"Sir, it's ready," says a female voice. Her tone seems to have a layer of anxiousness smeared across it.         "Excellent," exclaims a deep, male vocal, "begin phase one."         "Are you sure we should? This is a very risky plan," she replies, her anxiety now clear.         "Nonsense, we will continue on schedule," he states firmly. "I will not waste my time. This is very important; they must be free."         "Yes sir," she submits, backing out of the room.         "Wait," he tells her, "one more thing."         "Yes?"         "I need you to inform the rescue crews that we are on red alert; it seems that we have been partially discovered. One of the teams didn't come back."         "Yes sir, is that all?" She asks.         "Yes, you may go now."         "Goodbye," she says, walking out. She exits, and the man sees a green flash.         "We must hurry, they have begun their plan," he hears her say, with a completely new voice.         "Did you place the insect?" another voice asks, similar to her own.         "Yes," she replies.         "Good," the voice says. Suddenly, he feels an excruciating pain in his foot. He looks down to see a lump the size of a tennis ball- moving up his leg. He lets out a scream. The thing gets up to his thigh, then his groin, his stomach, his lungs. He can't breath. Then, it reaches his head, and his thoughts turn to pain. Then his pain turns to... nothing; gone. He is gone.
