A brisk autumn breeze wafted through the trees, carrying orange and red leaves in gentle swirls as it passed. In a lone section of Sweet Apple Acres, far from the farmhouse and barn, Applejack and Rainbow Dash raced intensely against each other, darting between the planted rows of the grove. For a second year, the two had entered the Running of the Leaves, and despite keeping it a friendly race, both ponies still found their competitive nature urging them for more. They decided post-games were needed to show their true colors.
Applejack weaved through a tight row of barren trees, treating it as a rodeo obstacle. "Ya call that runnin', Dash?" she called back to her friend, boasting. "Why, ain't no wonder ya spend all yer time in th' air when yer hooves move that slow!" They often provoked each other in their games, the friendly banter driving them both to push themselves harder.
Rainbow Dash lowered her head, a smile on her face. Wings weren't allowed in their games, but the pegasus was adamant that she didn't need them. "Oh, I'll show you running!" Dash shouted back, darting between the trees in her own row. In a burst of energy, she closed the distance between her and Applejack, pressing beyond the orange pony just at the finish line they had marked with empty barrels. With a single flap of her wings, Dash launched herself into the air, cutting a tight backspin and roll until she was facing the earth pony. "That good enough for ya!"
Applejack skidded to a halt, avoiding a crash into her friend. "Now, ya know Ah had ya right up until th' end!" she shouted, the friendly nature of their play still clear beneath her mock-angered tone.
Rainbow Dash flashed her wings as she struck a proud pose. "Doesn't matter how close it was, Applejack. Winning's winning!"
The farmer pony couldn't help but laugh. "Ya think yer a real big shot, don't ya?"
Dash stuck her tongue out to her friend. "Hey, if ya got it, flaunt it! Besides," she added, hovering off of the ground. "Anything you can do, I can do better!"
"That a fact?" Applejack asked, narrowing her eyes at the pegasus.
"Without a doubt!" the cyan mare bragged, brushing her sweat dampened mane out of her eyes. "I just breezed by you in that race, didn't I? And I'm hardly ever on the ground!"
Applejack adjusted her hat more squarely on her mane. "Well, Ah guess it ain't no wonder yer faster. Ya ain't got no meat on them bones'a yers!" she mocked the pegasus.
"Is that so?" Rainbow Dash asked, a smirk crossing her cheeks.
"Eeyup!" Applejack answered, mimicking her brother's tone. "Why, with them skinny little legs'a yers, Ah wouldn't reckon ya could even lift a bushel'a apples! Guess that's why ya leave all th' hard work t' us earth ponies an' jus' fiddle with th' clouds all day, huh?"
The conversation had turned just where Dash wanted. "Oh, we'll just see about that! WRESTLING MATCH!"
From her hovered position, Rainbow Dash darted at her long-time friend, hoping to catch her unaware for a quick pin. Applejack, however, had known just what the cyan pony was going for, and leaped quickly above the incoming pegasus, landing firmly on top of her assailant. Immediately grounded, Dash found herself wrapped in a leg-lock, held to the ground by the pony sitting on her back.
"Jus' say 'uncle' an' yer free t' go, Dashie!" Applejack teased, holding two of Dash's legs in a crossed position behind the pegasus' back.
Rainbow Dash, however, had different plans. Her wings at her side, she propelled herself off of her belly, tilting back in the air. Surprised by the sudden shift, Applejack rolled from the pegasus' back, landing on the ground belly-up. Before she could reach her hooves again, Dash cut an aerial spin and was upon her. Quickly wrapping her own legs around each of the earth pony's, Rainbow Dash held her friend steadfastly. Applejack fought her hold, breath sharp as she tugged with all her force. The pegasus was stronger than she looked, however, and despite Applejack's best efforts, she found herself hopelessly pinned.
Face-to-face with the sweat-lathered farmer, Dash again boasted her victory. "I told ya, Jacks; anything you can do, I can do better!"
Applejack looked to the pegasus holding her down, a grimace of frustration on her face. Suddenly, the farmer's mood seemed to shift, being replaced with a surprised glimmer.
Dash stared back in confusion. "Applejack, wha-" Her question was cut short by the intervention of lips as Applejack leaned up to her in a soft kiss. Dash's eyes shot wide in shock, her wings stiffening in flared display at her sides. She drew away quickly from the pony beneath her, leaping off of the pinned mare and falling back on her flank.
Applejack was quickly on her hooves again, a heavy blush and a terrified look on her face as she answered to the red-faced pegasus. "Rainbow! A-Ah'm sorry! Ah jus' got caught up in it!" Her breathing was shallow as she tried to analyze what had just happened.
Rainbow repeated the event through her head several times in quick succession, taking in all of what had just happened. She finally stood, looking to the farmer before her. "AJ..."
Applejack dropped her gaze to the ground, embarrassed by her actions. "Look, it ain't no thing, all right. Maybe we can forget about it?"
Daring a glance back up to her friend, Applejack quickly found the pegasus approaching her. Before the farmer could react, she was met again with Dash's lips, under the cyan pony's own volition this time. Heat intensified in her cheeks as her blush deepened, her own mouth pressing back for more of the intimate connection. Dash placed a hoof around the farmer's shoulder, pulling herself deeper into the kiss, sucking and nibbling greedily at Applejack's lips. Applejack returned the embrace, sliding her foreleg over Dash's shoulder and flared wing. Without her control, she found her lips parting for the pegasus, and within an instant felt the sudden rush of Dash's tongue probing into her mouth. The pegasus pony stepped forward, drawing her other foreleg over Applejack as well, rearing both of the ponies into a full stand on their back hooves. Applejack slid her free hoof up the side of her friend, tracing along Dash's stiffened, trembling wings as she found them. Rainbow Dash used one of her own forelegs to rub along the back of Applejack's mane, tipping the farmer's hat off of her head to fall to the ground. Pulling a hoof through the golden hair, Dash slid down its length, releasing the locks from their tie and letting Applejack's mane drape freely across her taut back and shoulders. Breaking the connection of lips, Dash continued to trail wet, sucking kissing along Applejack's neck, eliciting a pleasured moan from the orange mare. The sudden treatment overcoming her, Applejack's knees faltered. She tumbled back as they gave, Dash falling on top of her.
Rainbow Dash shot up, standing over her friend. She was happy to see the mare beneath her not only unharmed, but smiling up in blushed ecstasy. Her golden mane fanned across the leafy earth, its long locks curled slightly at the ends from their previous tie. Dash returned the smile to the fallen pony. "I told ya, AJ," she spoke in a husky tone. Picking up the displaced hat, she set it over her own mane. "Anything you can do..."
Applejack blushed harder, wriggling playfully into the leaves. "Ah believe ya," she replied, sliding a rear hoof down the length of her tail to release the fine hairs from that tie as well. "Ya certainly showed me, didn't ya?"
Rainbow Dash smirked, a devious look in her eye. "Oh, I haven't shown you anything yet." In a quick dip, Rainbow Dash dragged her tongue along the orange mare, from her belly to her chin in a single motion, causing Applejack to shudder and sound a small gasp. Kneeling to beside Applejack's ear, Dash gave her command. "Get on your hooves and I'll really show you how much better I am."
Applejack turned her head, placing a kiss on the tinted cheek of the pegasus. Dash moved back, allowing the farmer to stand on all hooves again. A nudging hoof instructed her to turn away from the pegasus, and her body complied without question. The wind rustled through her loose mane and tail, burning her cheeks even redder. She didn't let her hair down often, even sleeping with it tied. She felt inexplicably exposed, but also felt exhilarated to have Rainbow Dash see her like this.
In an instant, she felt hooves placed gently on her back, hips pressed against her haunches. Being pushed slightly, Applejack kneeled on her front legs, leaving her rear high in the air. Almost by instinct, her tail pulled to the side, revealing her most sensitive reaches to her partner. Dash could feel heat radiating from the mare beneath her, burning tantalizingly at her own nethers. She bit her lip in desire, rubbing her hips against the soft rump of her friend.
Applejack giggled back to the pegasus. "Sugarcube, Ah think ya might be missin' th' right 'equipment' t' do that."
Dash laughed as well, thrusting a few times at the orange mare's rear for show. "Yeah, you're right. Guess I'll just have to improvise."
The sensation of hooves and fur left the farmer as Dash dismounted. Applejack waited in position as seconds passed, writhing on the edge of suspense. As time lapsed on, however, Dash hadn't returned to her. She began to suspect the pegasus was playing a mean joke, leaving her in such a compromising pose. She sighed, moving her forehooves to stand again. Rainbow was going to get such a telling off for this prank, she thought. Before she could put the weight into her hooves, she was greeted by a wide, firm smack against her rear, sending a jolt of unexpected pleasure shooting through her body. A sharp moan almost escaped her lips as her hooves quickly captured it, wrapping themselves around her mouth. Looking back over her shoulder, Applejack saw Rainbow Dash mirroring her raised pose, pressing her own rear back against Applejack's lifted posterior. Dash pushed back harder, sliding her exposed flesh in slippery motions against the earth pony's own. Applejack tightened the grip on her mouth as relief and excitement flushed over her.
"No pony's around to hear us," Dash commented, grinding herself back against her partner's wet opening. Her tongue lolled out of her mouth as she hit the right spots. "Just let go and enjoy it, Jacks." She slid herself against the orange mare's rump, each subtle motion sending rolling waves throughout her body. She wrapped her tail around Applejack's, coiling them both into a spiral of gold and rainbow twists. Her wings pulsed lightly with each motion, the pleasure radiating from base to tip in powerful bursts.
Applejack released the hold of her mouth, letting herself moan loudly in hopeless pleasure. She rarely had time to treat herself in this way, and when freedom permitted, she often no longer felt the urge. Her body lapped up the sensations now, begging for more of what she deprived it. Her free forehooves dug into the soft soil beneath the dried leaves, pressing her haunches into the pegasus'. She arched her back further, begging for even more contact between their sensitive loins. She could feel as Rainbow's wet slit pulsed with every wink, tugging lightly at her own folds, and her body responded by doing the same.
Dash varied her motions, sliding in tight circles, side to side, and up and down along the length of their tender openings, each change firing different nerves into life. Each moan from Applejack sent shivers through her, but her body could find no relief to the mounting pleasure building between her haunches. "I'm just... not really... getting there..." she called to her partner through heavy breathing.
Applejack was not as unfortunate, intense sensations climbing to amazing heights within her. "D-don't st-stop, Dashie," she pleaded, grinding harder against the mare behind her in return. Sweat ran across her fur in trickles as heated juices dripped down to the leaves between her and the pegasus driving her maddened desires. Rainbow Dash had other plans. Shifting her rear hooves around Applejack's own, the pegasus lifted herself again with her wings, rolling her and Applejack onto their backs in a mesh of limbs.
"Rainbow, what are ya- OOH!" Applejack's protests were cut short as Rainbow Dash pressed her body back against the farmer's, the new crossed position allowing for even more contact of flesh. Applejack's shortened breath and twitching nethers told Dash that the earth pony was close to her limit. Reaching a forehoof down, Dash rubbed at the peak of her own need in hard circles, closing the distance to her own release.
Applejack bit her bottom lip hard, arching herself on her shoulders as her forelegs dug absently into the ground beside her. A heavy, tingling heat spiked inside, silencing the world around her as she approached the wonderful explosion she needed. She thrust herself into Dash hard, throwing herself into the glorious moment. "RAINBOW!" she shouted, calling her lover's name into the world she couldn't even tell existed anymore. With the name came a sonic rainboom of its own type, as wave after wave of ineffable pleasure fired through her in unstoppable convulsions. Her loins burned with indulgence at the epicenter of this blast, each trembling pulsation sending a spray of her marely ichor over herself and the pegasus.
Dash was on the threshold of orgasm herself, lost in the sensation of Applejack's twitching mound and her own aiding hoof. "Almost-there-almost-there-almost... THERE!" The harmony of sensations reached their final crescendo, screaming throughout every inch of her. Her lathered fur and feathers prickled as blasting surges of release pounded across her, driving her body to thrust back involuntarily to catch every last moment it could from the wondrous effect. Her own juices spilled in bursts, adding to the slippery mess between them. As the thrumming commotion faded away from her, Rainbow Dash collapsed, her wings finally going limp again at her sides.
Both mares lied in the foliage covering the ground, panting mad in afterglow. With shaking limbs, Dash moved herself around to lay by Applejack's side. Planting a tender kiss on the farmer's lips, she replaced the cowpony hat she wore onto its proper owner. "Well, at least you were 'first' at something today," Dash giggled, snuggling into the crook of Applejack's neck.
The orange mare laughed in panting exhaustion, sweat soaking her mane and fur. "Aw, shush it, ya silly filly." She set her hat back on proper, smiling to the drowsy pegasus. "Jus' wait until round two an' we'll see who's better." Turning to wrap her hooves around the pegasus, the two drifted into satiated sleep beneath the falling leaves and warm afternoon sunlight.
