Twilight shook her head "oh spike your a drama king, now i know why you like rarity!"
The acid had eaten halfway through now and his arm looked like Swiss cheese, holes riveted through it, as blood trickled from the grizzly wound.

Twilight looked at spike; he was exhausted from screaming and couldn't take the pain much longer.
"Hmm" she said puzzled "where else is there soft tissue?”.
She then looked at spikes watery eyes "aw dry those tears up, or better yet let me help you"
Spike squirmed "NO, BUCK YOU!"
She then dripped some on his closed left eyelid it violently reacted with his tears causing it to burst into green flame
It burned its way through the eyelid and his eye began to boil into jelly. Spike wailed in sheer agony, he had never experienced pain like this before. As he tipped his head to the side, the liquefied remains of his eye dripped out onto the table. He looked horrible. The skin around his left eye was gone, exposing the bone, and his empty socket. His other eye was constantly streaming with tears. “Why are you doing this?" he asked with clenched teeth
Without even blinking Twilight said "because your assisting me in finding out a dragons weaknesses”.
She then gave him the same smile that had flashed earlier
And just like that, he blacked out.

Spike woke up, panting like a racepony and sweating profusely. He realized that the pain was gone. He reached up to his eye which, thankfully, was still there, he then looked at his arm, it no longer resembled a sponge. Then he wondered why he was worried about his face and arm.
He sighed loudly “it was just a dream”
“yeah, well quit dreaming and start running spike” said Rainbow Dash suddenly in his ear
He looked at her confused “huh?”
She then blew a loud sharp note on a gold whistle she had around her neck
Spike began to jog “Uh, what’s this about dash?”
She flew beside him, bored because of how slow he was “Because, I need to get you in shape for that macho dragon competition”
He stopped “the what?”
Rainbow Dash put a hoof on her forehead, sighing dramatically “The competition you entered in to impress rarity”
He scratched his forehead “I did?”
Dash’s eyes leveled “Um, duh, why else would you be out here?”
Spike nodded “Okay
* * *
About an hour had passed, and spikes legs were killing him “Dash, could I please take a break?”
Rainbow Dash studied him “you’re not even trying!”
Spike tripped, and landed face first in the dirt
Rainbow Dash groaned “Fine! you can take your stupid break, “
Spike blacks out
* * *
A few hours later…
Spike wakes up in a room that looks like a gym but there is a large pyramid like structure in the middle, and RainbowDash is standing on top of it
Spike looks at her “What’s all this?”
She shrugs “you’re going to try to climb this tower”
spike shrugged “okay that sounds easy”
As he began to make his way up the tower, Rainbow Dash swooped down and pushed him off
Spike tumbled to the ground hard; rubbing his head he said “ow, what was that for?”
She smiled a thin lipped tight smile “I didn't say I would let you”
He frowned and mad e another attempt, but was pushed off again, this time he hurt his arm bad
He looked at her “what the heck Dash!” she folded her arms and shrugged “no pain, no gain”
So the cycle continued for what seemed like an eternity
Spike stood once again at the bottom, but was trembling all over. His whole body had bruises on it everywhere. He was cut in several places, and bleeding some
He looked up with exhausted and tired eyes “Dash, I've had enough, I can’t do this, and you’re too fast”
She flew off the top of the pyramid and landed in front of him
She nodded “Fine”
Spike was relieved until she suddenly pulled back, and punched him full force in the face, he flew back and hit the pyramid hard
Dash loomed over him “You’re a weak, sniveling coward; no wonder Rarity doesn't like you”
Spike wanted to cry “dash why are you being so mean? what did I ever do to you?”
She laughed, but it was hollow and empty
“You've never done anything for me that is the point, your lazy ,and spineless”
Spike was now worried, and began to panic
Dash smiled and walked over to a leaver
Spike tried to move but only took a step when WHOOSH, he fell into darkness
* * *
Spike woke up again, this time on a sort of bumpy surface; there was a single light overhead.
As he stood up, he saw the surface was rubber like, but had rocks that were imbedded in the material, he pulled a crystal free, and sniffed it , then licked it “Salt?” he said puzzled
Suddenly RainbowDash’s voice burst through loud speakers “yes, salt crystals”
Spike felt the ground suddenly beginning to move under him, and said “Wait, what’s going on?”
Rainbow looked down from an enclosed glass box “you’d better start walking in the other direction”
Spike turned around and saw two small flames that appeared, almost as eyes in the darkness
He squinted, and then suddenly there was a mighty roar and a large panel fell over to reveal a diabolical machine: it was an incinerator, but had two giant meat grinding pins attached, they had sets of 7 inch blades on each one, designed to pull the meat in.
Spikes eyes went wide with horror, and he realized he was getting closer and closer to the diabolical machine
He began to walk in the opposite direction, a task that was difficult to manage with the salt crystals poking his feet.
The giant treadmill from hell began to speed up, slightly causing spike to now clamber over the sharp stones
Spike was now at a light jog ,he winced as he stepped too hard on a crystal, and it cut his foot , he fell forward and landed hard on his hands, lacerating his fingers,. Now with the salt burning his flesh he cried out, and was now trying to crawl along, faster he crawled, and managed to stand back up, he was now covered in salt shards, and bleeding profusely from the deep cuts in his arms and legs. It burned so bad, as if he had embers inside his flesh. He then saw a huge salt crystal and tried to avoid it, but it hit his knee and drove up through the bone, spikes eyes were opened to a new world of pain, his femur was split in two. A new realization suddenly dawned on him: he had stopped moving, he gave one last futile effort, a small hop that only led to him falling again, this time his face took most of the impact, now the sharp crystals embedded in his cheeks, nose and even a rather large one in his eye. He wailed and sobbed in pain.

Meanwhile, Rainbow Dash smiled at the dragon’s torment
She spoke into the monitor “aww, giving up? I thought you had more spirit than that spike”
She shook her head and released a lever
To spikes amazement, a rope dangled in front of him, he grabbed hold of it feebly and now felt the heat, almost at his tail, then he felt something prick his tail, and tug it, then more and more
He looked back and to his horror, he was being dragged in by the grinder pins! , he pulled the rope harder, but the pressure between his body and his tail only grew, slowly, but surely, he was beginning to stretch, he knew that sooner or later the rope would break, but he couldn't give up
He was now stretched to his limit, and the grinder pins pulled him further still, ever so slowly, he cried out a choked cry as blood sprayed from his mouth, and then there was an audible POP, as spikes spine was becoming broken from the test of his skeletons, his arms snapped and stretched into deformed, dislocated limbs, and eventually his skin ripped around the base of his tail, and with a squishing sound, his skeleton slowly became dislodged from his body, muscles and skin tearing. His skin began to fold in on it and eventually. SLIP he was finally pulled into the inferno, a screaming shouldering mass. He looked out at RainbowDash, and as his last remnants of life burned in a fiery demise
He pointed at her, with a skeletal finger and said “why?”

Angel beast (angel bunny)

Spike woke up, with tears running down his face. He was out of breath, and felt afraid to blink. He was in a different house, he soon realized it was Flutter shy’s cottage. He looked around, and strangely there were no animals inside. He heard her singing
He saw her singing with birds as she flew gracefully. “Hush, my little darlings, food is on the way, but until then stay out and play”
She landed and began walking towards the house. Spike quickly dove under the covers and pretended to sleep
She nudged him “Um spike?” she said in her small timid voice
He woke up with a falsely groggy demeanor “huh? Flutter shy, is that you?”
She nodded “twilight brought you here earlier; she said you were feeling ill”
He nodded “yeah, I can’t sleep, well actually I don’t want to” he said looking at her in the eye
She nodded in understanding, then handed him a bowl of soup “here, eat this it will calm your nerves”
He ate slowly and began to feel really tired, and finally his head hit a pillow
When he woke up he was tied to a chair “flutter shy?” he asked startled
She appeared “oh thank goodness, you’re awake, now I don’t have to spray you”
He then started crying “no, I- I can’t do this, I can’t go through another one, no”
Flutter shy patted his arm “what’s wrong I just wanted you to see me feed some of my animals”
He eyed her suspiciously “why am I tied to the chair then?” she then untied his rope
She smiled sheepishly “you were moving a lot in your sleep”
He then said “so which animals, are you feeding?” he asked
She then said “mainly angel bunny” she said then walked towards a cage at the far end of the room.
Spike then wondered aloud “why is he in a cage?”
Flutter shy smiled “he just gets too hyper sometimes”
As she opened the cage, shadows poured forth, and suddenly the whole room was plunged into darkness.
Spike gasped as he tripped.
He began padding his way around in the darkness
He hit something soft with one hand, it was big, and fuzzy, and warm…. and MOVING!
Spike backed away, and lightning whipped the sky with its mighty roar. The light revealed the figure for a short time: white fur, long black claws, razor sharp yellow teeth, long torn ears, and massive red eyes: angel bunny
Spike began running the other direction but soon hit a wall.
He could hear the beast’s claws scraping as it walked after him, spike felt around for a bit and found another way, and he ran down the next corridor and found yet another wall
“Aw nuts” he cursed aloud
The creature formerly known as angel bunny was snarling as its heavy footsteps scratched across the floor.
Suddenly a voice came from above “Aww spikey don’t like angel bunny?”
Spike ran down the next turn and realized to himself ‘it’s a maze’
He heard flutter shy talking and cut her off as he ran “What happened to him?”
She landed on the wall above spike and said “well it was twilights fault you see, he was really sick and I couldn’t help him so she used her magic, but something went wrong and it turned him into something of a chimera, now he has the body of a lion, but the mouth of an alligator and still has his really long rabbit ears” she then laughed “he’s still got his cute fluffy white tail, in fact he still has white fur everywhere”
Spike suddenly ran into something, and tripped. He looked up to see the path being lit up by lights
Flutter shy commented “oh good now you can see, but so can angel bunny”
As if on cue, the massive beast rounded the corner and charged spike. He turned and began running. It was right there on his heels. Spike leaped onto the hedge wall and jumped over, he landed behind a stone pillar and waited, trying to catch his breath. The beast stuck his head through the hedge slowly and sniffed the air. It let out a low growl and then it turned and SNAPS spike hit the ground and saw angel carrying the pillar like a dog with its favorite stick. Then CRUNCH it snapped it in two. It then reared up and roared. Then it ran at spike
His legs wouldn’t move they couldn’t move he stepped back and bumped into something hard. He turned around to see a wooden support beam. He quickly jumped out of the way as the massive beast smashed into it. It then got ahold of spike and began thrashing him about, arms flailing, legs wind milling through the air like a rag doll. Then it let go rending his tail from his body. Spike hit a wall and slumped down in a crumpled heap. Flutter shy began to sing again “it’s time to eat right now, so eat him up don’t spit him out” spike looked up at her as she gave him a wicked smile. There was no sorrow, no remorse only hatred, and pure delight at seeing his fear. Her face would forever haunt him. She stared UN blinking. And just smiled as she watched spike’s final moments, like she was at just a regular movie. Spike was now backed up against a stone wall the cold rock felt strangely welcoming to him, as if he was accepting death he looked up into the beast’s eyes and it was as if hell itself stared back. Spike suddenly snapped out of his daze and said “NO!” and punched it in the jaw. Angel beast stopped his advance for a moment and looked at the dragon
Spike ran over to another support beam “COME ON YOU MANGY BEAST COME ON!”
And the creature got closer and closer. The boards above creaked and groaned
Angel beast leaped at spike, which dived under him, and as the monster crashed into the othe5r support beam it collapsed on him spike landed with a tumble
Flutter shy cried out “NOOOOO!”

YES i made a chimera MUAHAHAHA (cough) eh, meh , i kno this one dosent really have the torture factor, dont worry the next is fluttershy's revenge

Fluttershy leaned over the creature, as it whimpered in pain. it looked up at her in agony. its spine was crushed, an had pieces of jagged wood protruding from its hide. broken bones, that stood out like red dripped jagged cliffs in a sea of white fur stick out in various places. it wheezed hard.
Fluttershy was bent over it sobbing "angel, don't worry mama's here, it will be okay" the creature looked at her almost pleadingly . Fluttershy said a single sentence at barely a whisper "I'm sorry" then with a sudden and violent movement she twisted its head a loud crack echoed throughout the maze.
the creature writhed for a few seconds before the life left it's eyes
fluttershy stood on her feet and let out a deep sigh. she then said "oh spiiiike, wheere aaare yoouu?" in a singsong voice "coome oouut and plaay".

spike was hiding about twenty yards away, he crept along, tip toeing around every corner. he saw the way out and began to run towards it, but soon was tackled to the ground.
"aw, trying to run?" asked Fluttershy wickedly. she then bit his tail and began dragging him across the stone floor, he grasped at the ground gouging claw marks into the smooth surface. she then stuck him in the side with something , and he felt her twist the blade "OUCH " he cried out but she was already inserting something into the wound she put in 10 small objects that began to move around under his skin. then they latched onto his muscles he felt sick to his stomach . She soon threw him into a room that was cold, really cold . Apparently it was a storage freezer spike got to his feet and heard her laughing , turned behind to see her slam the door shut.

After he had pounded on the door for about twenty minutes, he had given up and sat in the middle of the room. slowly he felt his skin becoming tingly. he started to scratch at it to make it warmer, to no avail. it seemed like hours were going by, in reality it had only been minutes.
Flutter-shy slid open a slot with her hoof and said "are you cold yet?"
spike managed a croak "stop , let me out please "
she giggled "i cant do that , what will the popcorn beetles do without food?"
spike scratched his head "popcorn beetles?"
she laughed "yea they are little beetles the size of lady bugs, and when they find heat they grow instantly to the size of a filly's hoof , you have about 40 id say, i put the eggs in with that needle earlier, and that freezer your in also doubles a giant oven.
spike gasped in horror "NO!"
she smiled "YES!" and slammed the slide shut.
spike pounded on the door yet again with his fists , the blisters burst open on his hands
he felt the door becoming hotter,and also his feet, he wasn't worried because his scale's would protect him from the heat .
he began to sob , he felt the tiny, sinister beads under his skin moving around more frequently. it turned his stomach and he wretched on the floor and immediately regretted it.
The second the vomit hits the floor it immediately began cooking a cloud of revolting steam made its way to spikes nose, causing him to puke further. More of the noxious fumes. he was now dry heaving.
Suddenly and violently the bead in his right shoulder grew all at once POP spike cried out and touched the bulge. the beetle popped its head through and bit his finger. spike's jerked his arm away and ripped off the chunk of skin . he howled in pain. trying to cover the wound, he suddenly felt two more pop in a row, one on the back of his left leg, and the other on his right arm. He yelped with each one, and suddenly felt something odd , was that air?. he turned painfully to see a giant fan blowing air through the oven, super heated air. spike fought hard but was knocked back and landed on two popped beetles with a loud squishy crunch "aah" he wailed out. then he felt a bead moving in his cheek, it moved down to his neck, spike sobbed and then POP, his neck popped open and he cried worse, making a sick gargling noise, he put both hands on his neck and tried to keep his esophagus inside.

Then he felt an itching sensation in his eye and was curious. the sudden realization dawned on him, he became frantic,and began clawing at his eye trying to get the egg out, he hesitated for a second and then with great force he reached in and pulled at his eye, blood streaming mixed with tears, he tugged harder, and harder, the eye came loose from the socket his optic nerve tensed and then ripped clean with a violent snap he looked with the other eye and saw the beetle vibrating inside the eye and tossed it . it hit a wall and exploded as the beetle popped. he cupped his empty eye socket and released a loud deafening howl "AAAAAAAAGGGGHHH" then he fell back as the last beetle blew up inside his heart, his body giving a short shake.
Fluttershy giggled ,at first softly then began laughing harder and harder a before wiping tears of joy from her eyes then she sighed and left to go take a nap.
