Good Memories, Old Friends
It was a cold evening in ponyville, as Granny Pinkie sat down in her old chair to breathe. She felt saddened that she was the last one of her friends to live, and that she knew soon enough in her life she would be gone too. She lifted her head and looked through the old Clouded glass. She could remember all of her friends deaths clearly.
Rainbowdash was the first to die. She had been through so many flying races that one night She had to be taken to the Ponyville hospital. All the pressure had made her heart race faster and faster, speeding so much that her heart then just gave up. All of the friends were saddened to see her die, and knew that another friend would be next. And they were right.
The next one to die was Applejack. Through all of her hard work and accomplishments on the farm, one day, when she went applebucking, one tree just wouldn't budge. So trying her hardest, she gave a most power slam, sending wood chips through her soft flesh and tear her legs off. She managed to hold on for a few months, but without her legs she was useless.
And then Fluttershy. After a hard week of pain, Fluttershy managed to go back to helping her animals. She had broken her wings from a crash. Trying to help a poor papa bear care for his cubs, he roared out in anger, and attacked poor Fluttershy. Without being able to fly away, Fluttershy's death was the saddest one.
Next was Rarity. She had become so popular with her outfits, she had gotten so many orders that she began to loose control, her mind popped, like popcorn in a microwave, and refused to let her think. She had then fainted and never woken up. Spike had gone crazy after this happened. He was so torn he laid next to her in The Ponyville Hospital until he died.
Twilight. Twilight had died from too much stress like rarity. She had become the next queen in line, and did so, but it was so much work, she could not stand it any longer. She had forfeited the cause of helping Canterlot that she had died from all stress. All the notes sent, everything.
Then Pumpkin and Pound cake. They never really should have died, for how young they were. They had discovered their true talents, a "Pumpkin cake" and a "Pound cake". In their mare and stallion age, They had many consequences. Their causes were a Train accident.
Mr. and Mrs. Cake had both died of old age. However, even when they died, Pinkie and Pumpkin and Pound cake still kept the business running perfectly, until the train accident. After the Train Accident, she wondered if it would be worth it to even keep the store running. But she did.
Any other ponies, Granny cared about, had died from more, "satisfying" causes, like heart attacks and such. None were like her true friends deaths.
However, there still were very good memories that Pinkie could remembered. Chocolate Rain, Defeating Discord, finding the Mystery on the Train, The Royal Wedding.. Time never does last forever.
Granny Pinkie smiled, and stared at the sunset. She gasped and took her last breath in, and then faintly closed her eyes, her wrinkled face fading into the background.
