//-------------------------------------------------------// A Day in the Darkness -by OneShotBrony- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// The Break of Day //-------------------------------------------------------// Author's Note Okey dokey guys, this is my first story that I will be posting chapter-by-chapter here. It's about my OC, Sunstar Bright, getting together with Big Mac. Yes, it is a clopfic. Yes, it is about two stallions. Do the maths and sort out whether you want to be reading this. Enjoy! :) The Break of Day All it takes is a single moment Sunstar Bright had always been a popular stallion. He had the looks, the personality and the ability to be just that one pony who everyone looked up to. With a coat of dawn yellow and a mane of sunset red, his cutie mark of a rising sun glistened in the light and he was loved by all of Ponyville as a hard-working, good-looking stallion. This is not to say that he didn't have any problems, however. His younger sister, Dawn Bright, was incredibly jealous of the attention that was denied to her. Even on her birthdays, the parties that she held somehow turned out being focused on Sunstar. The few friends that Dawn had actually made only turned up so they could get a good long look at the charming stallion. And so Dawn had felt forgotten for most of her life, a misery made of her school and social lives, mockery made of her own appearance. Thus, she harboured a deep resentment towards her brother, for she blamed him for every problem that took place in her life. Even her own cutie mark, while normally a momentous occasion, was overshadowed by the fact her brother was there, always watching her. While Sunstar had a jealous sister to put up with, the biggest problem he had to conceal was his attitude towards other ponies. Specifically towards other stallions. Sunstar had never minded being with mares, but he had found a considerably stronger allure to stallions ever since that day at the Galloping Gala, where Sunstar had been modelling some of Rarity's finest outfits (which, apparently, showed off his cutie mark beautifully. While he was up on that catwalk, his eye had been caught by who he now considered to be the best-looking stallion in all of Ponyville, and most likely in the whole of Equestria. A huge stallion with a deep red coat and a bright orange mane was working at the traditional Apple Family apple stall. While Sunstar knew Applejack on sight (who wouldn't recognise one of the ponies instrumental in stopping Discord or Nightmare Moon?), he couldn't identify who this mysterious red stallion was. So intent on his subject, Sunstar walked off the edge of the catwalk and plowed into a group of nearby ponies that were watching his performance. Everyone in the area gasped as Sunstar fell and, after landing on at least 3 other ponies, he realised that everypony was looking at him. Including the big red stallion at the apple stall. As he was helped up, Sunstar's cheeks were at least the same colour as his mane until he realised that the stallion he had been watching was no longer looking at him. The crowd applauded as Sunstar clambered back onto the catwalk and posed one last time before retreating behind the curtains. After that day, Sunstar knew he would never feel the same way about any other pony ever again. So, even as the mares practically lined up to try to get with Sunstar, they were almost entirely ignored. Sunstar had a new pony in mind. A pony that he could only suspect of working at Sweet Apple Acres, and a pony that Sunstar hoped, truly hoped, felt the same way about him. From that day on, he knew he had to find that mystery red pony with the orange mane and the green apple cutie mark. Sunstar had to find Big Macintosh. //-------------------------------------------------------// The Sun Builds to the Apex //-------------------------------------------------------// Author's Note This chapter pairs with the first one as an alternative viewpoint and constructs how Mac feels about the whole thing...kinda. This story will be pieced together gradually, so don't worry. The Sun Builds to the Apex A drive for satisfaction gives courage. "Apples, fresh from Sweet Apple Acres, get 'em over 'ere! Apple pies, cakes n' breads, get 'em while they're hot!" The loud, red stallion called over the crowds of the Gala, so many other ponies, so many hungry mouths to be fed...such a small amount of produce left. Big Macintosh sighed quietly, thinking back on the most recent bucking season, remembering how difficult it had been. Having only recently recovered from a foreleg injury, and with Applejack visiting Braeburn for some reason or another in Appleoosa, Mac was forced to take it easy. As a result, there was a barely sufficient number of apples being supplies in the old Apple family cart at the Gala. This was, in some ways, a good thing, as Big Macintosh found it hard to stand even small groups of other ponies at the best of times. Every time the Galloping Gala came around, Mac was normally left to his own devices at home, making use of the time as a day off, a chance to have a break while Applejack minded the stall. However, for the first time in many years, Big Mac had to do everything himself. Finally, as he felt that the day was beginning to come to a close, there was a loud crash coming from the catwalk. Apparently, a modelling pony - a stallion, no less - had just walked off the edge of the platform and landed amongst the crowd. The stallion, a handsome-looking pony of yellow and red, had managed to untangle his legs and stand up. As he began to rise, the unknown stallion met Big Mac's eyes and immediately blushed, looking away. Big Mac, confused by this seemingly random act of emotion, turned away, a tiny yet invisible blush rising to his own cheeks. "Was he...was he lookin' at me?" Mac asked himself, getting busy tidying away the remains of the day's sales. Big Macintosh knew he had to find out more about this unnamed, blushing stallion. Confused, he had no idea where to start. He did, however, know that this stallion would perhaps be interesting to start a conversation with, and was maybe even somewhat popular judging by the crowd that had gathered to watch him model. Shrugging the idea off, Big Mac resigned himself to the fate of cleaning up the mess and packing up his stall. By the time he reached Sweet Apple Acres, the day's events were far from his mind as he contemplated rest and eagerly awaited Applejack's return so she could help him on the farm. //-------------------------------------------------------// Light Strikes at the Equinox //-------------------------------------------------------// Light Strikes at the Equinox With a bit of effort and no small amount of determination... --2 weeks later-- Oh, at long last. Sunstar had finally been able to return to Ponyville. After an extended holiday in Canterlot, he had come back, ready to seek the stallion of his dreams. Sunstar had heard wonderful things about Sweet Apple Acres and he guessed that finding the large, red, handsome stallion would be easy enough if he asked around. Landing softly in the town square, he decided that heading straight to the plainly visible farm would be rude, especially if he went there and began asking questions. "He probably doesn't even remember me anyway" muttered Sunstar to nobody in particular. A small frown flickered over his face, tugging down at the corners of his smile, vanishing after a moment. Sunstar set off now in the direction of Sugarcube Corner, hoping to perhaps find the red stallion there, or at least ask someone about where he normally hangs out. The bell above the door tinkled loudly, the sound of noisy chatter and the smell of cookies, cakes and other pastries wafting out the door as Sunstar stepped inside. He moved up to the counter and waited in line, looking around casually to see if he recognised anyone. Too many people were moving around, the tables full up almost entirely. Finally, the line moved forwards and, as Sunstar moved with it, he went head over tails, falling flat on his face as someone had moved past. Standing back up, he looked over to see who he had bumped into, to check if they were alright, to do the usual polite thing...only to find himself lost in a pair of green eyes, both of which belonged to a bright red stallion with an orange mane...it was him. Sunstar freaked out slightly, not having expected this, and began to talk at rapid speed. "Oh, uhhh, um, hi! Sorry about that, I, uh, wasn't watching where I was going and...I tripped..." Sunstar paused as he noticed the big stallion looking at him unblinkingly, almost blankly, as he spoke so quickly. "Well, um, my name's Sunstar, nice to meet you...again. We met at the Gala some time ago, well, I say met, we kind of, uh, looked at each other, and, I thought-" "Sunstar? You the one what fell off that catwalk?" Asked the stallion in his thick, southern accent. "Umm...yeah...I guess you saw that then?" Sunstar responded, drooping his ears slightly. "Eyyup, ah saw. Nice meetin' ya in person, Sunstar. Name's Macintosh, ev'ryone just calls me Big Mac. Catchya'll around ah guess." He responded, turning away and heading for the door. Sunstar could only watch as the stallion, who he now knew as Big Mac, sauntered out of the door and away. He could only feel like he had made a complete fool of himself in front of the stallion that he dreamed of and so he turned back to face the counter, trudging forward slowly. Finally he reached the front of the queue and he placed his order for a cupcake, figuring he might as well get something. "You should feel special, you know, dear," said the mare behind the counter, adjusting her glasses slightly, "he really never says much, if anything at all. You were lucky to get more than a simple 'hello' from him. He must see something in you...that'll be 3 bits thank you." These words brought a smile to Sunstar's face, his ears perking up slightly as he handed the bits over and took his cupcake. Hurriedly, he left Sugarcube Corner and rushed to the hotel he was to be staying at. As he checked in, all he could picture in his mind was Big Mac, being with him and them both spending private time together. Racing up to his apartment, Sunstar threw his bags into a corner, feeling a throbbing, hot sensation beneath him. That was quick, he thought to himself. It didn't take much, and Sunstar was already feeling horny at just the prospect of being with Big Mac. Leaping onto his bed, he lay spread-eagled, imagining what they could...what they would do together. Sighing, Sunstar drifted off into sleep. "Hey, Mac, why don't you come on over here? I've got a trick or two to show you..." Called Sunstar as he chased Big Macintosh through the edges of the Everfree Forest. "C'mon, come back here...where did you go...?" He began to turn slowly on the spot, trying to find where Mac had gone to, only to be tackled to the ground from the treeline as Big Mac leapt out from the bushes, pinning Sunstar to the ground. "It's nice out here....ah reckon it's peaceful" said Mac quietly, gazing around at the surrounding forests, laying on top of Sunstar. Sunstar could feel his warmth on top of him, could feel his...his length, pressing against him. Now, he could feel his own length growing, pressing tightly against Big Mac on top of him. "Uhh...hey, Mac? Could you maybe...get off me now? Please?" Sunstar said frantically, hoping that Mac wouldn't notice his rapidly growing member. "Oh, ah'm sorry, ah almost forgot" said Big Macintosh as he stood up and stepped away. "Say, what's that doing...you were enjoying that, weren't yah!" exclaimed Mac as he saw Sunstar laying on the ground, his cock now at full length out of its sheath. "Well, ah couldn't in all good grace leave yah'll there to take care of yourself now, could ah?" Sunstar's eyes widened as he watched Big Mac get hard, his member now standing at full size as Big Mac circled around him on the ground. “Now, Sunstar, is this what you want?” asked Big Mac in his most seductive tone, his voice dropping slightly lower and becoming huskier as he moved in close, standing over Sunstar. He crept forwards, stroking Mac’s member gently as he moved close to it. Roughly, Mac rolled Sunstar onto his stomach, his ass in the air. Big Mac moved closer to it, his hard cock brushing against his leg and Sunstar’s tail, lining it up with the hole. Sunstar closed his eyes, ready for whatever came next. Big Macintosh suddenly thrust forward, hilting his cock inside, as Sunstar cried out in pain and woke up, sweating, his hard member pressed against the sheets beneath him as he lay on his stomach, ass in the air. Rolling back over, the barest shreds of sunlight streaming through the window in the early morning, Sunstar sighed heavily, returning to his now-dreamless sleep, worry in his mind that Big Macintosh, his dream red stallion, would not accept who he was.
