Chapters Chapter 1 - Genesis
Huh? What's this? I'm... not sleeping anymore. Why am I conscious? And what are those disrupting sounds? Something touched my ears? That's impossible. I've never heard anything in my life!
...How's my creation Doctor? Is he still being developed...
I am interested in no creation! Leave me be and shut up! I've been sleeping for my entire life. It's not time to wake up yet. Perhaps in a few more years.
...Zylo is still being developed yes. At this rate, you will have your super warrior and some! However, his brain activity is a bit high for this early in his life...
I'm keeping my eyes shut, I don't care what the fuck they want. I like my bed better. I'm not about to give away this sleep. Funny. The voices sound muffled. They sound dangerously close, but it also sounds like a barrier of both glass and liquid stands in the way of me and those voices.
...If this is a problem, fix it immediately. We must have no weak links...
I wonder who they are talking to? Is this a dream? I've never dreamed before! Maybe if I peek open my eyes... no! I cannot disrupt it!
...Well, Zylo may become self-conscious and begin to think for himself. Because we haven't given him a personality, he has no conscious, which makes him dangerous...
Wait a second. Zylo? Creation? Development? Who is this? Who am I?! Is that... me talking? Oh no! How do I know anything! What is this! Grrrr... no!!! AGGHH!!! How do I know I've never heard anything, or if I'm conscious or not?! It's as if I'm a baby that has the intelligence of an eighteen year old! Oh no! THATS EXACTLY WHAT I AM.
...Agh! Dr. Stasis!!! Why is Zylo struggling? Fix it now...
...Yes ma'am. Guys! 1000 milligrams of sedative. Stat! Quickly! He's starting to break a few chords in there...
Sedative? Wait. I've heard of that before. Whew. Thank Celestia. I can go back to sleep. Ahhh... here it is. Oooohhh. That feels, uggghhh...
...thank goodness. He's falling fast asleep. Brain activity: declining. Pulse: normal. We're in the clear...
...with Celestia
Secret underground experiment facility.
At last, the Bio-Pony was sedated, and not a moment too soon. Dr. Stasis looked down to his hoofs. They were shaking tremendously. When he looked up to the princess of the daytime, he noticed her calm stature. She looked straight into the Bio-Pony's face, not even flinching from the close call.
"Look at you! " She thinks. "The fusion of Luna and Vegeta. A perfect specimen. You live to fight, and nothing more. You're a killer. You're the only hope for ponykind in there. I hope you are everything that Dr. Stasis promised...Zylo. "
This seems a little bit too dark for Celestia. In a way, Celestia was genetically toying with Luna's son, and not having a problem with it. And this Vegeta person? Only a select few know what he's capable of. Indeed it seemed a little harsh, but after countless days of planning, this seemed like the best course of action to stop the threat ahead.
She walked closer to yet another one of their experiments. However, this one was her golden goose. Perfect in every way. Or at least, he was on his way to perfection. She tapped on the glass of the cell. No response from the pony inside.
The pony that floated in the red liquid simply bobbed up and down, virtually motionless. The genetic code for his appearance was simple enough to create. His fur was a snow white color, his cutie mark still a blank canvas of white. His hair, a jet black, with blood red streaks throughout his wild mane.
"I'm sorry, but you cannot be allowed to think for yourself." She says in the open, like she doesn't care who hears. "This is my last resort. You can't know that you are basically a slave of mine. You're not a pony, or a saiyan, you are a tool used to save us all."
"Wh-what was that...princess?" Said the cowardly Dr. Stasis.
For only a few seconds, she ignores him. As soon as Dr. Stasis thought of asking again, she abruptly turns around. She utters a small and silent chuckle to herself as her radiant eyes pierced through the doctor's very soul.
"Oh, it's nothing!" She says, with a bright smile following.
Princess Celestia. Perhaps the finest, most beautiful pony that ever touched the soil of Equestria. She's much larger than the average pony, most likely due to the fact that she is an alicorn. Her white fur is the same hue as that of the very pony her scientists are developing. She wears her crown proudly atop her head, as well as matching breast plate and horseshoes. Her eyes are like purplish-pink diamonds, but her mane is even more magnificent. With a combination of cyan, pink, and 2 similar shades of blue, her mane is second to none. It courses with magical energy with each passing second! Her tail is no exception.
"Now, Doctor!" She snaps, grabbing his full attention. "Get back to work. I'll be returning to my duties. Take care."
"Y-yyes ma'am." The doctor says, kissing Celestia's big flank.
She nods her head, then proceeds to walk out of the experiment room. Walking back up the dark stairs brought back terrible memories, for not only is this where her creations are being worked on, this is where she encountered...him.
"Oh how that day haunts me so." Celestia talks to herself. "I can never forget it. Eighteen years ago. That day, that very same horrifying day, He! He showed his face! Agh, if I could even call it a face!"
Celestia tried to focus on the stairs, instead of the familiar background. The pain was too great.
"He's the whole reason! The only reason I'm pouring countless bits into these warriors." She yells, growing much louder. "We've dealt with Chrysalis, Sombra, and even Discord, but this, this guy is just out of our league entirely! Not even the elements of harmony can stop him!"
Frustrated, she decides to close her eyes and take the easier way up the giant spiral staircase. She begins to fly straight up into the light that shines down. Seconds later, she was gone.
...Back to the lab again
An average scientist laborer watches his watch closely. It's 11:59 on the dot. Only a minute remained until their shift was over. After that, the night guards would take over watching the experiments. Here, there are only 2 kinds of ponies that can set foot in the lab. A night guard, or a scientist. Well, unless you count the Princess.
Finally! Midnight comes at last. It's Friday, which means the weekday is finally over at last.
"HEEEEEYYY!!!" Shouts the watchman. "It's midnight! Time to pack it up!"
Instantly, the scientists stopped whatever they were doing. Most of them cheered and conversed with each other as they began to clean up. All sorts of stuff littered the tables that surrounded the pods. Lab coats, clipboards, medicine, test tubes, and more. One by one, the scientists marched out of the lab, with the exception of one pony. The lead doctor himself, Dr. Stasis.
"Argh!" He scoffs to himself. "It's so creepy down here with all of these ponies floating in the water like this. I wish Shining Armor and his troops would hurry up!"
Dr. Stasis finds himself a seat in the middle of all 15 experiments. The slight sound of the fluid in the tanks bubbling is the only thing that fills the room with sound. Bored, he looks over to each one, staring through the glass and checking on his lifelong projects. Finally, he looks to the last one. A pair of glowing red eyes flashes through the glass. When Dr. Stasis looks him straight into the eyes, an evil smile stretches across his face.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!" He screams to the top of his lungs.
Screaming, flailing, and otherwise being a total pussy, Dr. Stasis snapped out of his panic in the safe hoofs of the one he was waiting for.
"Uhhhh. What's your problem?" Shining Armor asks with a warm smile. "Calm down. It's just us!!!"
Dr. Stasis didn't even bother answering. He cocked his head as fast as he could to Celestia's ultimate weapon, only to find him back asleep. Was he seeing things?
"What the..." He gasped. "I swear... I... SAW HIM..."
"Shut up you pencil pusher!" Yells one of Shining Armor's night guards. "You're slowly losing your mind down here in this bunker. You know that, right?"
The Doctor kind of had his feeling hurt. This was his life's ambition that the guard just made fun of! Dr. Stasis was no "pencil pusher." He was a superior scientist, one hired by Celestia herself.
Thankfully for him, Shining Armor stood up for Dr. Stasis.
"Shut up! You're nothing but a measly grunt yourself, so don't think you can knock other's down like that!" Shining defends.
The guard that made fun of Dr. Stasis slouched his neck in embarrassment, while the other guards silently laughed at him. Shining noticed that his guards were becoming too rowdy.
"AttennnnSION!!!" Shining yelled.
In that second, the night guards lined up in a neat line against the wall. Each stood as tall as possible.
"These experiments here are top secret!" He began. "You know the drill, but I am obligated to remind you. If you blab your big mouths to anypony in your entire lives about what you are guarding, well... I doubt I have to remind you about that part."
Every one of the guards grew nervous and gulped hard. They knew what the penalty was. Banishment in the first degree!
"Now, TO YOUR POSTS!!!" Shining yells.
Each one of the guards quickly get where they need to go. Some ran, some flew, and some teleported. All made it there in less than 5 seconds. Shining was pleased.
"So, I'm free to go?" Dr. Stasis asked Shining Armor.
"Yes sir!" He nobly informed his friend. "We can take it from here. None of these experiments will ever get through."
Flashing a weak smile, the doctor journeyed up the long stairs to the surface.
"Those fools don't know how wrong they are. " He thought silently into his head. "Just one of those warriors would take a whole army of soldiers to stop it. And if Zylo is the one to wake up? Ohhh... "
The doctor decided to put it out of his mind. It was now in the hoofs of the guards.
...Minutes later.
"Finally! All of the egghead are gone. Now, the real challenges show up. It's time for me to destroy these pests. " Thought the creation in his cell.
Carefully opening his eyes, this new synthetic creature, known as Zylo, peered around the room. All of the guards were standing vigilant and strong. This bothered Zylo. Ponies that stood in his way must be destroyed.
"Well, first things first, I kill them all if they stand in my way." He darkly thought. "Then, I find that doctor and ask him why he created me!"
Zylo knew that he was outnumbered, which was a bad thing. His fighting abilities were unknown to him, undetermined on just how strong he was. It was time for a small test run.
"One...two...three...four...five...six...seven." Zylo counted in his head. "Hmmmph. Seven guards could be a challenge. No matter, I must escape this...this...BULLSHIT!!! I'll make that doctor regret that he created me!"
Slowly, one tube at a time, Zylo began pulling them all off. When he removed his breathing mask, he started to regret it. He was now on borrowed time to make his first strike. Never-the-less, he smiled and began to tap a familiar song.
Shave and a haircut, 2 bits!
Instantly, the guard standing next to his cell jumped. He knew it came from Zylo's cell. When he looked through the glass, he flinched at what he saw. An eighteen year old pony smiling back at him, glaring into his eyes.
Before the guard had time to react, Zylo's fist flew through the glass, grabbing the pony by the throat. His grip was so tight, that the second he let go, the pony continued to choke, as if an invisible man was strangling him. Eventually, he struggled no longer. Zylo had crushed his windpipe. His life came to a screeching end.
When Zylo noticed the other six ponies running towards him, he crouched downward and submerged himself under the liquid. He held his breath, as the cell was not yet fully drained.
"What the heck was that?!" yelled Captain Shining Armor.
All of the remaining guards looked to their fallen comrade. Red liquid flowed from Zylo's cell all over the dead guards face. He was completely motionless. Shining slammed his hoof into the ground, angry on how this was possible.
"NOOOOO!!!" He screams, denting the concrete floor with his great strength. "Who did this?!?!?!"
None of them answered. Instead, they looked to the cell in front of them that read, "ZYLO" in big, bold letters.
"Come out of there right now!!!" Shining commanded. "Resisting would be foolish on your part."
He couldn't help but laugh underwater. It was funny to Zylo. Resisting them? Oh no. In his head, they resisted him. With his breath officially used, Zylo bucked the door off of it's hinges. The solid steel door was 4 inches thick and weighing over 500 pounds. The guard in the very middle couldn't be any more unlucky. The door grabbed him, sent him flying with it, and smashed him straight into the wall. He did not survive.
Finally, the pony steps from his pod, still smiling that evil smirk. When he gets a look at where he is, he stops and gasps at the scenery.
"So, these are my first images out of that pod." He silently tells himself. "None of this makes any sense!"
When Zylo moved his hoof off of the throat of the pony he killed, he began to wonder. He looked to the blood splattered wall, and the pile of gore that lay under the iron door. This was getting him nowhere.
"You!" he says pointing to Shining Armor. "Tell me something!"
"What, you freak?" He screamed at Zylo, clearly afraid.
Shining wouldn't allow Zylo to see it, but he was downright freaking out. 2 of his friends already died from this monster before they even saw him coming. This was serious. His very life may be endanger as of now.
"Why?" He asks. "Why was I created? This is the first time I've ever taken a single hoofstep in my life, and yet... I know how to walk, just like a normal eighteen year old. How do I know all of these skills? Right now, I shouldn't even be able to talk!"
"S-shut up!" Shining stuttered, drawing his sword. "If you don't surrender right now, your safety may not be guaranteed."
Zylo simply scoffed, and nodded his head. It felt like hours before he responded.
"If you cannot help me," He begins. "Then you are useless. You die NOW!!!"
"GRRRR!!!" Shining growled. "Attack him guys! Right now!"
Unfortunately for them, Shining just made Zylo's day. His guards were just as disposable, if not even more so than Shining Armor was. The only time this kid showed any emotion at all was when he battled. His whole heart was poured into it. It was as if he was happy to be doing this, happy to be ending lives as if they were nothing more than the air we breathe. When the guards attack him, he moves are perfectly coordinated. His reflexes are sharp. His speed is second to none. Even on foot, he glides across the floor, like he's on ice.
"THATS IT!!!" One guard screams. "Gang up on him guys!!!"
"YAAAAHHH!!!" Three guards yell, trying to help him out.
Zylo frowns. He has to kick it up a notch. With rapid swings from their spears, Zylo pushes them out of harms way just in time, stab to stab, swipe to swipe. He's not even being too serious. Zylo made deflecting 10 spear swipes per second look easy. Finally, he had enough. Delaying their last few seconds of life was over.
Zylo ripped one of the spears away from a guard. He smashed the wooden edge against his head, then proceeded to disarm the other 3. He broke all three with a heave to the wall.
"Listen to me." Zylo warns with a medium light voice. "I'm giving you a chance to leave. If anyone of you ponies fuck with me, you will be eliminated. Got it?"
The 4 ponies that trifled with Zylo shook in their armor. Slowly, a guard with a sword went behind Zylo, carefully sneaking over.
"Don't think I'm sparing you out of the kindness of my heart!" He hatefully makes himself clear. "It's just that killing all of you is going to take longer. I'd rather get to this Dr. Stasis character right now. So what's it going to be? TELL ME!!!"
While Zylo babbled on, a guard was on the verge of striking with his sharp longsword. He followed through fully on his neck. He sighed in relief when the blow hit, because in his head it was all over. His head thought wrong, because when he looked down, the hairs on his mane weren't even cut! The sword cracked into a million pieces, as it smashed into the killing machine. Zylo just stood there, deeply disturbed that they tried to resist.
He cocked his neck back to the guard that tried to kill him, but didn't move his legs.
"That was a fatal mistake." He says to him with no emotion. "You could have walked away from here, but now? Hah. Now your days are over."
Nobody did anything. They simply marveled at this pony at the same time they were afraid. There was no stopping him! A sword to the back of the neck would have heaved any other ponies head clean off, but not this one. This one was hardly a pony at all.
"How could Celestia create such...an abomination? This was supposed to be our hero? THIS?! This very pony was supposed to be the one to save our lives?! No! I refuse to believe it! He's a monster."
Zylo slowly walked towards the pony that tried to kill him, still staring intensively into his eyes.
"Celestia?" He asked, not turning to Shining. "Who is she? That name, it's familiar."
Shining kicked himself for saying that out loud! Now, he may be after his princess! He may have put her life in danger as well. This pony couldn't be stopped. Even Shining doubted that Celestia could stop him either.
"Hah. No matter. Well, it's time to die!" Zylo cried.
In that instant, Zylo raised his power level up. A loud noise marked that Zylo's power had increased substantially. His hair flowed upward, as if he was underwater. A small white aura burned around him like he was the fuel for a very hot fire. Grabbing the pony by the neck, he picked up a piece of glass from the floor. With a quick slice, the pony's life ended. As the guard coughed and gagged, blood spewed from his neck and onto Zylo's fur. The guard struggled, praying that this wasn't happening, but it was.
"That's three." He said in a monotone voice. "Four more left."
All of the guards attacked them, even Shining Armor. One guard tried to punch Zylo in his face, but when the blow didn't even make him phase, he grabbed his hoof, twisted it, and threw him to the ground. Before he had time to deliver the finishing blow, Shining Armor shoved him away with all of his strength. The shove worked, but not as much as it should have.
One guard came to Zylo's left. Quickly, Zylo turned to the right, and bucked him right in the side. Zylo's hind hoof went through the hard bones of the guards rib cage, through vital organs that lay inside, and through another layer of bone. The strike successfully impaled the guard! He suffered worse than all of the others.
"Four!" Zylo noted.
He didn't even put his stuck leg out of the dead pony. Instead, he crushed the other pony's head that suffered with the broken leg first, then squirmed to release his leg.
"That's five." Zylo said to himself.
Two more remained. Zylo held the strength of his punch back and smashed the pony into the wall with a sucker punch. Shining Armor was now officially too afraid to fight. Never had he seen a more ruthless killer in his life. Never had he even seen a killer in his life.
All was quiet, with the exception of the injured guard. He couldn't stop moaning in pain. Zylo ended his life with a stomp to the head. His skull split open, like a cantaloupe as brain matter oozed from the crack of his cranium. Zylo grew a sense of accomplishment in his head, but his heart would forever be stained black on the day he joined the living.
"That's six!!!" Zylo said with a smile. "You're turn..."
Slowly, Zylo's pure intimidation pushed the captain into a corner. One brave surge of strength came over Shining Armor. He charged straight into Zylo, who grabbed him by the shoulders.
"YOU'LL PAY FOR WHAT YOU'VE DONE YOU CROOK!!!" Shining Armor screamed, yearning to avenge his friends. HEEEYYYAAAAA!!!!!"
"Wow." Zylo had to say.
Zylo looked to the ground. His hoofs were sliding backwards, not forwards. He found himself impressed by the strength of this one.
"I must say, I'm impressed. You're strong. For a PONY!!! HIYAA!!!"
Zylo shoved him forward hard now. Not even the captain of the royal guard stood any chance. Zylo shoved him forward, and punched Shining right in the helmet. The blow was devastating! He fell on his back, as his helm skidded on the floor to Zylo's hoofs. He picked it up and examined it.
"Such a pitifully weak breed of ponies. Such a shame!" Zylo yelled.
Bending the helm into a tight bronze ball, he threw it at Shining's head. He flinched when it hit his eye. Zylo now ran towards him to strike fear into his heart. He picked him up by his armor.
"Ghh...D-do it!" Shining said. "Kill me. You'll never get away with this!!!"
"Away with what?" Zylo asked.
"With killing my men!!! You FOOL!!!" He screamed.
"What's wrong with that?!" Zylo asked, frustrated that he didn't understand.
"D-don't you see? All of those men had families!" He yelled in a sad tone. "Each and every one of those guards had a wife and kids to go home to. Now? They're dead! DEAD!!! And it's all YOUR FAULT!!!"
Zylo was caught off guard. Shining seemed so passionate for other ponies that weren't even him. Zylo was too confused why he showed concern for others. After all, Zylo could not, so why should anypony else?
His touching words did nothing to Zylo. All it did was stir up more questions in that thick head of his. He tossed Shining Armor over his shoulder, as he slammed into countless tables.
Before Zylo left, he noticed the door to his cell, propped on the dead pony that lay between it and the wall. He picked it up, ignoring the body below him and wiped the blood from the bottom part. He saw those very four letters that were his name.
"Zylo?" He asked himself. "That's what I am called now. Zylo. It will do."
Staring back at his empty pod, he noticed for the first time, that there were 14 other pods laying adjacent to each other. 7 on the left, and seven on the right. His brothers and sisters all laid here, dormant.
"I'll put these guys out of commission too. Somehow, I get the feeling that... they know me." He said with slight sadness. "I don't like it!!!"
Picking up the first pod he saw, he threw it into the others. Sparks, smoke, red water, glass, and metal pieces flew everywhere! After several minutes of Zylo's rampage, all of the pods were scattered across the floor. Zylo turned, headed for the exit, and never looked back.
"Why am I here? I must find this Doctor Stasis person." Zylo told himself. "When I find him and extract my answers, I'll kill him. Then, I can begin my training."
Every pod on that floor was destroyed. The lights all gave out, leaving shining in the pitch darkness, alone to die. He looked all around. It was the quiet that scared him the most. Eventually, the blood loss was too great, and he passed out.
Just before Shining Armor's last second of consciousness ran out, he saw 2 glowing red pods flicker, struggling to survive.

Disclaimer: I'm pretty sure that all of you know that I don't own My Little Pony or anything associated with it with the exception of a Rainbow Dash pillow pet. My Little Pony is owned by Hasbro.
Hey! Thanks to all that read this all the way through! I know that Zylo seems overpowered, but I assure you that the Saiyan blood in him is responsible for that. If you've never watched Dragon Ball Z, you won't understand.
Just so we're clear, yes. This is a crossover, but it starts off slow. Dragon Ball Z is just one of many crossovers I hope to put in here. I promise that the good stuff will come soon enough.
Another thing to add, I accept OC's from anyone who wishes to have one here, even if they are in another story. Be sure to either leave it in a review, but I'd prefer if you PM'ed me, so that I can tell you what info I need for your OC.

Chapter 2 - Rules
...The next morning
"I wish you would tell me what happened Shining!" Twilight says to her only brother. "I've never seen you so...beaten before!!!"
Late last night, Shining Armor was discovered in the darkness of the destroyed research facility. It was Dr. Stasis himself who returned to find him unconscious. Both kept their mouths shut. Dr. Stasis made himself very clear that he would handle this situation. Zylo was his responsibility after all. All Shining had to do was make sure nopony entered, and nopony left. Dr. Stasis himself is en route to deliver the terrible news to Celestia as of this morning.
The tough stallion carefully escorted himself to the castle area where he and his beloved wife lived. He almost collapsed at his own doorstep, had not Twilight found him.
"It...it's complicated." He says, saddened.
"Baby. I wish you would tell me." Said his noble wife, Cadence. "You know you can tell me and your sister anything. Right?"
Shining felt comfort in his wife's words, but they weren't enough. Cadence gently placed a warm wash cloth over his black eye. It was a painful battle scar that reminded him of Zylo every time Princess Cadence touched it. He gritted his teeth in serious pain, but not physical pain. He's dealt with that one too many times. No, this was a much different pain.
What he saw was one of the most darkest events that ever took place in pony history. A mass murderer spared his life, and he was unsure why. Why did it have to be him? He would have easily taken their place if even one would have survived. Directly in front of him, he saw Zylo single handedly destroy all six of his guards, with no weapons, and there was nothing they could do to stop them.
In sheer frustration, Shining gritted his teeth hard, angry that he was so weak compared to that monster. He knew he was out there somewhere. He just knew it!
"Grrrr. NOOOO!!!" Shining screamed, pounding his hoof into the table.
Twilight and Cadence grew concerned. Shining refused to tell them? But he was family to both. How could he not?
"Shining!" Twilight said, frustrated at his brother's stubbornness. "There is something you're not telling us. Who did this to you? And why won't you tell us. Surely, it's not that bad, right?"
He ignored her. He was too frustrated to talk. His mind bubbled like an overflowing cauldron of crazy thoughts. It was too much to bear. Shining Armor could never share something so horrific to his family. The chair he sat on began to shake, just as he did. His right hoof squeezed the table so hard, that it put a hoof shaped indention in it.
Cadence said nothing, but knew he was feeling pain that she did not understand. She placed her hoof over the strained one, and it began to relax. Letting out a sharp sigh, the nightmarish trance in Shining's head was over.
"C-cadence..." He stuttered in fear, looking into her eyes.
With little warning, Cadence kissed her husband deeply on the lips. His eyes shut closed. Cadence's followed. Twilight only blushed and smiled at the lovely scene.
"Whatever's bothering you my love," She began. "It really isn't anything you can't tell me. I hope you know that."
"Thank you sweetheart." He said, sighing.
Cadence smiled a sweet smile to Shining Armor. Still a tad bit frustrated, he stormed up and walked to the window. Again, Twilight and Cadence grew concerned.
"Girls? You're right. It's nothing I can't tell you..." Shining began to say, looking out the window.
The girls smiled. They finally got through that thick skull of his. They smiled and approached him from behind.
"...but it's something that I don't want to tell you. If I do, and Celestia finds out, my life is over. Literally! I'll be banished!" Shining finishes.
Both of the girls gasped. A life without Shining Armor would hardly be a life at all. Cadence was at a loss for words. This was much more serious than he thought. Whomever fought shining wasn't the average mugger or bandit that the guards dealt with from time to time. She knew this was much worse, a foe perhaps as nasty as Discord.
Before either of them could respond, Shining turned around to spill the beans.
"Look. I'm going to tell you what caused my injuries." He said abruptly. "Although this goes against every shred of pride and honor I have, I really do need to tell somepony."
"We're all ears!" Twilight said, happy to listen.
"Yes. I agree with my sister-in-law." Cadence agreed. "Tell us what happened."
"Ever so often, whenever I go on these 'Special missions' I've been telling you about dear, I...I've lied." He said it as to make a point.
The way that Shining Armor put it hurt Cadences feelings. Her husband never lied to her. How could this be?
"Instead, I and a few of my night guards keep watch over Celestia's developing warriors for overtime. They are top secret, and if the word gets out, all of us have to suffer the consequences."
"And you're telling us this now?" Twilight adds, a little bit frustrated for his lack of concern. "What about your guards? You're not worried that they could be banished by telling us this?"
Now, Shining flustered even more. His eyes were closed shut, and teeth clenched tightly in frustration. His front legs bulged and tensed.
"Grrrr... No! Not anymore. They're dead Twilight. DEAD!!! All of them." Screamed Shining Armor.
"Oh...Oh NO!!!" Twilight gasps in horror.
"What a tragedy! How did this happen?" Asked a concerned Princess Cadence, who kept her cool.
Shining Armor looked down to the floor, unable to look anypony in the face.
"Down in Celestia's secret research facility, there are 15 experiments. Well, should I say, there WERE 15. Celestia's golden goose, the very one she had the highest hopes for, somehow gained consciousness and escaped from the lab. We didn't even have time to put the facility in lockdown! And even if we did, he still would have escaped with ease!"
Twilight and Cadence listened, both secretly horrified of what was coming from Shining's mouth.
"This thing is a monster. With absolutely no thought, he killed six of my finest guards as if they were nothing! I was the only one to escape with my life. It was horrible! With the strength of ten dragons and the speed of Rainbow Dash, I...I don't see how we can stop it."
Shining jumped form where he was standing and grabbed Twilight by both hoofs, caressing them gently.
"I hate to say this Twilight, but there's nothing that even Celestia can do against this thing!" Shining said with despair.
That's when Twilight knew just how serious this was. There was a killer out there, and he had to be stopped. Instead of letting that get to her, she bravely hatched an idea in her head.
"I'll just have to pay this pony a visit then." Twilight said with great nobility.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!" Screamed her brother.
That yell caused her to jump out of her fur, but the statement he responded with wasn't what Twilight expected.
"You fight that monster with me too! You can't count me out! I owe him one!" Shining stated, making his point very clear.
"Sweetheart?" Said Princess Cadence, stepping in. "I'm in too! Just the idea of this monster causes me to be concerned deeply for the safety of Equestria. I must help!"
Shining Armor thought of protesting, but he knew that Cadence was stronger in magic than he was. He nodded his head in agreement.
"This is...I mean, this is TERRIBLE!!!" Twilight screams. "Celestia secretly created warriors, and her best one went rogue?"
All Shining had to do was nod. Twilight's heart stopped.
"No!!! NO!!!" Twilight yelled. "And this creature is still out there?"
"Yes. He looks just like any other normal earth pony out there too." Shining added. "The only way you could ever tell that it was him is if you talked to him face to face. And when you did, you wouldn't live to escape. That creature knows no fear, or remorse. No emotions, care, ANYTHING except for his own selfish desires. I saw it in his eyes. He seemed glad to fight, but when he was dormant, he seemed to be empty minded!"
"That's horrible Shining!" Cadence said. "I had no idea you went through all of this. And you witnessed this first hoof? Oh my."
"Yes. Even if he does look like an average earth pony, I can never forget those disgusting red eyes whenever he's angry!" Shining went on.
"Look." Twilight interrupted. "It's clear that we're gonna need every advantage we can get. So...what's our advantages? We need an edge."
"Shining's got access to the armory!" Cadence added. "I'll pick up some armor that fits all 3 of us whenever I get the chance."
Shining just sat there.
"And I have a couple of homemade potions that boost unicorn magic. All 3 of us have a horn, so that'll surely help." Twilight added with glee, happy to be contributing.
Still, shining sat there.
"Great! Shining? What are you going to do?" Asked the Princess.
He shrugged, got up, and charged for the door.
"No! Shining Armor! Wait!" Twilight said, stopping him at the door.
"Out of my way Twilie!" He yelled. "My advantage isn't some armor or potions, I plan on getting stronger. ALOT stronger. Then, I'll defeat Zylo at his own game!"
Gently, Shining Armor pushed her aside, and ran down the great halls of the castle.
"After we're ready, I'm coming for you Zylo! " He thought to himself. "But first, I'm paying Celestia a visit, whether she likes it or not! "
...With Zylo
One slow step at a time, Zylo climbed the stairs that led up to the surface. Evil darkness bent all around him in the lightless corridors. All he did was think to himself as usual.
"Fuck! How am I supposed to know where this guy is?" Zylo flustered. "Blast it! It could take hours to find him, even if I did sprint or fly!"
It was time to pick up the pace. Zylo started jumping every other step. He was up to the surface in no time. With each step, sunight could be seen naturally from above. Zylo found himself interested in what he was seeing.
"It...it's so bright out here!" Zylo says out loud.
The stairs led him to a large open area. A balcony was above him, so it blocked most of the view. Quickly, he climbed the wooden steps that led up. The sunlight was even brighter up here. Zylo had to put one hoof just above his eyes to see the view. Now, his interest was peaked.
"Wow. What is all of this?" Zylo told himself, not actually in awe.
The view was phenomenal. The balcony was build into a building on stilts. It sat on a large, steep hill. Below him, endless trees and grass painted the hills. Flowers of all colors filled the meadows to the max. Countless birds, squirrels, deer, and other woodland critters didn't mind being watched. In fact, all they did was add to the beautiful sight.
"I'm not interested." Zylo said, darting off towards the more populated area.
"Not interested in the best view in Canterlot? Absurd! Hah!" Huffed a single mare behind Zylo.
Zylo had to turn around and look. Before his eyes, was the first girl he ever saw with the exception of Celestia. She had a grey coat, with a darker mane that was fairly straight. Her tail dragged on the ground, just as Zylo's had. Both needed a manecut badly. Her eyes were a purplish color. She wore a purple bow tie around her neck too, and her cutie mark was a violet treble clef.
"You. Come here if you please." Said the pony in an almost over-polite tone.
Zylo was going to come over there anyway and interrogate her on the subject of Dr. Stasis's whereabouts. It was just her, nobody else was around on the large, wooden balcony but the 2. No witnesses.
"State your name!" Zylo demanded. "Make your point now, then leave me be."
"I'm Octavia dear!" She began. "Strictly business are we? It's a pleasure to...WAAAHHH!!!"
"Gah! WHAT IS IT?!?!?!" Zylo roared back.
Octavia's scream startled Zylo, but something startled her. It was Zylo's musk.
"You smell like a mixture of sweat and meat!" She complained. "Meat is a terrible thing dear sir!"
"When I murder six ponies, and their blood spills all over me, it's not gonna smell like a fucking bakery now is it!?!?!" Zylo yelled once more.
Now that Zylo mentioned it, it did smell like blood. All over his body, red splashes and dots coated his white coat, even his face. Octavia grew terrified! Was he telling the truth? Surely not. There were no such thing as murderers. The country was too peaceful for such monstrosities. Not even dragons were as cruel to kill. His parents had to have set him straight. He was just pulling a cruel prank. Surely. That was the only explanation!
Ignoring Octavia's terror, Zylo asked, "Now, before you show me what it is you were going to show me, I have some questions for YOU! Got it?!"
"Y-yes sir!" She responded.
"Ha ha. Good. Finally, a pony who complies." Zylo said, pleased at Octavia's fear. "Now first, why does your voice sound significantly lighter than mine? I must know."
It was a horribly dumb question to Tavi. Of course it was because he was a male, and she was female.
"Well...Ummm..." She stuttered. "I'm a girl, and...you know... you're a boy."
"Girl? Boy?" Zylo asked. "What's the difference."
"Heh heh... you're kidding... perhaps your fillyfriend can show you that someday. Heh heh..." She joked, still afraid.
"I see. Another thing, what is this on your flank? This symbol... Right here." Zylo asked, while looking at it.
Instantly, Octavia freaked out! She felt Zylo's gentle grasp touch her cutie mark as he panned it over. Zylo was just feeling it, all that was happening was Zylo started to learn, but in reality, this was highly inappropriate to do to a random stranger. A sudden slap was felt on Zylo's face, causing him to twitch in anger. He had no idea what he did wrong.
"You pervert! I should have you arrested for that, and murder if you're not pulling some sort of gag." She yelled, displeased.
When she looked to the red and black maned pony, she found that his eyes flashed the same color as his streaks. Tavi grew horribly afraid. Zylo instantly snatched her by the collar of her bowtie without warning.
"You miserable bitch!" Zylo roared. "How DARE you lay your hoofs on me!"
Bravely, Octavia didn't back down. Zylo wasn't the one wronged here. She was.
"I could say the same thing to YOU!!!" She mouthed back. "Now, let me go! Release me!"
Zylo flinched! It was true. Technically, he did touch her first, and she didn't get too mad. She didn't try to attack Zylo. He felt as if she had a point, but was unsure why. Maybe you weren't supposed to be angry at people for touching them?
"You touched me first! ON THE BUTT!!!" She added.
"Bah! Only because I was interested in it!" Zylo said, really only interested in the mark.
Octavia blushed. Her red cheeks were plainly visible. A moment of them thinking went by, especially in Tavi's mind. What was this guy's deal?
"You didn't answer my question. What is that on your flank?!" Zylo threatened. "The guards all had symbols on their rumps, but not me. Why?!"
"I don't know what sort of rock you've been living under," She stated, "But what you touched was called a cutie mark."
"C-Cutie mark?! That sounds despicable!!!" Zylo said, spitting to the ground.
Octavia looked to Zylo's flank. The left side was completely coated in blood, so if he had a cutie mark, it would not have been visible. His right side was, and indeed Zylo wasn't lying. He has a blank flank.
"Can you please let go of me?" She said, nonchalantly.
"Why should I?!" Zylo yelled.
"Because I said please. That's why!" She huffed back.
"And that matters WHY?!" Zylo screamed, getting more angry by the second.
"That's the nice thing to say to somepony, that's why!" She said, raising her voice.
"No..." Zylo said darkly.
Zylo slowly went from her bowtie to her throat, and lifted her off the ground and over the balcony railing. He had enough of her games. It was time to spill more blood.
"I have no use for you. You confuse me with your talk of "please", and "nice things to say". You'll regret crossing my path! Goodbye!"
Zylo wasn't killing her instantly. He wanted her to suffer for her incompetence and lack of understanding. All she did was hold her by the throat. She barely choked at all, but all it did was make the pain even slower.
"Ugh...UGH!!! R-release me!!! P-please!!! I beg of you!!!" Octavia begged, grabbing Zylo's hoof with both of her's and attempting to resist.
"There's that fucking word once more! Please. You have about 5 seconds to tell me what that word means, unless you want to see your throat out of your neck! TELL ME NOW!!!"
Zylo released his grip from her neck. He grabbed the bowtie now and shook it to get her to hurry.
"Please? Ummm. That's a really hard question..." She said in fear.
"TELL ME DAMN YOU!!!" Zylo snapped.
"Okay! Okay!" Tavi said. "Please means... ummm. Okay. If I tell you this Zylo, "Zylo, let go of me!", that's rude, which means most ponies won't think your nice, and they won't do what you tell them to do."
"I asked you what please meant, not rude!" Zylo said gently, trying not to lose it again.
"I'm getting to that. Now if I said, "Zylo? Please, let go of me." That means I mean it. I would really appreciate it if you sat me down. It would be very nice of you to do what I'm asking of you. Ahh! Please Zylo. Please?! Have mercy! Have..."
Before Zylo could sit her down, her bow tie snapped almost faster than her heart stopped! She knew it was game over!!! In her mind, Zylo had dropped her. He had stopped caring. It was the end.
"WAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!" She screamed, falling...
...for about 2 seconds. When she looked back up, Zylo was looking down on her, hanging on to the railing of the balcony. Thankfully, his blood splattered hoof was the one grabbing onto the railing, not Tavi.
"Z-zylo?!" She asked, confused as to why he saved her.
"Hmph! You're too loud. Has anyone ever told you that!!!" Zylo mentioned.
Octavia was very thankful, as her smile met Zylo's frown. To her, Zylo was rather cute, but the blood in his fur was the only thing holding him back from being handsome. It was repulsive.
"Now, hold onto my shoulder. Do NOT let go!" He demanded.
Drawing Octavia closer to himself, he brought her up to his eye level. She did as he asked, almost climbing on his back. Then with his free arm, he heaved both of them back up to solid ground.
"Thank you for saving me." She said. "From yourself. Hmph!"
"I saved you for one reason and one reason alone." Zylo began. "I still have questions for you, nothing more. You will answer them!"
"Zylo!" Tavi sighed, disappointed in him. "Didn't you learn ANYTHING from what I just said please meant? You can't just demand everything for the rest of your life. Use some manners!"
"Fine!!!" He gasped. "You! I demand that you immediately answer everything I have to say... PLEASE. Better?"
"NO!!!" She screamed, as she slapped her hoof into her head.
"Wh-what?!?!?! I did exactly as you..."
Zylo could speak no longer. Tavi silenced him with her hoof.
"Zylo. You don't have to yell and be so mean. Try something like this..."
She cleared her throat, then proceeded to copy Zylo's voice.
"Excuse me dear Octavia, may I ask you a few small questions?" She said in a gruff voice that was in no way Zylo's.
"Hey! Excuse me... dear Octavia!" Zylo said, trying to retain his voice and copy Octavia. "Look! I need to ask you a few small questions! Now, please."
"Well, that's...better." She said.
Octavia almost marveled at Zylo. It's as if he had some sort of strange innocence inside of him, and yet he was very guilty at the same time. Her thoughts were cut short when Zylo jumped to Octavia once more.
"I take it Octavia is what you are called?" He asked. "I am Zylo."
"Oh. Well, it's nice to meet you Zylo!" She said, intrigued. "Where are you from?"
"I...I don't know." He coldly answered.
"You don't know?! What? How can you not know?" Octavia asked in confusion. "Well, who are your parents then?"
"I don't know that either!" Zylo said, raising his voice.
"Ahhh!!! You mean, you're an orphan?" She shrieked.
"No!!! I am more than capable of taking care of myself!" He insisted.
"That's not what I said! You don't know who your parents are?" She said, flabbergasted. "That's terrible!"
"NO!!! Didn't I just get done telling you that???" Zylo said, all pissed off. "And I don't need your pity!"
"You must suffer from amnesia then." Octavia assumed. "You poor thing."
"I guess you could say that." He responded. "Tell me this please..."
Octavia looked to Zylo.
"Do you know a Dr. Stasis?" He asked.
"No. I've never heard of one, but he sounds somewhat familiar. I think Vinyl Scratch was telling me some crazy conspiracy theory about how he works on clones." She said, mocking her friend.
"Interesting..." Zylo thought with a demonic smile. "Clones huh? Sound dangerous."
"Oh stop it! You must have already heard it from Vinyl, huh? You believe it too? It's so absurd!" Insisted Octy. "I don't believe it for one second."
"Well don't!" Zylo said. "Look. If you can't help me, tell me who can! You've been a waste of my time."
"Hmph! I don't see why I have to tell you anything." She huffed.
In a fit of anger, Zylo smashed the wooden railing away with a hard wave of his hoof. At first, only a fraction of the large rail had missing wood in it, but eventually, the whole thing went tumbling down the hill, and taking dozens of flowers with it. It also managed to spook all of the animals and creatures too.
"FINE!!! I'll find somepony that WILL!!! Thanks for nothing."
As quick as he came, Zylo was off. Trotting towards the very town that held the princess in it. Octavia looked at him, as he trotted away.
"I hope we meet again Zylo..." She said, returning back to the view.
"Dr. Stasis can't hide from me forever! " Zylo thought. "It seems that Octavia's friend knew something about Dr. Stasis. Her theory was... rather accurate. I must find her. "
...With Shining Armor.
Standing by the princesses doors, Shining continually grew the nerve to ask the princess for a background story on Zylo, only for it to be quickly lost.
"Darn it! This is important. No time to be self-conscious." He thought. "I have to go in there and face her, even if I did screw up!"
With a deep breath, he exhaled slowly and pushed the double doors open. Already, Celestia seemed to be on edge, and Shining knew why. Dr. Stasis was standing in the middle of it all, as Celestia panicked. Shining Armor was at the very end of the giant room, and he could still hear Celestia roar.
"How can this be?!?!?!" Celestia said, pacing back and forth about every second. "Zylo wasn't supposed to be able to think on his own! How? HOW?!"
"Well err... Princess, if I may..." Dr. Stasis said nervously, pushing his glasses closer to his eyes. "He is still made from 2 sociable beings, especially the pony side of him. It's very difficult to maintain full control on a creature that powerful."
"I don't care!!! That's why I paid you and you're workers 100 bits every hour!!!" She said, raising her voice. It was something she normally did not do. "Did you not understand that the fate of everything that exists to this day rests in the hoofs of Zylo? And now, he's gone rogue, destroyed my research facility, and killed six good men? Unacceptable if you ask me." She spoke in great speed.
Celestia still kept a semi calm tone in her voice, but she was too mad to maintain it fully. There was no time for Shining to be intimidated by her.
"Well there's the stallion of the hour!" The princess lashed at her honorable Captain. "What do you have to say for yourself? I counted on you and you have failed me Shining Armor."
Bowing lowly to show the utmost respect to his princess, Shining Armor felt petty, but stubborn. He came here to ask a question.
"Princess... A thousand apologies." Shining said, pleading that she would go easy on him. "We didn't even see him coming, but rest assured, we did our very best."
"Very best? Well, Zylo was created for one sole purpose in life. And that is to fight. No shining, it is I that am sorry. Sorry for having any faith in you guards!"
Celestia deliberately took a stab at Shining's pride. It did hurt him, severely too.
"I didn't think things through. You and you're guards clearly never stood a chance against any of those experiments. My apologies to both of you for wasting your time and giving you false hopes."
Dr. Stasis and Shining Armor looked to each other, then looked back to Celestia.
"So..." She says with a sigh. "Zylo destroyed every other subject except for 2?" She looked straight at Dr. Stasis.
"Yes. They were unplugged from their stations, but they are online now." He answers. "The one code named, 'The Caretaker" has received heavy damage, but seems to be stable."
Celestia rubbed both of her temples deeply. She was in deep stress indeed.
"Which 2 survived?" She said with her eyes shut. "Please tell me that one of the fully developed ones made it."
"Yes. Well, The Timelord and the Dhampire both survived. Cordelion is the Dhampire. He is fully developed. His speed, smarts, and ferocity surpasses that of Zylo's indefinitely, but his power may be even."
"That's the advancements of being fully developed." Celestia told her friend. "Cordelion was my second pick, so he should do nicely. Does he abide to every one of my commands?"
"Well, yes!" He mentioned, secretly unsure of himself. "He does... have one slight disadvantage however."
"What would that be?" Celestia demanded to know.
"Cordelion is part vampire, which makes him difficult to control. Don't get me wrong, he is one hundred percent under you're control, but he may have a feeding problem."
"A feeding problem? On my subjects? Unacceptable!!!" Celestia snapped. "What's the best course of action to prevent this?"
"Well, we could always remove his fangs, but that greatly reduces his power. Every time he feeds, his max power rises, so Zylo can't win as long as Cordelion feeds on more and more ponies."
Celestia grew pissed. Now, her subjects were being thrown into the mix of things. She pondered it over though. If Zylo fails to perform his duties, the risk of danger to all of her ponies would be greater than Cordelion's feeding habits. Pros versus cons.
"No. No!" She insisted. "We've dealt with vamponies before. We can deal with them again. We have enough antidote to issue them out to the infected for no charge. We'll make it through this."
"Enough!!!" Shouted Shining Armor.
Celestia did not grow angry that she was interrupted, more surprised than anything. Shining looked furiously to his princess.
"Princess Celestia!" He shouted. "With all due respect, I don't think that you're superior weapon can be controlled. Zylo thinks only for himself. Sending another subject to stop him will prove useless."
"And that's what you're supposed to do." She snapped. "You're paid to think for yourself, aren't you? Keep you're snout out of this Shining Armor. You're already on my list for letting him escape. Please, take my advice and don't cause any more mistakes, or you'll be dishonorably discharged. Got it?"
"Y-yes ma'am!" He said, clearly in disgust.
"Leave here now Shining. Return to my niece." She insisted. "Go now."
"Of course..." He said in sadness.
Walking out of the throne room and touching the door with his hoof, he decided to play dirty. Celestia wasn't acting herself. He had to know why, and he had to know so much more.
"I'm sorry Princess, but I have to know! " He thought in his head. "I hope Twilight's spell works properly. "
Stepping behind the door, Shining went invisible, then he shut it and re-entered the throne room to eavesdrop on the conversation. He hung back lowly to the door to avoid any noise.
"I'll never look at myself the same way after this, but... I apologize Celestia. I will not let those good men go unavenged. Not even for you... Princess. "
Easing closer, he started to hear both Celestia's and Dr. Stasis's voices.
"Well, Princess. Cordelian will be you're choice to fight Zylo?" The doctor asked, all official like.
"Yes. Have his cell here immediately." She demanded.
"He's already been delivered. Oh boys!!!"
Bursting through the door and smacking Shining right in the ass, in came a damaged cell that looked much like Zylo's did. Only the face of the Dhampire could be seen. It looked like that of an average human, with thin, silver hair floating wildly in the red liquid. His face had a sharpness to it like that of a hawk or a wolf. Eyes shut tight, he was seconds from seeing his master.
"Dr. Stasis. There's something I should tell you..." Celestia mentions with a heaviness in her voice.
"What's that Princess?" He asks.
"First, Cordelion follows my every command, correct?" Celestia said with some severity. "I must know this as a fact!"
"Yes. That is...correct." He responded quickly.
"Good. We can't afford to make another mistake." She huffed. "Now, describe to me his powers. What is he capable of doing, and more importantly, does he have an advantage over Zylo?"
"Cordelian is easily stronger than Zylo is, especially since Zylo is under-developed. That is his advantage. His senses are extremely keen, able to track a scent from a mile away and hear the slightest sound from just as far. He is able to shape-shift into various forms such as a rat, a bat, and even a vicious wolf."
Celestia nodded in pleasure. This sounded convincing. Perhaps Cordelian was the more perfect one after all.
"He can also turn into mist to sneak up on his prey, or flee from a losing battle. Among his nastier abilities, he can enter a victim by looking them in the eye. His half human nature limits this somewhat, but against a weak-willed creature, it should be sufficient."
"Zylo is by no means weak-willed." Celestia added, seeing a fault in his design.
"Ah yes, but I'm not done yet." Dr. Stasis told her, still with a pleased attitude. "His night-vision is also unparalleled among many creatures. He can even see farther than a night guard during a new moon!"
Celestia smiled. She was sold. This creature sounded like it could capture Zylo with incredible ease.
"Fantastic doctor!" Celestia said, shaking his hoof. "Cordelian sounds like an excellent subject! He will serve me well."
"There has been something that has bothered us in the lab Princess." he began to mention. "We've picked up some strange activity during our monitoring, but for the life of me, I couldn't seem to pinpoint it."
"Perhaps a larger energy pool due to the hybrid's genetic material?" She asked.
"We're not quite sure what it is your majesty." He says. "Every time we try to deduct what it is, it vanishes."
"I see. I have no worry about this." She told him. "Now, there is something you must know. Somepony other than me must understand why Zylo is so important to me."
Shining's ears twitched. Dr. Stasis's did too. Both eagerly listened for why.
"Yes princess. I'm listening." He spoke.
"Okay. Please, heed what I'm trying to tell you...
Celestia's story...
Eighteen years ago, just before I made room for the sun, a god came to me. This god is no god of worship. No! He is evil. The very definition of the word. This god's name was Chaos. That's what he called himself, because that's what he lives for.
Sounds completely awful your highness.
Yes. Just thinking about it drives me insane, but you must know why you're doing this, and why it's so important. This god of Chaos came to me, demanding a precious item from me. This item is called, the Chaos Breaker. There is also it's polar opposite. That is what is known as the Order Breaker.
The Chaos Breaker. What is that?
Well, it all starts with something called good, and something called evil. It spreads itself across the entire multiverse. Both do, one thicker in other places than the other. You should consider yourself very lucky. You live in the universe with the most positive energy out there. The human world? Well, they're not so lucky... The Chaos Breaker is a gem. A physical object imbued with everything that is good. When wielded by a warrior, he or she is granted the power to expel evil itself if strong enough. I will be that warrior, but only a tenacious Saiyan will become strong enough to obtain this power.
I see. So that is why you want him back so badly?
Yes. I kept the Chaos Breaker under my throne for safekeeping, but Chaos eventually figured out that I was the one who guarded it for all these years. He came to me, demanding that I let him see it. I lied, and said I had no idea what he was talking about. Unfortunately, Chaos is no idiot. It's foolish to trifle with gods like that, but I did as I thought was necessary. When he had taken it from me, both me and my sister, Luna fought hard to take it back.
And you of course... won, right?
Oh no! Hah! Not even close! The gap between Zylo and the night guards he slaughtered were nothing compared to the gap between me an my sister combined fighting Chaos. The power this man fed from was the very power of all evil deeds!!! It was... monstrous! We were easily defeated. Directly in front of me, Chaos shattered the gem into bit sized pieces, for he is the only one who can destroy either gems. He assured me that there was much more than that awaited me in the future. He claimed that in 25 years, good itself would cease to exist, and the entire multiverse would be forced to suffer every single day, for the rest of time!!! Even to this day, the forces of good can never destroy the forces of evil, thanks to the missing chaos breaker.
If he was able to defeat you so easily, and good can never win, then why are we trying?
We HAVE to! We must!!! I am the only one that knows about all of this. In the battle, my dear sister was knocked out cold, so not even she knows. As a matter of fact, that's when it hit me. If I am the strongest pony to walk Equestria thus far, and nopony else surpasses me, then I would create one. Zylo... He's our last hope. If he fails to do his duty to retrieve all of these shards for ponykind, then I will stand no chance against Chaos a second time. Even as we speak, Chaos is building his team. That is why I must build my team. He is going from universe to universe, recruiting only the finest of evils to help him on his quest. Zylo will follow, eliminating all the evils that stand in his Saiyan wrath! Each one is guarding a single shard of the Chaos Breaker. Ultimately, this is Zylo's purpose for existence.
End of Celestia's story...
"Wow!" Dr. Stasis said, astonished. "That's an amazing story princess."
"Yes! And it is because of all of this, that I am so hectic, so scared to face such a terrible evil alone. My power source is big, it's a power that I myself have trained, but Chaos? Chaos'es power is derived from the very demons that do his work. His power is bottomless."
"I see. With all due respect princess, are you sure Cordelion is the wisest of options? Being part vampire, he is by all rights... an apex predator, far superior to anything inhabiting Equestria." he says in a sophisticated tone. "This means he is hard to control."
Celestia's high hopes transformed after hearing this information.
"Hard to control?" She said, too calmly. "Did I not hear earlier that he was under my fullest control?"
"Well, somewhat." He sketchily answered. " Not only that, but every time he feeds, he will grow much stronger, especially if he feeds on a strong creature."
Stasis starts to sweat a little, nervous of the idea of another rogue. This one being able to turn the entire planet into vampires.
"If he were to gain enough power, he may be able to overcome the control." He states. "And that mysterious power he seems to be able to tap into makes me even more nervous, we don't know what he could do with it."
Celestia broke inside. Secretly, she did, but she would never tell.
"Dr. Stasis? If he fails to abide to my every command, it'll be your flank to the core of the sun." She roared with whispers. "Failure is not an option. Have I made myself crystal clear?"
"Y-yes princess." He says, nearly pissing himself right there in front of her.
Her silent tone was so unnerving, that it made Shining shiver in his armor.
"Wow!!! This is all... incredible! " Shining whispered in his head. "So, if Celestia fails, then the world ends? No... the universe ends! My...my Celestia... "
"No matter! We have no other options." She says, uncaring. "I will not reveal myself to Zylo until he is under my control."
Celestia darts her eyes straight to the pod containing the vampire creature.
"Stasis!!! Release him from his pod, so that he may stop Zylo!!!" She cries loudly into the air.
Shining continued to watch in suspense. The very air could not be more filled with it.
"Very well princess." Says the doctor in fear.
Carefully pressing a button on the side, the liquid was allowed to properly drain from the pod. It produced steam, and the doors slid open quickly.
"Cordelian!!!" She chants to the human/vampire hybrid in the container. "Hear my voice and listen to your new master. My name is Princess Celestia. You have been brought to me today to do my bidding. May I count on your help?"
The creature doesn't move. His naked body still stands in the empty pod. He is slightly obscured by the shadows and steam from the pod.
"I ask again, Cordelion!!! Are you at my disposal?" Celestia declared harshly to the creature. "I must have you're unending loyalty. Do I have it???"
No response from the subject. Celestia angrily motions Dr. Stasis to check it out. The creature cocked an invisible smile, then grabbed the pony. His five fingers dug into the very neck skin of the doctor, as he struggled to even choke. Slowly, he is lifted off the ground with only one skinny arm. His fangs become clearly visible and barred, as if already to strike his first victim. Has this one gone rogue too?
The Princess stands up from her throne immediately and stares into his eyes.
"Cordelion!!! STOP THIS!!!" She simply demands.
He said nothing. Instead, his head darted to Celestia the instant she said something. His stare alone had something to it, something almost hypnotic and curious. Celestia resisted easily however.
"Grrr!!! No!!!" She yelled. "Please friend. I'm counting on you. Release him at once. Please!?!?!?"
Cordelion relaxes, and drops the coughing pony after a throaty hiss. He smiles respectively, then bows his naked body, kneeling to the floor.
"Ahhh!!! Excellent!!!" Celestia said, pleased at her new subjects loyalty. "Now, here's what I need you to do..."
Cordelion listened to every word that the princess said. Dr. Stasis coughed and suffered on the ground, but when he looked to the large throne room doors, they opened, then shut. Shining Armor was long gone.

So, Zylo found Octavia before any of the other ponies too? I guess that means he's going for her roommate next eh?

Chapter 3 - Demon
With Zylo...
"So... " Zylo thought silently to himself. "Octavia doesn't like blood huh? That must mean everypony else doesn't either. Better get rid of it. I don't wish to have unwanted attention. "
Standing deep under a small body of water, Zylo thought to himself, scrubbing his fur clean of the red blood that stained it. Digging deep at his fur, he began to grow curious of it's existence. It felt so soft and fine. Each one of the hairs made it so, and Zylo noticed.
"Hmmm. This hairy substance. Must be fur! " He told himself, putting some puzzle pieces together.
He flexed, letting his strong legs throb up and down.
"What's that under my fur? I assume it's muscle, but it's solid and soft at the same time. And what holds my body up? Surely not just raw muscle. So many interesting subjects on a ponies body. "
Something restricted Zylo at that instant. It's as if he had to go to the surface of the water, or something terrible would happen. This was no curious want that Zylo has countlessly experienced. No. This was a need, a demand from his very brain, screaming to leave the water. A pain could be felt in the center of his torso. Directly in the center where his lungs were.
"Huh? Oh no... I... I HAVE TO COME UP!!! " He screamed in his head, with his instincts screaming with him.
2 minutes before...
With Rainbow Dash and Applejack...
"Come on AJ!!!" Rainbow Dash yelled, running down a quaint sub street of Canterlot. "Keep up!"
"'Hey!" AJ defended. "I'm not as fast as you, but I can keep up ya know..."
Running down a small staircase, the 2 decided to stop and rest by a small and quaint pond. This new modern park was very nice, so it proved a good resting point. The surface of the water was rippled, as if somepony threw a rock in it only moments ago. Both thought nothing of it. Perhaps a duck dived downward?
"So, the Ponyville Triathlon is coming up." RD reminded her. "Applejack, are you sure you want to compete against each other? We'd make a great team you know..."
"Yeah. I know that, but it would be mighty nice having some competition this year." Applejack responded with a cocky smirk. "It'll be too easy to win with both of us."
"Ha! So true!"
Both of them locked hoofs hard, giving each other a smile with narrowed eyes.
"Whew! I'm a'thirsty!" Applejack cried out.
Stepping over to the small pond to get a drink with her friend, Rainbow Dash noticed something odd. It had a red tint to it. It was just faint, but it seemed to rise up from the center of the pond, as if it was coming from a source.
"Applejack stop." Rainbow Dash said, staring at the spot where the redness was coming from.
"Why? What's wrong? I'm parched!" She defended. "Can't ya see..."
"Just, don't drink it yet..." Rainbow Dash proclaimed.
Slowly, the spot started to bubble, then a huge object burst from it, launching high into the air. Almost half of the body of water launched into the air with it, sending mist and water by the gallon straight up.
Flying just under the Rainbow that Zylo created with the mist, he looked down to the 2 heroes below. He was gasping. He looked very fatigued, but he was just winded from being under water too long!
He jumped a good fifty feet into the air, so before any of the water came back down (and nailed Applejack), Rainbow Dash decided to be nice and grab the pony to prevent a nasty fall.
"Gotcha!!!" Was all she said, grabbing Zylo by the hoof.
Zylo slowly looked up to the face of his rescuer. It was a pegasus, a mare. She had a sky blue coat with magenta eyes. Her cutie mark was that of a cloud with a colorful lightning bolt. Her mane and tail were the most interesting. It was all the colors of the rainbow, all mixed perfectly in a gradient starting from red, to purple.
After he stopped examining her, he shook as violently as he could, jerking her all over the place in the sky. Rainbow Dash lost control in an instant. With one final heave her to the ground, Zylo let go with a famous roar, causing her to crash land. Zylo began to fall to the ground.
"You forgot to say please!!!" Zylo yelled to the crash landing site, in a prissy, high-class city voice. "Have some manners!!! Hmph!"
Before Applejack could even get mad, he grew shocked! Zylo just mimicked a pony she knew she's seen and heard before. One that has purchased merchandise from the apple family.
"Have I lost my mind, or...or did that stallion just talk like... Octavia??? " AJ thought deeply in her head.
Landing some-what gracefully on the hard pavement, Zylo's wet mane flipped over his left eye, causing one to look angrily at Applejack.
"Whew..." He sighed, thinking to Applejack out loud. "Why am I limited only to dry land? I am unable to survive underwater for extended periods of time? It is clear to me that this body does have it's limits after all."
"I'LL TELL YOU WHY!!!" Rainbow Dash said, launching up into the sky, then back to Zylo. "Because you're not a sea pony! You idiot! What's your problem? I save you from breaking the bones in your legs, and THAT'S THE THANKS I GET??? A CRASH LANDING!!!"
Rainbow Dash edged closer to Zylo, who didn't move at all. After not saying anything for about a minute, Rainbow Dash finally backed off in worry.
He did nothing. Only stared back and forth between the 2 girls. Then, he looked to his 2 hoofs. Then to a tree to the side of him. With no warning, Zylo swung at it, causing it to fall over their general direction!
"WAAAHHHH!!!" Both Rainbow and Applejack started to yell in fear.
"Don't flatter yourself..." Zylo silently said. "Please don't."
Holding the tree up with one hoof, Zylo asked. "So, that's why your legs aren't flimsy. It must be these bones you mentioned. Answer me now, rainbow one."
"Uhhhh. Yeah! Those are called bones alright." She said, ultimately confused over the whole situation.
With a growl, Zylo heaved the tree over a wall, causing it to make a terrible sound. That sound where you know you've done and fucked something up badly! Zylo looked to Rainbow Dash with a steamed look.
"YOU!!!" He pointed to her with his hoof. "Why didn't you save your friend here with the hat? My body is much stronger and faster than both of your bodies. I would have been fine, but now, her head wear is ruined!"
"WHAT???" Both yelled in unison. "NO YOU'RE NOT!!!"
"Listen. My name is Zylo." He said, changing the subject. "I need to locate a pony by the title of, 'Vinyl Scratch'. Do you know where she lives pegasus?"
"Look!!! I have a name." She snapped. "It's only world renown. My name is Rainbow Dash, the fastest flier in Equestria!!!"
Zylo shook his head and growled.
"Damn you! You're so full of yourself. How about you! Earth pony. Me and you are similar. You must tell me." He demanded. "You have to know where she is. Do you, or do you not?"
While waiting for an answer, Zylo studied Applejack very carefully. She had orange colored fur, with a blonde mane tied up in the end with a red strip. Her mane was wet too. Her eyes were the same color as Zylo's. Zylo grew intrigued at him. He always liked those who were similar to himself. She was even strong, more toned than Rainbow Dash was. Her cutie mark was that of 3 apples. She also wore her trademark hat atop of her head. Unfortunately, the brown cowboy hat was wet.
"Please?" He repeated, copying Octavia. "I would be most gracious if you could help me. It would be very nice of you if you could do as I ask. Damnit! Please?!"
"Well, you're right." Applejack said with an honest smile. "First, my name is Applejack partner!"
Applejack extended her hoof to Zylo's. He did not take it. He was too confused with Applejacks offering to accept it.
"Wh-what's this?" Zylo asked.
"A hoof shake of course!" She said in happiness. "Grab my hoof and shake it. Simple!"
Crushing it with his solid grip, Zylo shook it hard, almost shaking her to the point of nausea. Rainbow Dash normally would have laughed, but she was busy.
"Hmmmm. One minute, this guy is as rude as can be, and another, he's asking Applejack nicely where Vinyl is. I hope she doesn't tell him. " Rainbow Dash thought.
"Th-that's quite a grip you got there..." She said, shaking out of it. "Well, anyways. It's nice to meet you Zylo. If you're looking for Vinyl Scratch, she lives in a really nice penthouse with her friend Octavia... She..."
"Octavia..." Zylo said, like she was his friend.
"So, you know Tavi?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"Yes! What's it to you???" Zylo said defensively. "I met her earlier. She taught me a few things. More than both of YOU two did combined!"
"Yeahhhh..." Applejack said, weirded out. "Look. She lives in Ponyville heights. You can see her house from half of Canterlot. Listen for incredibly loud music. Just watch out. She's picked up a few... bad habits."
"Applejack?!" Zylo said, threateningly.
She waited for the worst, but she was met with the best.
"Thank you." Zylo said, kind of shyly when he did.
"Your welcome!" Applejack said. "Look, if you're ever in Ponyville sometime, stop by Sweet Apple Acres. We can use a pony with your strength."
"And speed." Rainbow Dash added. "That's where me and Applejack are training. If you're up for it. You should totally be on MY team. Forget about Applejack."
"Team?" Zylo asked. "What's this, 'team.' you speak of?"
"Well, you know... a team?" Rainbow Dash said.
"NO!!! I do NOT know a team!" Zylo snapped, making Applejack jump.
"Partner, a team is a group of more than one pony who work to get something done. The triathlon takes three opponents." She explained.
"YOU FOOL!!!" Zylo beamed. "Can you not count? Even I have access to such basic information as counting. There are three of us here now. Applejack, Rainbow Dash, and I."
"Are...you suggesting what I think you're suggesting?" Dashie asked, starting to grow happy.
"I will attend this, Triathlon and train with you 2." Zylo said. "I can use this team you speak of to grow stronger. Now, out of my way!!!"
Shoving the 2 ponies out of the way, Zylo continued his journey, keeping his eyes sharp for a penthouse, and ears sharp for dubstep. He was gone in a flash, leaving Applejack and Rainbow Dash giddy that they found a strong third wheel.
With Shining Armor...
IF YOU CANNOT HELP ME, THEN YOU ARE USELESS. YOU DIE NOW!!!
Those terrible memories of last night only made Shining more and more angry. Like a lot of creatures out there, including the one he set out to destroy, anger was a great strength to him. Doing push-ups by the hundreds with sandbags on his back, and with full armor, he could not fail to do 200. He would not allow it. He began to imagine that if he didn't, Zylo would destroy him and his family.
"Failure...cannot be...ALLOWED!!!" He screamed, nearly falling to the ground after his 190th.
Peacefully strolling through the Canterlot gardens to join her brother for training, Twilight Sparkle began to talk to the small creature that was on her back.
"Magic enhancing potions?" She asked.
"Check!!!" Yelled the baby dragon known as Spike.
With a pen and parchment, Spike checked the first thing on the list.
"Fitted armor?" She asked. "Light for me and Cadence, and heavy for Shining?"
Spike gave Twilight those eyes that said, "Dude! You're holding the armor above us with your magic!" but he checked it off the list anyways with a sigh.
"Yeah... Check!" Spike mentioned.
"Great! The last thing we need to do is to practice hard with Shining! Let's GOOOO!!!"
"WAAAH!!!" Spike said, clinging to the purple and pink mane that flowed in the wind.
Twilight picked up the pace, and rounded the corner to the least occupied part of the gardens. Shining was there. Another one of Zylo's memories lingered.
LISTEN TO ME. I'M GIVING YOU A CHANCE TO LEAVE! IF ANY ONE OF YOU PONIES FUCK WITH ME, YOU WILL BE ELIMINATED. GOT IT???
Shining struggled with the weight on his back, but all he did was toss more rage into his furnace. The fuel was incredible!
"I could have taken that warning!!! " He thought in his head. "MY MEN COULD STILL BE ALIVE!!! NOOOOOO!!!! "
Pounding his hoofs harder into the dirt, he began to do one legged push ups, and at an even greater speed than he was earlier!!! Indeed, Shining's physical abilities were unbelievable, his strength quickly rising.
"I... WILL... STOP ZYLO!!! I WILL!!!" He screamed, pushing past the 200 mark.
"Shining Armor!" Said a voice to Shining like he was in trouble.
Twilight butted Spike off of her back, and sat him down next to the armor.
"Spike, stand back and watch me." She told her little friend.
Spike winked and gave a thumbs up. Only he knew her plan.
"200! 201! What...is it...Twilight? 202! 203! 204!" He asked, still doing push-ups.
"Don't you think you're over-training? You've been out here all day by yourself! Relax." She said.
Her words were no good, but he did throw the sandbags off of him and stopped with the push ups for a bit.
"huhh...huhh...Twilight! I will not stop until I'm sure that Zylo will be eliminated. Whew... huhh...huhh..." Shining yelled, clearly winded. "Now, are you ready to begin?"
Twilight nodded. Already, she knew Shining has become tremendously stronger. It was time for the test.
"Yes! So, you want to see how strong you've become?" Twilight said, as if she knew a dirty secret. "I can prove to you that you can beat Zylo with one hoof."
"Show me then..." He begged.
Twilight turned around, seeming to be doing absolutely nothing. She just shuffled her hoofs around, overturning a few mounds of dirt. Shining was confused, but he didn't let his guard down for one second. Not since that day.
"SURPRISE!!!" She screamed.
With no warning at all, Twilight launched a small magic blast towards Shining Armor. He didn't even flinch. The purple ball of energy stopped just before it came an inch away from Shining Armor's nose.
"Wh-why didn't you try to dodge?!" Twilight asked, slightly frustrated.
"I sensed no intent of you harming me." He said with a smile. "Twilight? I want everything you have to offer! Fight me with all of that power you have. Zylo will be doing the same thing. You can't hold back. Got it?"
"Hmmm. Right..." She said with a smile. "In that case, you better dodge. I will not hold back a second time."
Once again, she launched a purple magic ball, only twice as big and fast. Shining's reactions kicked in quickly! It grazed his face, but he managed to dodge the speedy magic missile. Twilight launched a second one. It made full contact to Shining's side, but he remained strong.
The third one was the biggest of them all. Shining was prepared to smash it into oblivion with his very hoof. When Twilight launched it, Shining met it halfway. Indeed, it smashed into hundreds of sparks. It exploded behind him, his face still battle ready, his mane flowing freely.
"Nice try Twilight." Shining yelled. "I know that you're stronger than me in magic, but if I can't beat you at your maximum, I might as well forget about Zylo. So, if you don't mind, let's just skip the warmup!"
Twilight had her eyes shut tight. She smiled, then they slowly opened. Her eyes were no longer there. They were only white slits of glowing energy.
"Fine by me!!!" She said. "But remember, you asked for it!"
Both of their aura's glowed with great passion, then they attacked.
With Cordelion...
Perched on his new vantage point, Cordelion awaits for his time to strike. The sun has not yet gone down fully. His powers would prove to be more effective during the night than in the day.
On the highest point of the castle was where Cordelion lay. One hand grabbing onto the building, the other adjusting his appearance. Cordelion covered his naked body with the clothes that Celestia provided him. He wore torn blue jeans, a black shirt, and a long black trench-coat that went down to his feet. On his face was a strange lens called, a Scouter. It was created by the very descendants of Zylo's Saiyan half.
"Master wants me to find this Zylo she keeps talking about." He hisses to himself. "To be more specific, the demon. He must return to her. I'll have it done before the morning."
Adjusting his collar downward, he opens the jacket to let some cool air in. On his red scouter, he pressed the side button, slowly scanning from his vantage point.
"Hmmm. The average power levels of these weaklings are only 3? How terrible. Although, the demon is weak, I must give him credit. He is built better than the average pony. His power level will be in the thousands, hopefully not over 9000!"
A loud sudden beep from the scouter brought a large power to his attention.
"Uh? What's this? There's 2 power levels below me that are incredibly higher than the rest?!" He said, astonished.
He peered over the edge of the castle. Indeed, there were 2 siblings fighting each other. First, Cordelion scanned the male. A meal was spotted! They looked so delicious, as Cordelion licked his lips in anticipation.
"Wow. His fighting power the other day was only 106, but now, it's risen to nearly 500? And this other one..."
Eyes grown wide due to the shock value, Cordelion had to sit down. It could not be real. The purple one was even stronger.
"Unbelievable!!! Power level 2,000? How is a pony besides an alicorn that powerful? She must have hidden power. Oh well. They are not who I am picking a quarrel with. But, if they are still there by nightfall, their power will be added to mine. Perhaps... over here. Ah! There you are!!!"
Only about a mile from the castle, Cordelion located Zylo's whereabouts.
"Maximum fighting power is up to 5000? Most impressive." Cordelion admitted to himself. "Master warned me that the demon can conceal his power level too, so he could be even stronger than this."
Cordelion smiled, hissed, then transformed into a small rat and pittered away.
"At least fighting Zylo will be fun! "
With Zylo...
"Finally! Canterlot heights!" He yelled.
Ignoring the countless ponies around him was very hard to do. Most only cared for themselves, just as Zylo did. The penthouse he saw from far away was just up the hill. Already, thumps could be heard about every second or so. The closer he got, the harder the ground shook.
"What is that preposterous shaking? Could this...Vinyl Scratch be powering up? Could she be like me?!?!?!"
For the first time in his life, Zylo was feeling anticipation. That had to be the very reason why she knew of Dr. Stasis. She had to have been an experiment just like he was. That explained why she knew of Dr. stasis.
Zylo stopped running. He took off at a rapid sprint, shoving and plowing over everypony in their way. He laughed at all of the ponies that fell over like nothing, but then stopped abruptly when a bigger pony stood in his path.
"Watch it!!!" He shouted. "You're gonna scuff the uniform."
"Who's this clown!?" Zylo asked.
"I'm Soarin!" He said, happy to be saying his very name.
Zylo, angry that he was cut short of his sprint, looked to the pony that stood in his way. He was bigger than the rest of them, about Zylo's size. He was one of the rare males that dotted the outlying country. One of the lucky males. He was an even lighter shade of blue than Rainbow Dash was. He wore a skin tight uniform, which was his Wonderbolt uniform unknown to Zylo. He had a pair of goggles and a blue mane blown back from his excessive speed.
"Hah! What, are you a fan of Rainbow Dash'es or something?" Scoffed Zylo.
"Good one pal! She's a fan of mine. After all, she DOES want to join the Wonderbolts?"
"The Wonderbolts? Ah! How FUCKING FANTASTIC!!!" Zylo shouted. "Who. Really. Gives. A FUCK!!!"
"Rainbow Dash will. I'm her ticket in. She's so hot!" Soarin added. "I'll ask her to go out with me, then I'll talk to Spitfire about making a few exceptions, then bam!!! I'll have that fine flank on a silver platter every night for the rest of my life!"
"Hot? You have attractions to Rainbow Dash?" Zylo asked.
"No duh kid! Don't you like anypony?"
"Y...yes..." He admitted with his face down.
"Who?" He asked.
"IM NOT TELLING YOU!!!" Zylo roared, keeping his love interest a secret.
"Well, whoever she is, she's not as good as Dashie. She's the finest mare out there, and she'll be all mine as soon as I'm done beating you up for talking to me like that earlier!"
Zylo's eyebrow cocked up and a small demonic smile could be seen on his face. This was his chance. He has been feeling a bit tense all day. He needed a punching bag.
A sucker punch to the face only managed to piss Zylo off. Zylo reared back and punched Soarin so hard in the face, that he went down like a sack of potatoes. At least 4 teeth hit the cobblestone with Soarin. He twitched, like a zombie fixing to be resurrected from the dead.
Zylo said nothing, only proceeded to stomp his head into the dust. Blood from his missing teeth and the side of his head spilled into the streets, with tons of ponies panicking. The blood flowed down the cracks of the cobblestone, like a minuscule river going to it's delta.
"Hmmm. He is wearing a very light armor. Perhaps it is of use to me? " Zylo thought.
Picking up the unconscious body of Soarin by the mane, Zylo took of his Wonderbolt's uniform, then slipped it on himself. He was pleased. It fit him perfectly, but there were 2 unnecessary slits for wings. When he was done with the living body, he tossed it over his shoulder like a banana peel. Then, he looked back to it, angry at his face.
"You have the sex appeal of a rat!" Zylo shouted, running back to scream it into his ear. "Rainbow Dash would be more likely to fall for me than you, which won't happen."
Grabbing the back of his neck, Zylo smashed his face into the side of the wall. With his jaw, he proceeded to write a word on the side of Vinyl and Octy's house. The blood ran dry when he got halfway done with the word.
"Ah dam. Out of ink!!!"
Zylo smashed his head harder into the wall even harder. Blood now flowed fluently. The pen's tip was broken.
"Much better!" He said with glee.
When he was done with his art project, he smiled as he stepped back to admire it. It was Zylo's favorite word. In deep red, it said, "FUCK"
Adjusting his fur tight Wonderbolts uniform, Zylo knocked on the door to Vinyl Scratches house. Nobody answered. It did no good to knock.
"Vinyl Scratch damn you! Come out at once!" Zylo attempted to yell over the music.
He had enough. Bursting through the door with one punch, he screamed "Vinyl Scratch" into the house. She actually heard it too! She stopped the music, then approached where the door once was. Her eyes looked very strange.
"Hey... wa-wasn't there a door here?" She asked.
"Maybe." Zylo said. "May I come in... Please?" He said, emphasizing please.
She looked outside to the left, then to the right, Then, she cocked her head inside, motioning Zylo to come in.

Chapter 4 - Fights
With Zylo...
"Well, go on, don't be shy. Take a seat!" Vinyl Scratch said, inviting her guest to relax.
That was never something Zylo was good at. Relaxing is too overrated for a hybrid experiment. After all of that time standing all day, it did feel good to sit on her expensive couch, even if he didn't want to admit it.
"So, what can I help you with man?" She asked. "You're interrupting some quality jam time. I hope you know that!"
"I don't care about this... jam time you speak of!" Zylo yelled. "You are the one called Vinyl Scratch, correct?"
She didn't even try to answer. Instead, she let out a crazy laugh.
"HA HA HA HA HA!!!" She chuckled. "What?"
"WHAT what?" Zylo asked.
"Yeah. I'm Vinyl Scratch alright." She finally answered. "But you didn't have to ask me like a robot!"
"Grrrah. What are you babbling about?" Zylo said, growing irritable.
"Say something like, 'Yo! What's your name kid?' or... 'Hey there. Whats happening?'" She suggested. "Ha ha ha. The way you talked, you seemed to be some emotionless robot."
"What's a robot?" Zylo asked. "What is that?! Tell me!"
In that moment, Vinyl's vision sharpened, as she looked to the left, then to the right as fast as she could. Then, she tackled Zylo off the couch and behind it. The tackle didn't hurt, as a matter of fact it was well performed. In a matter of seconds! Zylo was confused as to just what the hell was going on.
"SSSSHHH!!!" She shushed loudly. "They could be listening right now!"
"What? How!" Zylo yelled. "There's no one here but us."
"Because, robots are secretly everywhere!" Vinyl spoke. "They spy on you to get into your head. That's what Celestia secretly uses to know what you're thinking. How else do you think she keeps Equestria alive so well?"
"Nonsense!!! They can't be any stronger than a regular pony. Are they?" Zylo asked in anticipation.
"Of course they are! Robots can do things that normal ponies can't! "She yelled. "Robots are sneaky. They look just like a normal pony, but under that fake layer of fur, there's an evil mechanical beast that doesn't need food, water, or anything to survive. Even you could be a robot!!!"
Zylo's mind was blown. He began to toss the thought of it around his head. Perhaps this explained everything! Could he be this robot Vinyl was speaking about? He began to tremble at the idea. He banged his hoof hard on the couch, and he felt it.
"You feel pain!" She said. "This is good..."
"I am no such monster!" Zylo said, lying to himself. "Look! I must ask you a question! I didn't hunt you down to talk of this nonsense. I came to talk to you about Dr. Stasis!"
Meanwhile...
As Zylo began to explain everything to Vinyl Scratch inside, a stranger peaked his head outside. He was flying, completely motionless in the air. His blue eyes were the only thing that looked from cover. He was peering into the very window that sat over a 100 foot drop.
"Wow." He whispered. "Zylo is unbelievably weak right now. Perhaps...perhaps I went too far back in time?"
He kept quiet to himself. This stranger was no pony. He was a humanoid creature. He stood just a few inches under six feet tall. Mid length white hair sat on top of his head. His eyes were a sky blue. He wore a purple jacket under the name of the capsule corporation. But the scariest thing was the weapon sheathed on his back. It was a sharp longsword! The man looked like he knew how to use it too.
"...that's what Octavia told me. You must know where he lives. Do you?" Zylo finished.
"Yeah. He lives somewhere in Ponyville." She answered. "He lives close to this cat named Rarity. Perhaps you've heard of her?"
"No." Stated Zylo. "I have not."
"Well, I know he lives somewhere close to her. I'm sure if you asked her where he is, she would be glad to tell you." Vinyl Scratch said. "She's very nice, and she's really pretty too Zylo. She might steal your heart from you."
Zylo sat up off the ground and smiled deviously to Vinyl.
"Thank you. I'll do that. I'll find this pretty pony called... Rarity." He stated. "Now, tell me more about these robots. Where may I fight some? I need to get some practice in. My battle lust is getting rather high."
Vinyl laughed. Zylo took her little far fetched story and believed it. These android ponies seemed powerful. Destroying one or two would just tickle Zylo to death. Never the less, she decided to take Zylo's naiveness and stretch it even further.
"You just have to run across them." She answered, pulling it out of her head randomly. "I'm sure you'll find one on your way to Ponyville. Don't mess with one though, or someone may come after you."
"Heh heh!!! I hope they do!" Zylo said, praying they would strike. "I'll enjoy every second of it, especially if they are as strong as you say they are."
Zylo began to walk away from the door, but Vinyl Scratch had other plans in mind.
"Goodbye!" Zylo began, walking away.
"Wait! You-you can't be seriously leaving already!" She yelled, looking around all paranoid. "Why don't you wait until Tavi get's back? Then, we can take some shots or something. You know, calm us down!"
"I know her." Zylo spoke. "She was the one who instructed me where you were. Why would I want to see her a second time?"
"Just stay..." She begged. "Please. I'm a little paranoid right now, and I don't like staying here alone, especially with the front door gone! That's why I blast my music all the time. It get's rid of every problem in my life. But now I can't even do that because I'll get another noise complaint, and Tavi won't like that!"
Zylo said nothing. He only stood in the doorway and pulled on his blue uniform. He stood sideways, staring at Vinyl with the sunset struggling to turn into night time in the background.
"Please! Please! Please!" She begged. "You can shower up real fast. By the time you're done, she should be here."
"FINE!!!" Zylo yelled, coming back inside.
Later...
"I'm no robot. I am a living being... right? " Zylo thought while water flowed through his mane. "I hope that Octavia gets here, so Vinyl Scratch would shut up and let me leave. "
Zylo was almost done with his short shower. His stolen Wonderbolts uniform lay just inside the door.
"Why does Zylo even have that Wonderbolt uniform?" Wondered Vinyl Scratch. "He's not even a pegasi! Oh well. That doesn't mean I can't wash it for him.
Slowly cracking open the door and looking only to the floor, She found the Wonderbolt suit. When she looked up, her heart sunk.
"AGGHHH!!! Z-zylo..." She muttered, completely embarrassed. "Wh...what are you doing?
In front of her was Zylo without his wonderbolts uniform on. His entire body was covered in bubbles, both big and small. He had his tail in his mouth as he scrubbed it with his right hoof.
"I'm doing what you instructed me to do." He said with no shame what-so-ever.
"B-but you...you..." She stuttered.
"Well go on!!! Spit it out!!!" Said Zylo, scrubbing the other side of his body now.
Vinyl Scratch was too embarrassed for words, but she managed to choke them out. She couldn't look away from Zylo.
"You... didn't even put the curtain up?" She yelled. "You know you're naked right?"
"FOOL!!! So are you!" Zylo yelled. "Every single pony I have passed, with the exception of the ones in armor have been naked."
"Oh yeah?!?!?!" Vinyl screamed. "Well... ummm..."
Thinking over Zylo's point, there was lots of truth to it. Every day, Vinyl Scratch and Octavia walk around with no clothes on at all, as well as every other pony too!!! How trippy.
"Well what?" Zylo said, shutting the water off.
"I didn't know you had a white coat." She said, still in a shaky tone of voice. "Just like me!"
"Yes." Zylo spoke. "Now come on!"
A few minutes after Zylo dried his mane, he emerged from the bathroom, nice and clean.
"How was your shower?" Asked Vinyl Scratch.
"Hmph. Fair enough. As if you don't know!!! You were standing there half the time!" Zylo said, shaking his half wet mane all over the place.
Vinyl Scratch jumped at Zylo's carelessness! All of her nice things, including her turntables got wet! Before she could react, Zylo was already upon her.
"I've decided I have no need for this." Zylo said, tearing the Wonderbolts uniform in half. "I also decided I'm tired of hanging around here all day. Fuck Octavia! She's taking too long. Goodbye! "
Without another word, Zylo trotted out the door, then bolted fast in the direction of Ponyville. Vinyl Scratch ran out the door after him, but he was much too fast!
"Hey... WAIT!!!" She screamed behind Zylo. "Oh man. Hey, what's this?"
Etched in her house was the word "FUCK" the blood had dried quickly, but a crust of the dead red cells remained.
"Fuck? I wonder what that means..."
With Zylo...
"Dr. Stasis is mine! " Zylo thought.
He was making fairly good time out of the city, but before he could enter the wooded path that led to the town he sought to find, something shiny caught his eye on a large stump. It was a brilliant sword. It pointed down into the very woods itself. Under the sword was a note. It read:
Take this sword and march in the direction its pointing. Most importantly, make sure your alone. Come quickly, a friend.
Zylo started to secretly panic. What was this surprise about?
"This better not be a trap! I'll use this sword if I have to... whoever wrote this!" Zylo proclaimed to the entire forest, and picking up the sword.
Bravely, Zylo marched where the sword told it to, leaving the note to the wind. Chopping the brush away that stood in his path, he eventually found a man sitting on a rock. A human! Ponies have always heard of them in legends, but not Zylo. To him, this was a second kind of species, a very different one too.
"I've been waiting for you, my little brother!" He said with a bright smile.
Giving the stranger a confused look, Zylo began to worry. Somehow he knew, this man was bad company.
With Shining armor...
"I'm ready!" He yelled out on the training field. "You hear me Twilight?! My guards will be avenged. He will be brought to justice!"
"By brought to justice, I hope you don't mean Celestia." Twilight smartly mouthed. "Don't you think it's a bad idea to interfere with Celestia's plans?"
"I know it's a bad idea!" Yelled Shining. "But it's absolutely necessary. Even our beloved princess didn't see what that monster is capable of. I DID!!! I'm the only one that did. That's why I want both of you to make sure that you hold nothing back on this guy. It's gonna take all 3 of us to do get rid of him, but I know we can."
"I'm with you every step of the way." Said the supportive Cadence. "I'm sure Celestia will understand your motives in the long run. She is very forgiving after all."
"Even if I do get in trouble, I don't care." He hatefully admitted. "I'm doing what I think is right in my heart. This monster must be destroyed before we are destroyed. He's a murderer. What's to stop him from getting stronger? Pretty soon, he'll be invincible. That's why we fight tonight, so that he can't get stronger. Now, let's do this."
"Well said big brother! I'm ready." Twilight said, putting on magically imbued leather armor.
Twilight's armor was weak leather. Cadence chose a good balance between durability and weight with light steel armor plates. Shining's armor was definitely the superior of the three! He couldn't help but be proud of wearing it.
"Ha ha ha ha ha!!! 3 inch thick, full bodied, ultra heavy titanium alloy!!!" Shining said, jumping into it quickly. "And because I've grown in strength so much, I barely feel it's added weight."
"Ohhhkay there!" Twilight said, bursting her brother's bubble. "As great as that is, we do have a murderer to stop. Let's go guys! I think I know where Zylo is headed..."
With Zylo...
"What...are you!!!" Zylo said, amazed at the living creature in front of him.
He only smiled with his snout-less face.
"I've always heard that you were rebellious when you were just being introduced into the world, but this is ridiculous! You haven't even developed a personality yet. Don't worry, you will. Barely, but still. You will." Said the mysterious youth human. "It's great to finally meet you Zylo!"
"AGAIN GODDAMNIT!!!" Zylo screamed. "How do you know my fucking name? What is it written in the stars for all to see?"
The teenager grew shyly defensive.
"Not yet, but in about fifty years, it will be." He answered in defense.
"Who are you? What's your message?" Zylo asked of the human. "Tell me so that I may be on my way."
"Zylo? You don't know who I am, but let me just start by saying I know everything about you." He began. "My name is Trunks, and I know what you're thinking. You think you're looking at a human aren't you?"
Zylo's green eyes widened. He had no idea what he was talking about.
"What the hell is a human?" He yelled. "I've never heard of those. If that's what you are, then you are just some joke."
"Whoa!" He halted playfully. "That's no way to talk to your big brother!"
"Brother?" Zylo asked. "You fool! I don't have a family. You are not my brother!"
"You're wrong!" He protested. "You DO have a family, and I AM your brother. Well, your half brother if you want to get technical, but I don't. My mother says it's not about blood relations, it's about family relations, and you were pretty close to us. I'm not gonna say too much, but... will you hear me out?"
"I AM hearing you out fool! Speak now. Perhaps your message will ease my troubled mind." Zylo said, showing something he never had before.
Interest.
"Yes! I can." Trunk's bursted out. "Listen. Right now you are confused about your purpose. Let me assure you that you will be of the utmost importance in the near future. Everypony has a destiny, you are no different."
"Destiny?" Zylo curiously asked. "What's that?"
"It's what you were created to do!" He answered.
At this statement, Zylo gasped hard! That's the big question that haunts him every waking minute, the one he was seeking even before he was stopped by this man..
"You! Trunks. Tell me, what is my destiny? What am I supposed to do?" Zylo begged.
Trunks again just smiled.
"It''s nothing that you can't figure it out on your own. You have to." He answered. "You'll find what you're looking for. You just have to locate the proper ponies."
"That's why I'm tracking Dr. Stasis now." Zylo yelled.
"Dr. Stasis cannot answer the questions you seek fully, but he can help. Talking to him will only lead you to another pony that you must face." Trunks began to explain. "That pony is the ruler of these lands. Zylo? She is the one who created you. Her name is Celestia. You were designed to be flawless, to be the perfect fighting machine. And it's all thanks to our bloodline Zylo. We both have the same father. A saiyan. The only difference is that I was conceived. You were not. You were created by combining the DNA of an elite Saiyan warrior, and a brilliant princess."
Zylo's head was swelling with crazy info from the future. Was this kid here just to put ideas into his head? Can he be trusted?
"Unfortunately in this timeline, the timeline that I and The Caretaker messed up, Celestia starts from scratch with another "You" experiment. This time, Celestia used 2 different strands of similar DNA to your own. She got it right this time, taking the DNA from non-rebellious parents. She uses the DNA of a great Saiyan warrior called Goku, and her very own self! Unfortunately, both of the DNA strands she uses are superior to your own. This new hero was designed to learn as he ages, as you are doing right now. At only the young age of ten, this warrior was born able to transform into the legendary status that all of us real Saiyans can achieve. His power grows like crazy, and his only equal is his master and you Zylo. That is why I have come here. As we speak, Celestia is making plans of creating another bio-warrior. I must destroy him to save you the trouble."
"All of this... no. Somehow Trunks..." Zylo stuttered hard. "Somehow this is all true, but I don't care what you say. You can't stop me from finding Dr. Stasis and seeking out my purpose. But what you're telling me about this Celestia pony. What does she know about me?"
"Look. I've already spilled more beans than I should have." Trunks said. "All you really need to know is that you're in the fight of your life if your equivalent walks. Here. Take this..."
Zylo looked at Trunk's large pocket. He dug into it to find a device with a hot pink lens. Zylo could tell right away that it fit over one of his eyes. It was a strange piece of technology indeed. Trunks threw it to Zylo, who immediately caught it on his face.
"What's this!?" Zylo asked.
"It's called a scouter!" He mentioned. "It measures to see how strong somepony or person is. I figured since you're not able to detect power levels yet, this can help you."
"I don't need this ridiculousness!" Zylo said, getting ready to crush it.
"NO!!!" Trunks halted. "You do need it."
Trunks sighed and looked down to the ground.
"Ok ok look. The timeline is already messed up Zylo, so telling you this will only help you survive..." He began.
"I'm listening." Zylo told him.
"Look. In my timeline, when you broke out of your cell, you were even more ruthless than you are now. You showed no mercy. You destroyed every experiment, every pony, and... well, everything in your path until Celestia finally stopped you, but here, something else happened. There are ponies out there right now that are much stronger than they would have been if you would have destroyed the entire lab."
Zylo continued to listen, but jumped when Trunks stopped talking.
"Here. These are for you too!" Trunks said again.
Throwing Zylo a purple Crown Royal bag, he opened it to find lots of small, flavorless beans. They had no stench, and they were green in color.
"Listen. I must go now." He mentioned. "Expect me again, only next time, we train. I must show you how to become a true warrior, on your own orders from the future."
"Ha ha ha. So be it!" Zylo said. "Now, we will meet again I suppose?"
"Count on it!" Trunks said with a smile.
Jumping up into the sky and flying away, the mysterious youth Trunks made himself known, then vanished all too quickly.
"I...I sense that I am in danger." Zylo thought. "If what he says was correct, then my foes are much stronger here then they would have been. HA HA HA HA HA!!! GREAT!!!"
Zylo jumped up into the air to the tallest tree he could find. It was now nighttime, but the moon shone brightly down, lighting everything for him to see.
"Let's see how this thing works. " Zylo thought to himself, scanning the perimeter for test ponies.
"Ah! Over here! Got one. This power is weak, and approaching me. Another equal power is approaching me in the opposite direction. Huh? No way!"
Scanning past the direction of the weaker power to the north, three larger powers trotted slowly toward Zylo.
"There's one power that reaches 1000, another one that's 2500, and another that is even more powerful. Almost up to 5000! What a fighter!!! I must meet them halfway! God I hope this busted piece of trash works."
Running head first out of the trees, Zylo sprinted like a rabbit to the new power's he sought to destroy. Then, his scouter stopped him. Behind him, where that first power level read, was the biggest one of all. The real power level he truly wanted.
"Wow!!! Fuck these little shrimps, there's a mysterious power level over there that's at 9000." Zylo said, with a happy smirk. "Good thing it's not over 9000!"
Changing his direction, he followed the scouter's coordinates to this power. Another humanoid creature had his arms around a grey earth pony. He wore a black trench coat with blue jeans too. They talked to each other strangely. Zylo was very confused over this, so he carefully sat back and watched what unfolded.
"Well well well." Whispered the voice into the victims ear. "What do we have here? A small morsel all on her own."
"Please... let me go!" Begged a very familiar voice. "Wh-wh-what are you going to do to me?"
"Don't worry, it will only hurt for a second..." Said the human.
In that instant, both of them did a 180, revealing the humans face. 2 sharply pointed teeth slowly grew from his mouth. He began to put her neck around his mouth like an apple.
"That sounded just like Octavia." Zylo thought.
When he looked to the flank of the pony, he knew! That same purple treble clef remained on her hips. It was her alright, his first pony he had ever met. Somehow, Octavia was special to Zylo. She was different than all of the other ponies, but he was very uncertain as to why this was.
"That IS Octavia!" Zylo yelled, running to the scene. "Hey you!"
The man only twitches a little bit, still firmly focused on Octavia.
"You are what my scouter picked up!" Zylo proclaimed. "You have the highest fighting power on this planet. Well, with the exception of mine that is. What are you called?"
"Zylo!!!" Screamed Octavia, not daring to move one inch.
"Master calls me Cordelion." The creature told Zylo. "That is who I am."
"Well, you're powerful my friend. That's why you will release that woman at once." Zylo demanded. "Your quarrel is with ME!!! Got it? Leave this weakling out of it."
Cordelion dropped Tavi hard to the ground, as she stumbled away from Cordelion and came to Zylo. Octavia instantly wrapper her front hoofs around Zylo, resting her head next to his. For a split second, Zylo felt the greatest feeling he had ever felt in his entire life. Care.
"Oh Zyo! Thank heavens you came along!!!" She said, with tears rolling down her face.
When Zylo felt moisture running down the right side of his neck, he thought it was raining, but it turns out when Zylo broke the hug and looked at her, her eyes were wet. Zylo's eyes themselves grew bigger.
"Octavia..." Zylo said. "I want you to get as far away from here as you can. As for this fool... I'll fight him alone."
Tavi gasped.
"No Zylo don't! Humans are really, really dangerous." She mentioned. "This one almost bit my neck off!"
"I'm well aware of this..." He spoke in a monotone voice, the voice when he was thinking hard. "Get far away from here Octavia. Please..."
Looking to her eye level, Zylo smiled at her.
"I would be ever so grateful if you would." He repeated, stealing Tavi's voice. "Please leave. Go now!"
Remembering their little manor lesson, Tavi bowed her head, and said, "Of course. But Zylo?"
"Yes?" He coldly said.
"Please. Be...be careful." She mentioned, then she trotted away.
"Good! She's gone. Now everything seems... straighter. My head is cleared now that that woman is gone. " Thought Zylo.
"Grr!!! I've been in a bad mood all day!!! I need this! Oh ho ho ho, this is going to be GREAT!!!" Zylo laughed.
The human snarled, then said, "Fine! I didn't need her blood to defeat you. Master want's you alive!"
With no warning at all, Cordelion dashed to Zylo with surprising speed. Already, he could tell this was going to be harder than his breakout of the lab. Still, it wasn't too hard for Zylo to sidestep, and then make his own move.
Jumping even faster at Cordelion didn't tip Zylo's odds. Catching him in a vice-like grip, Zylo's front 2 hoofs were trapped in a bind. He resisted, but the grip doesn't budge. Cordelion picked him up and then slammed him into the dirt, head first. Zylo was stunned, but not even close to being injured. Both were secretly holding back lots of power.
"My my my!!!" Zylo said, pulling his head out of the dirt. "Such strength! Such marvelous strength. Too bad I'm not even close to revealing my true power!"
Zylo did not get the response he wanted. This man was even more strictly business than he was.
"Our Master want's you back." He says. "You must return to her. Come the easy way, or the hard way."
"I have no master." Zylo spoke back. "Who is this master you are talking about? Is she even stronger than you?"
Cordelion spits out a "Yes" from his throat, disgusted that it's true.
"HA HA HA HA HA!!! It's a bitch to be outclassed isn't it? It's terrible to think that your second best. So, if she's stronger than you, I guess that makes you third best!"
Cordelion said nothing. He only allowed Zylo to continue.
"How pathetic!" Zylo shouted. "Listen. You die now! Nice knowing you. But before you are destroyed, what is your masters name? I must fight her after this to prove that I am the best!!! Ha HAAA!!!"
"Her name is Princess Celestia!" He proclaimed proudly. "She is our master, the one that ordered our creation! You must return to her. You are her's just as I am."
It was now Zylo's turn to be surprised! Celestia. That name wasn't foreign to him. Zylo knew he heard it somewhere.
"Princess Celestia?" Asked Zylo. "That name sounds all too familiar! WAIT!!!"
Then, it hit him like a ton of bricks. Trunks, his supposed "half-brother" said the exact same thing? Either 2 people were telling the truth or lying.
"Look!" Zylo shrugged. "I don't care who created who. You die today! Got it!"
Zylo pretended not to let it bother him. He had no real proof that Cordelion was telling the truth or Trunks, but Zylo believed these all to be false. There was no more time to be bothered with Zylo's past. This fight was more important to him. Eager to destroy him, Zylo brought out the power that he hid. Just from the small light show he put on, it was clear that Cordelion would have a tough fight on his hands. Before his eyes, an earth pony was producing what looked like a unicorns aura. Only this one was large. Much larger and brighter than any unicorn he could imagine. Zylo smiled when it reached to the level he wanted. The wind stopped, and the only sound was that of everything settling back into place.
"TADAAA!!!" Zylo yelled with an evil smile. "Hope you like what you see. This is only some of my true power! Now, unfortunately for you, I have never pushed my power to this extreme, so it's time to see what I'm capable of! Feel my power!!!"
Dashing to Cordelion with twice the speed as before, he brutally beat him with his front hoofs as fast as he could, unveiling dozens of punches by the second! Cordelion was too blown away to hardly defend himself. Unfortunately, these punches proved to be only fast, and not powerful enough.
Zylo, hoping to dent his opponent, attacked with a flying kick to the face. The vampmire human hybrid had other plans. Catching the kick with his hands, he tossed Zylo over him, but he easily caught himself on the ground with his front hoofs.
"Nice TRY!!!" Zylo screamed, with no mercy.
Zylo reversed, sending Cordelion above Zylo. Somehow, both broke free and landed on the opposite sides of the road.
"You'll have to do better than that!" Zylo yelled, sharply exhaling. "Come at me!"
"That's odd. " Zylo stopped, taking a minute to think. "This creature has the same device on his eye, only his is a different color.
Taking the spare seconds Zylo had, he scanned the creature for his power reading.
"Ugh! It's above 12,000 now! Good. The stronger opponent, the stronger the victory! "
"NO!" Cordelion yells, crouching in a defense stance. "I must take you back with me, even if I have to take you back IN PIECES!"
Zylo's reactions couldn't sharpen any faster! He knew that Cordelion had began to fight harder too. Lunging for Zylo, Cordelion attempted to cut him in half. The hit landed, as Zylo's right side got slashed terribly badly. His claws dug deeply into the side, possibly scratching the surface of the bones themselves!!!
"Ohhh. D-Damn it all!" Zylo shouted, collapsing to the ground.
Looking at his slashed ribs, Zylo's large ego turned into rage, which meant even more power. Zylo felt terrible pain where the slash was, and red blood soaked his clean fur. He did not like it, as most living creatures didn't enjoy pain. Knowing that the move just used on Zylo was an effective one, Zylo vowed in his head to deal back twice the pain!
"You...You fool! I'LL KILL YOU!!!" He screamed, diving in for more action.
He sprinted as fast to Cordelion as possible. Solidly, he stood strong, awaiting to strike Zylo when he attacked. Unfortunately for Cordelion, he never attacked. Instead, he only front flipped over him, attempting to hit the back of his head. Cordelion's reflexes and speed were too great. He pivots in a circular motion to the left, and catches the kick.
"Agh!" Zylo yells in surprised.
Cordelion spins Zylo around in circles a few times, then finally releases Zylo aimed straight for the ground. Once he smashes into it, his face is clawed by a relentless Cordelion, sending his pink scouter flying off of his face.
"Gaaahhh AAAAAHHHHH!!!" Zylo yelled, blinded by Cordelions swipes of death.
Zylo could do nothing but listen to the beast approach him. He could not open his eyes any longer than fractions of seconds. Cordelion chuckled, happy that Zylo was incapacitated. All he did was back into a tree, and wait for him to strike once more. From Zylo's scouter, a rapid, monotone beeping could be heard on the ground.
"Huh? Don't tell me!!!" Cordelion yelled, beginning to panic.
With his own scouter, Cordelion scanned the area behind Zylo. 3 power levels were picked up, each larger than the next.
"So Zylo." Cordelion yelled, kicking Zylo in his good ribs. "You brought reinforcements!"
"Kuh... Ha ha ha... Zylo doesn't NEED reinforcements thank you..." Zylo said, picking up his scouter off the ground. "They must be yours! This is good."
Indeed, Cordelions scouter was accurate. 3 ponies began to become visible to them from a hill. Cordelion grew terribly confused.
"No! Master shent me alone." He answered Zylo. "She didn't say anything about reinforcements!"
"What's this?" Twilight yelled to the 2 fighters in front of them. "Shining! You didn't tell me that there were 2 of them!"
"Always expect the unexpected Twilight." Cadence yelled courageously. "Hang in there."
Twilight and Cadence thought both were enemies, but Shining Armor was not as skeptical. He knew who his enemy was. This other guy would have to wait until either his enemy was killed, or Shining himself was.
"There wasn't two." Shining told the 2 girls behind him. "Only one. And definitely no human. That's the monster! Right there with the red and black mane."
Zylo's vision began to return, while blood dripped from above his eye. He smiled when he recognized that voice. Shining only stared an even more intense stare at Zylo! Cordelion also studies Shining over too.
"You!" Cordelion gasped. "You were in the throne room when Master awakened me."
Shining's stare just looked to the ground, creating a badass view of his face from both Zylo's and Cordelion's line of sight. Inside, he is troubled how that information could have been obtained by Cordelion.
"How? That's not possible." Shining valiantly spoke to the creature. "I...I don't know what your talking about."
Shining's lie was so bad, that everyone who witnessed it, even Zylo, knew it was a lie. Then, it was Zylo's turn to recollect.
"You're that blue-maned clown that I spared when I freed myself." Zylo mentioned. "Why have you come here?"
Shining was deeply afraid, but on the surface he was calm and collected. There was no room for weakness here, not for Shining Armor. Maybe for Zylo, but never for him. He knew that he needed every advantage he could get, and this human could be a serious one.
Shining sighs, then says, "To put an end to YOU once and for all.... Zylo. THATS why."
"YOU stop ME???" Zylo asked. "Ha ha ha ha!!! Oh, don't make me laugh!"
Hissing at Shining Armor, he flashes his sharp fangs to him.
"He's MY prey pony." Cordelion dryly answered. "Do not interfere."
"Yeah!" Zylo agreed with his enemy. "Back off loser. You're not even worth my time. If you wanted to kill yourself, you should have just gutted yourself from the inside out. It would save me ALOT of trouble."
Shining walked to Corelion with his heavy armor fully on. He looked intimidating. The solid steel armor was thick, dark, and overall badass looking. Spikes and daggers seemed to flow down towards Shining's tail, beautifully curved to perfection.
Shining opened his helment piece.
"Nah! Sit this one out for me human." Shining cockily said. "I need to show this murderer what happens when you mess with the royal guard!"
"Grrr no! No!!! He's mine! I'm the one to bring Zylo back to Celestia!" Cordelion yelled.
"Guys guys!!" Zylo said, halting the 2. "I have a brilliant idea. Attack! All of you. With your combined strength, this could prove to be fun after all!"
"You sure that's wise demon?" Twilight mouths to Zylo. "You're clearly outnumbered, AND outmatched!!!"
"Is that so?" Zylo said, looking to Shining. "I certainly can tell that this oaf here has found himself a harder shell, and he's grown in strength too."
"Enough!" Twilight finally yells. "His name is Shining Armor, the alicorn to my right is Cadence, and I'm Twilight Sparkle. Today, you will be brought to justice!"
"Doubtful, miss Twilight." Zylo stubbornly yelled. "Just all of you attack with everything you have! Got it?"
"Fine by me!" Shining yelled. "We're taking you down demon!"
Zylo was gladdened that the fight would grow in difficulty. All the unicorns, alicorns, and vampire humans surrounded Zylo one by one, as Zylo giggled in excitement.
"What say you about this?" Zylo yells, pointing his hoof to Cordelion.
He responds with no sound. After thinking it over in his head, he decides to agree with Zylo's demands.
"Fine!" He angrily admits to Shining Armor and Zylo. "But I will not hesitate to turn on you if you take my prey from."
"ENOUGH!!!" Zylo screamed, powering up once again. "RAAAAAAAHHH!!!"
With a fearsome warcry, Zylo summoned more energy to do his bidding, the magic aura now permanently imbued all around his body. His hair stood up and waved, as if he was fighting underwater.
"Wow! Power-level... 15,000!!!" Cordelion thought in his head. "I have to act now, before it rises again!"
Shape shifting into a werewolf with ease, he dashed to Zylo at full strength, but with unneeded effort, Zylo stopped the wolf dead in his tracks.
"DIIIIIIEEEE!!!" He yelled, kicking the wolf in the head. "YAAAHHH!!!"
Now, Zylo's kicks didn't just hurt the points of impact or stun him to the ground. No! These kicks sent him flying. FLYING straight back, slamming into everything that was in his path. Before Cordelion even hit the ground, Zylo was already on the other 3 fighters.
"Muhahahaha!!!" He asked the 3 ponies. "Who's the first to die!? I know! I'll start with the purple one!"
Attacking full force, Zylo went for Twilight first as he promised. His power punch was easily stopped by a screen of magic. The impact on the magic wall was so great, that Twilight grew a headache trying to keep it up. Finally, the stress of Zylo's strong punches were too much to bear on the shield, so Zylo made it through.
Attempting to kill Twilight, Cadence smashes Zylo on the neck with his horn, cutting his neck badly. Thankfully, the large horn didn't impale our little troublemaker. It did however send him flying back to the claws of Cordelion. Zylo did nothing at all but stare him directly in the face. Immediately, he snaps at Zylo and attempts to go for his neck.
Zylo easily evaded with a simple roll. Jumping up and diving at Cordelion, he released full power punches so rapid, that it looked as f Zylo had multiple arms.
"Yah! Yah! Yahyahyahyah!!!" Was all he seemed to yell moving at that speed.
The battle quickly turned in Zylo's favor. Releasing those unrelenting punches wore Cordelion out very fast. Pretty soon, Cordelion couldn't break away, counter, or even attack! Al he could do was rapidly defend himself.
"Ha ha ha!!! That's it! YES!!!" Zylo said while attacking. "Defend yourself! Squeeze every last drop of time you have, until YOU'RE DEAD!!!"
A power punch to Cordelions open stomach knocked him back in pain. Finally, Zylo saw his moment. Now that he left himself open, Zylo's barrage of blows really started to take a toll on him. It wasn't until Shining jumped into the battle. With a sucker punch to Zylo's face, the battle ceased for a few precious seconds. Cordelion was bloody and breathing terribly heavy.
Zylo was more shocked than injured. He said nothing, only wiped the small amount of blood that Shining drew from him.
"Oh my... This runt HAS grown stronger! He's not as powerless as I anticipated him to be! " Zylo thought.
"Raaahhh!!!" Shining yelled, not waiting for Zylo to re-attack.
As quick as lightning, both Cordelion and Shining attacked relentlessly. This seemed to only make Zylo even more happy. He had 2 front legs for each of the fighters. Perfect!
No longer was Zylo killing Cordelion. With Shining's help, both of the sides took as much damage as they dealt. It was fairly even, that is until the duo conflicted with one another. Finally, Cordelion had to put an end to it. He sliced at Zylo in an upward lunge, but unfortunately for Shining, he got caught in the crossfire.
Even through that thick armor, his claws cut through the metal, sending only sparks into Zylo's face, not his claws. Once again, the fighting ceased as Shining flung off his helmet and snapped at the vampire.
"HEY!!!" Shining Armor yelled. "I'm on your side!"
"You were the weak link in that brawl pony. You are clearly outmatched!" Cordelion insulted him.
All they did was trade evil looks. Frankly, that's all they had time for. Taking advantage of the distraction, Zylo lands 2 powerful punches on each foe's face, sending them both a few feet away.
"Powerless FOOLS!!!" Zylo laughed. "Show me a challenge already!"
Attempting to crush Shining's head and kill him, Zylo jumped high into the air to stomp his brains into the dust. Before he could kill him, a magenta colored aura flashed, then Shining was gone.
Zylo crashed hard into the dirt, putting one of his legs deep into the ground. Trying to free himself, he was blasted by a large purple magic ball.
"Ugghh!" Zylo yelled, actually in pain.
With cunning, Twilight lands a major blow with a powerful blast, and saved her big brother best friend forever. All at the same time.
"Tsss... You want a challenge?" Twilight said with that smart mouth again. "Fine! You asked for it!
Now, it was Twilight and Cadence's turn to strike Zylo. Attacking with rapid magical explosions, Zylo had to fend from all 4 of the fighters at once! With Shining Armor and Cordelion's punches to worry about, as well as Twilight and Cadence's gradually damaging attacks, Zylo really had his hoofs full, even for him.
"G-g-god DAMNIT!!!" Zylo screamed, finally having enough.
With a devastating uppercut, Cadence was sent flying high into the sky, landing about 12 feet above the fight. Grabbing Cordelion by the arm, he spun him around and smashed him into Twilight. Only Shining remained standing.
"Look pony." Cordelion insisted. "You are definitely outmatched! I suggest you leave this to me before you get killed!"
"As much as I hate to agree with my enemies, he IS right you know..." Zylo told him. "Back down..."
Their doubt in Shining only increased his hope in himself. With a righteous scream to the air, Shining finally had enough!
"NO!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!! "
"Huh?" Zylo gasped.
"What's this? Baby NO!!!" Cadence yelled from the sky.
"Shining..." Twilight said, at a loss for words.
"What? Wow. His power level has increased greatly." Cordelion said, checking his scouter. "When I read it earlier, he was the weakest, but now, he's climbed to 4000!"
"NO WAY!!! I...I refuse to give up!" Shining yelled to Cordelion, then turned to his enemy. "I OWE ZYLO THIS!!!"
Shining's horn glowed brighter than anything Zylo has ever seen before! The light from his horn only glowed in brightness, as he trotted towards Zylo.
"No!!!" Twilight thought, not even getting up from the dirt. "Shining overpowered himself! If he releases that over beam, he could seriously hurt himself."
Shining most likely knew this, but he didn't care. How could he? It was up to him to avenge his brothers, and now this was the moment of truth! Now was his golden opportunity, his one chance to do it on his own, to prove Zylo that he is not to be messed with.
"This... is...for you... ZYLO!!!" He screamed.
"Agh!!! Oh no! nooooOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! " Zylo screamed as well.
"OVERBEAM!!! FIRE!!!" Shining commanded.
The beam unleashed it's deadly fury straight from Shining's horn. It was far, far bigger than Shining's head, let alone the diameter of his horn, which was the size of an average blast. Zylo couldn't get out of the way in time. He had absolutely no time to react! Not even Celly herself had the power to move faster than the speed of light.
"THIS IS IT!!! This is what I've been training for. Must put more magic...INTO THIS!!! " Shining yelled in his own head.
The only thing that could be heard over the loud energy beam was Zylo's screaming! Slowly, it began to trail off. It almost sounded like he was slowly being destroyed. Finally, after the beam faded, Zylo was nowhere to be found.
The battleground grew increasingly quiet. Nothing except for burning trees could be heard. The trees in the way of the blast got vaporized, leaving a perfectly circular trail.
"I...I did it..." Shining Armor said as if he was sad. "I...uhhhhhggg..."
"Oh no!!! SHINING!!!" Both of the girls yelled.
Twilight made it to her fallen brother first, then Cadence. Cadence gently picked up Shining Armor's head. He was still alive and conscious, but internally injured deeply because of that full power magic blast.
"No..." Cordelion said in a hint of sadness too. "Master. I have failed. Zylo is destroyed!"
Twilight almost began to cry. She knew the severity of that attack definitely backfired! Over beams always did, unless you're super tough.
"Sh-shining?" She croaked. "Please... be okay. Please?"
Above the sky, grey clouds began to form. There must have been pegasi that moved the clouds overhead. The only one who caught this was Cadence. Twilight was focused on her brother, and Cordelion just stared at the spot where Zylo was vaporized. Both were at an equal loss for words.
Eventually, Corelion found these words when his anger broke. He stormed over to Shining. Just the way he walked, you could tell he was out for blood. Literally...
"YOU FOOL! YOU DESTROYED HIM!!!" Cordelion shouts, grabbing Shining by the neck.
He didn't care about anything. He failed his mission. His lack of concern was nowhere near invisible, his small truce now fully broken. Before Cadence could even stop him, Cordelion opened his mouth widely and put Shining's neck in his mouth. He bites into the neck, waking Shining of his trance.
"WAAAA... ugh.. ohhh..." Shining said, with Cordelion turning his yell into a whimper.
"This'll teach you!" He said with a giant mouthful. "Now you're MINE!!!".
Cordelion's fangs latched onto Shining's neck like a leech. He had no intentions of letting go, and immediately feeds while turning him over at the same time. Shining's out like a light, now drained of both magic and blood.
"You...YOU MONSTER!!!" Cadence shouted.
Cordelion only held Shining up. He ripped his face from the unicorns neck, intentionally making it gruesome for Cadence. Blood flowed from his neck, and onto Cordelion's teeth! He smiled to flash his bloody smile, as Shining bled out in the monster's grasp. Twilight nearly shit a brick when she realized what that "monster" really was.
"Oh... my... celestia..." She said, horrified.
The way Twilight said made Cadence's skin crawl. She grew more worried over him than she did for Zylo.
"Twilight! What's the matter?" Cadence said sternly.
"He is a vampire!!! He's much stronger than that even Zylo!" She screamed. "Poor shining armor didn't even stand a chance!!! And now with Zylo dead, we are too!"
At first Cordelion smiled, then he laughed with his mouth shut. The laugh gradually grew more hardy as it became more like a loud chuckle. He found himself rather flattered that a pony recognized him.
"Muha ha ha ha HA HA HA!!! You are quite right my dear, even if you are partially wrong." He told her. "You see, I am half vampire, half human."
In a flash, he moved to Twilight's face where she nearly jumped out of her leather armor. He moved so fast, it was almost a blur.
"Ha ha ha!!! That's why I am amazingly powerful. I am faster than a pegasus in flight! Stronger than any minotaur could ever hope to be!" He continued to rant. "My senses are superior, second to none! I can smell a drop of your blood from a mile away, and hear a gnat just as far too. Now, with your brother's power added to mine, nothing can stop me!!!
"What's your name vampire?" Twilight asked. "If you are even CALLED anything!"
"Master has named me Cordelion, just as she named Zylo." He mentioned. "But that's nothing you won't know soon enough, as well as Equestria. They'll know my name when they are under my control!"
Lightly touching Twilight's cheek, she jerks away hard. He was riding on a very high horse, and wanted to savor the delicious meal in front of himself. Cordelion now circled his prey like a shark circle's his prey.
"Why?!" She angrily stifles. "Why have you crawled from the darkness? What are your intentions? At least tell us this before we die..."
"T-TWILIGHT???" Said Cadence, astonished.
"Master sent me here to retrieve the one called Zylo, now that Shining Armor has incapacitated him, Master will be most pleased."
"Zylo's dead! Shining destroyed him!!!" She defended.
Cordelion only cocked a single eyebrow.
"Is that so?" He said, turning his back to look at a wooded area. "By the way, who said I was going to kill you? No, I will turn you, add your power to mine, and you two will serve me for eternity!"
Twilight nervously looked to her brother. Nothing changed. He was still just lying there, drained of all life and magic. When he looked back to Cordelion, he was close to Twi with his fangs barred sharply. She didn't flinch, only stared the monster down.
"Tell me..." She spoke. "Who is your evil master?"
Answering rather poetically and with a laugh, he says, "She lives up there!"
Just pointing in that very direction caused Twilight to panic and become confused. When she finally looked, Cordelion was indeed pointing to where she thought he was.
"She who rules over this land." He answered. "She of the morning sun and the burning sunset."
Twilight was drained. Drained of everything, both mentally and physically. This couldn't be! How could Celestia own 2 of the most ruthless people she's ever seen in her life! She refused to believe it. She was in denial, but part of her thought it was true at the same time. She knew where she was going after this battle.
"No Twilight!" Cadence bravely told her friend. "We can't give up THAT easily, we must fight Cordelion too."
Twilight only nodded her head to the left and right.
"We might as well not even try." She sighed on the ground. "It's like you going up against Celestia in a magic duel. It can't be done!"
"Not true Twilight!!!" She yelled, really talking to Cordelion. "Just like Celestia, this guy isn't invincible. He can be beaten! We're gonna prove it! You hear me???"
"Ha ha ha!!! I admire your confidence, but it will do you no good!!!" The vampire yelled.
Cordelion shot a leer straight for Cadence's eyes. He grins with his bloody lips. Slowly, he walks to the 2 ponies, focused mainly on Cadence. She feels a deep compulsion to look into his eyes and do whatever he has to say. Quickly, she shook out of it!
"You'll not take me under too!" Cadence yells, with the glare slowly taking effect. "Hahhh ugghhh. Oh...nooo..."
Cordelion's grin turns predatory as he motions her closer with a single finger. Already, the glare took a full grown alicorn down to do his bidding. She was only hoofsteps away from him as he opened his arms, but Twilight intervened quickly.
Using her teleporting spell, Twilight jumps into his line of sight with glowing white eyes.
"NOOO!!! You can't take her!" Twilight said in a begging-like tone. "I know you're strong, but Cadence is right! You're not invincible."
"You certainly aren't either!" He said, unfazed by Twilight's immense magical power.
All Cordelion did was snap his fingers, then he grins again as the turned Shining now gets up. Twilight's eyes would have been that of fear if she had any eyes at the moment. Shining's fur turned slightly shaggy and his horn now has a slight curve to it. Of course he possesses fangs like any other vampony would.
"I can't pull an overbeam, but I can do THIS! "
Twilight could not be more mortified. She would avenge his brother, just as Shining had tried to do with his brothers.
"This is for my big brother best friend..." She began.
Her sentence was half finished when she began to chug one of her magic potions. Her aura grew twice as bright as her entire body seemed to glow that very color.
"FOREVER!!!" She screamed.
A storm of hundreds of magical beams, each now doubled the size of her horn, began to concentrate towards Cordelion. He only crossed his arms and snapped his fingers again. All around him, a blue magical shield stopped any of the spears from harming the vampire. Twilight huffed.
"Darnit! Shining's magic has grown even stronger somehow!!!" Twilight said to herself.
Not only was this true, but his magic had a black tinge to it, sort of like water and oil being mixed together. Twilight grew frustrated!
"No... NO!!! This is hopeless." She yelled, begging this was only a bad dream. "Pretty soon, Shining will infect everyone if he's not stopped or cured! But we're miles away from my library! This is bad!!!"
In seconds, Cordelion looked into her eyes, hypnotic powers attempting to take hold. He then speaks almost sweetly to her.
"Shh..." He said, soothing her nerves. "Don't worry, your brother is much stronger now. Soon, you will be too. Join us! You'll be the start of something great!"
Slowly, he begins to approach her, with sharp fangs already ahead of Cordelion's head. Cadence nearly sat back in a daze. She could not believe what she saw. She knew that Twilight's magical abilities were slightly better than her own, and Cordelion did nothing as Shining alone stopped Twilight's power, with a potion making the magic stronger? No way!
Twilight did nothing now. She just sat there, afraid of what a vampony would be like. The idea of immortality did play through her head, but that was the one and only positive thing that did.
"It was nice knowing you." Cordelion said, running his fingers through her mane. "Don't worry, you should feel glad! You're going to be a part of something much bigger than yourself. And that... is ME!!! Now if you don't mind..."
Cordelion's teeth were now around Twilight's neck, simply grazing the thin purple fur that touched it. She prayed for a miracle from Celestia.
"Don't count on it!!!"
Her miracle came. An earth pony blindsided Cordelion with a head butt straight to the gut. The blow was so devastating, that the vampire upheaved more than a cup-full of blood. Dashing through his opponent, the red and black maned pony flashed a cocky smile at Twilight, who looked to him in confusion.
"GAAHHH!!! Ohhh..." Says the suffering Cordelion.
On the ground, he held his stomach. His face came inches from landing into the muddy blood below him. When he looked up, he saw that legendary smile and those green eyes. This won't be good.
"I've had enough of you!" Zylo yelled. "If your disease is going to spread around from pony to pony, I'll destroy the source, right now."
Zylo helped Twilight up. Before she even said anything to thank him, or question just how the fuck he was still alive, he crouched to the dirt with Cordelion, then looked to the hurt human/vampire.
"I can't imagine seeing more of those despicable creatures that behave and act like you!!!" He screamed, growing in anger. "Here!!! You want some motherfucking blood?!?!?! HAVE IT!!! TAKE IT!!! I'm sure it tastes better with mud! Your own blood?! MMMMMM!!!"
Humiliating the vampire that almost got away with taking Shining under, Zylo proceeded to shovel the bloody mud into his mouth with his hind hoof. When no more could fit in his mouth, he flung it violently into his face, making sure the gravel and other hard objects hurt.
Still with an insane smile on his face, Zylo grabbed the man by the arm, brought him to his feet, then kicked the back of his head, forcing him to swallow. Both Cadence and Twilight smiled at the scene!
"What is this??? The very monster we came to destroy is now destroying the true monster. No, embarrassing him? Ha ha! How can this be? With my dear Shining's power absorbed, Cordelion should be even more powerful than normal!!! " Thought Cadence.
"Wow! Incredible!!! I put almost all of my energy into that last attack. And some if you include the potion, and yet, it didn't even dent the magic armor Shining put around him! Now, this demon dropped Cordellion to his feet in one blow?!?!?! Wow... that's... unbelievable! There is more to this guy than meets the eye... " Thought Twilight.
Shining hissed at Zylo, who only glared back.
"I got to admit it to ya asshole, you caused some serious damage to me!" Zylo admits to Shining Armor. "You may have killed me if I didn't have a few of these bad boys!"
Zylo unraveled the bag of sensu beans and flashed one at Cordelion.
"See this?" He said, holding the bean in his hoof. "This is a sensu bean! Cordelion? A name suited for a pile of shit like you!!! Listen, if I give you this bean, will you fight me at full power?"
Cordelion smiled deviously. This was his chance.
"Oh yes!!!" He said, still injured, but pretending to sound enthused about it. "I promise Zylo.'
He nodded. Zylo threw one hard to Cordelion. It landed in the soft grass, as he slowly crawled to it. As he did this, Zylo began to tap the buttons on his scouter.
"HA HA HA HA HA!!! You're...you're power level has diminished down to drastically. Only 2000 HA HA HA HA!!!"
"Sh-shut up you!" Cordelion half said, finally grabbing the bean.
When he ate it, he gasped! Instantly, Cordelion's muscles bulged all at once. His wounds all healed slowly. Despite that deadly blow that Zylo gave him, he was up back on his 2 feet instantly.
"AHHHHH!!!" Gasped both of the girls.
Twilight angrily ran over to Zylo, fixing to tear him a new one. She grabbed at Zylo's face.
"You healed him?!?!?!" She screamed. "How COULD you!!! I thought you wanted him dead?"
Zylo easily swatted the mare off of him.
"Don't TOUCH my face!!!" He yelled. "I want him revived so that we may battle at full strength. You!!!"
"What?" Cordelion hissed.
"I want you to power up to the highest extent. I advise you to NOT hold anything back!!! Got it?!" He demanded. "I'll do the same."
"Oh! I'm already at maximum power! I'm a human vampire hybrid, so I can't hold anything back unless I don't try my hardest!" He lied.
Zylo jumped in front of him in an amazing attacking stance.
"Well, you're gonna need EVERY SHRED OF STRENGTH YOU HAVE!!! HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!! "
Instantly from that yell, Cordelion grew worried. Zylo finally showed just what he is capable of. Wind pushed away at him at over 100 miles per hour. As Zylo grunted and struggled to increase his max power, his body began to flash a white color. The ground under him became loose. Everywhere around him, the ground quaked, making it hard to stand on hoofs. Once it peaked as his as possible, energy cackled around him. When he reached this, his yell turned into a steady laugh.
"Ha ha ha.... HA HA HA HA!!! AAAAAHAHAHAHA!!! Now!" Zylo screamed to Cordelion. "You die! I'll show you just how powerless you REALLY are!!! Muhahaaaaahh!!!"
"For Celestia's sake!!!" Twilight screamed over the noise to Cadence. "That's quite a show!!! What... what are we looking at Cadence?"
"2 monsters..." She began. "2 monsters that are fixing to go all out. I never knew that a pony could be this powerful, let alone a common earth pony. This isn't a regular pony. No way is it."
Finally! Directly in front of Cordelion was his enemy. The enemy that was untouchable at the time. Somehow, Cordelion knew it wasn't possible to destroy him. This was a power that Celestia did not warn him of.
"NOOO!!! It CANT be possible!!!" He yelled. "P-power level.... 27,000? But it wasn't even 15,000 earlier?"
"I don't understand it either." Zylo had to admit, "But I'm READY!!! HERE I COME!!!!!"
Cordelion, sensing that he could not win, crossed his arms. Just before Zylo struck, he turned to dust just before the punch landed. The punch blew him away in the wind.
"No... NOOOO!!!! That... wasn't me." Zylo said in confusion.
In the wind, he heard an evil chuckle that tore through his eardrums like a chainsaw. Right before his eyes, his appetite for murder was ripped from him. A giant plate of Cordelion dissipated into ashes as the hungry Zylo shook on the ground, nearly crying that he did not get his helping.
"No... No!! NOOOO!!! DAMNIT NOOOOO!!!" Zylo screamed.
Looking to Twilight, he saw one helping, then another, then another! At least he could enjoy the 3 small appetizers near him.
"Must...destroy...YOU!!!" He yelled to Twilight, with an almost broken mind.
The Shining Armor vampire smiled.
"You won't get the chance!" Said the infected Shining Armor. "They belong to us."
"Us? Shut your god damn mouth! Their lives end when I say they end, and they end NOW!!!"
Twilight flinched and covered her face with her hoofs as Zylo charged. Shining's aura shone brightly around Twilight and Cadence, then off they went. They were teleported to an unknown location, safe from Zylo for the moment.
"NOOOOOOO!!!!! " Screamed the relentless power house. "AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!! RAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!! "

Damnit! I'm sorry that took so damn long. Here's chapter 4 guys. Try to review for me if it's not asking too much of you guys. It took forever to proofread and edit this all by myself. I don't have editors or any of that shit. I work alone.
