Sweetie Belle discovers someone has written awful things about her on the side of the schoolhouse. Why would someone write that? What did she do to deserve this? What did it mean? No really, what's the meaning of that phrase, she's never heard it before but it has to be bad, since graffiti of all kinds is bad.
