Victoria and Elizabeth Grim found themselves thrown into the world of Equus almost three thousand years ago. After an undocumented number of years, they were sealed away by the Elements of Harmony, and left as stone statues in the Canterlot gardens for centuries, as key events such as Discord's rule and Nightmare Moon's rise and fall passed by around them.

Now, with the return and death of the Demon King Sombra, their prisons have shattered, and they walk free once again. They recall nothing of their arrival to Equus, or even what they had done to warrant imprisonment, but now that they're out, they can finally seek out the answers they're looking for.
