The fight of two centuries.

As the morning of the 8th of March appeared over the barely lit sky of western Birminghoof in Britain, Angelica wakes up from her soft  bed, then trots to her window to see the beautiful sun.

The sunlight shines on her white coat and her brown, silky dark brown, almost black hair.

" Rather charming... Isn't it? " she thinks to herself " Compared to Equestria, we  almost never have the  sun showing here.. Just rain  or snow, year-round."

She then closes the window with her magic, and trots to her closet to pick a dress to wear for the day, when she hears Mary, one if her maids come in.

" Good morning Mis. Slovak." Mary say as she opens the door with her unicorn magic, trots in and attempts to help me get dressed for the day.

" Good morning Mary." I tell the grey and orange maid in her usual working clothing

" Let me help you with that Mrs. Slovak." she says as she attempts to help me put on my corset

" It's fine Mary.. And you can call me Angelica. I'm not like most rich mares around these parts." I tell her as I use my unicorn abilities to finish twisting the laces of my corset into place.

" As you wish Mi- I mean, Angelica." Mary says as she realizes her silly, but humorous mistake.

Angelica then nods and then trots  to a tall, dark wooden door, which she opens, using her telekinesis abilities, and unveils a whole room of everything from working clothes and swimsuits to extremely elegant, almost royal looking dresses and furs.

She then trots in and picks up a ocean blue and white middle class dress.

" How does this look for now Mary? " I ask as I show Mary  the normal class dress

" It looks perfect for working at Mrs. Orlean's clothing store Angelica." she says to me, in a respectful, yet somewhat casual tone

" I agree.. This dress is both elegant and stunning, but at the same time, decently suitable for work at the shop." I tell her as I begin to put on the dress

" Could I help in any way at all Angelica?" Mary asks curiously as I put on the dress for the day

" Hmm..... To tell you the truth Mary, I do not know of anything right now. You may leave my room if you wish. I'll call you when I need you." Angelica says in a kind tone as she puts on the dress.

Mary nods, and politely trots out of the room, being careful to not slam the door on her way out.

As Mary does that, Angelica puts on the dress. It covers not only her cutie mark, but her whole rear end as well, being a full casual dress for the era.  She looks into a mirror inside of her huge closet and adjusts her manes. She then finishes getting ready, puts on some perfume and some lipstick. The last thing she does is picking up her handbag with her magic and putting on the high heeled shoes for her two back hooves.

" That should be good for today."  Angelica says to herself as she looks at herself in the mirror as she wears her dark blue and white dress.
