A new mare comes to Ponyville, anti-social and hidden. A cyclops named Cotton Maroon becomes curious of the mare, and goes to meet her. OC romance ensues.

I'm Different

Prologue

My names Cotton Maroon, and I'm... Different. Most ponies have two, nice little eyes, I only have one in the middle of my head. I'm called 'weird' or 'a freak' and 'creepy' simply because my eye. I don't see how I'm that different from other ponies! My only difference is my eye. I have a cutie mark, hooves, a tongue, even a stomach! Speaking of my cutie mark, its maroon cotton candy. I'm a candy maker, but I always give the cotton candy I make to stores so they can sell it, I get a bit less of the profit, but its enough to keep me fed. Nopony actually knows I'm the pony who makes the cotton candy, I've told them before but they thought I was lying since its too good to be made by a freak. I'm actually wondering if I should take it as a compliment for the candy, or an insult for calling me a freak.

But anyways, thats not what this story is about. Its about me and my friend (I sort of wish we were more then friends.), Acid Dots. We're different, but we're different together.
