Spikes big Rumble
Chapter 1
Friday on my mind
Spike was walking through Ponyville hoping to visit his best friend Rumble. He had spent most of the morning speaking to Twilight, conniving her to let him hang with Rumble for the day. Twilight needed him at the library to help out with all the chores, but let him go anyway. Spike spotted the familiar house and ran a bit faster. He knocked on the front door.
He heard sounds of hoofs on the other side of the door, then it opened to revile a light gray Pegasus colt with a darker gray mane and purple eyes. Said Pegasus smiled at the teen dragon.
“Hay Spike glad to see that you could come over” Said Rumble moving out of the way for his friend.
“Yea thanks for having me over” Spike turned to his friend “So what do you want to do?”
Rumble closed the door behind them and then walked past the drake, heading upstairs, Spike fallowed.
“Well first I need to get the bits out of my room” Said Rumble with his hoof on the handle “and then how about we go to the arcade?”
Spike smiled “Sounds like a plan”
Rumbles room was just as you mite imagine a teen colts room to look. He had a bed, posters of very seductive looking mares on his walls, beer bottles on his counter top and anything else you could thank of. Spike had been in this room a lot of times before and new the place like the back of his head, but today he noticed something... different. A magazine on Rumbles bed, a certain 'type' of magazine, you know the ones you keep hidden from your mom! Spike walked over to the bed and got a closer look.
Was that a Stallion on the cover?
He couldn’t verify because just then the magazine was stanched away from his claws by Rumble, the Pegasus then quickly flew over to his closet and threw it in, closing the door behind him.
Spike was just about to ask 'what the hell' but Rumble beat him to it.
“Um.. you ready to go?” Said Rumble at the door to his room, as if nothing ever happened.
Spike decided to drop the subject and nodded, the two walked out the door and out the house. The walk to the arcade was very quiet & very awkward...

Once they made it to the large red building with the big red sign saying 'Arcade' the two friends went inside. All ready the place looked packed full of pony's, but two players stood out of the crowd. Button Mash & his mare-friend Sweetie belle who looked like they where just about to beat the world record on 'Supper smash Bro-hoof'. Spike and Rumble pushed past the crowd of onlookers to get a better look, and they where right Button Mash and Sweetie belle where on the finale level, the boss level.
Not wanting to wast there day just watching the teen dragon and colt left the crowd to go play some now empty games, but after only a few feet away from the other players Sweetie yelled in anger “Oh Come On!” fallowed by Button Mash crying and saying “Seven. Hours. wasted!” then the crowd booed and trotted away, Spike and Rumble felt a bit bad for there friends, but that quickly faded.
They had some games to play...
