Sombra finds himself locked away in the north. It was the only way to save the kingdom he loved. But he can't be alone with his thoughts. He's haunted by the reason it all happened, and he can't escape. Today will change everything, even if he wishes none of this had ever happened. Because he'll have to face an enemy he wished he never had. One that he loves. But sometimes even blood isn't a strong enough bond to keep ponies together.

Takes place after Sombra's first defeat and the Crystal Empire's disappearance.
