I must uncover the story,

Part 3: Approach

Gone now, the ponies have fled the terror

Nopony left in the hall, save me

The pegasus whose gravest error

Lay in wait upon the balcony.

Part 4: Touch

Ensnared by madness - lost in sadness

Where lies the pegasus who lost the way?

The nightmare persists, a catalyst

For a horror incomprehensible

Awakening the darkness in his heart,

Nightmare Moon's dark plan realized in full

Part 5: An Equestria United

Freed from darkness, ponies will sing

In a nation free from evil's sway

Chained in darkness a sleeper waits
