“What do you think it is?”
“I dunno,” Shining Armor shrugged as his wife tipped the oddly heavy box with one hoof. “Who’s it from?”
Cadence rubbed her chin with the bottom of her vibrantly colored pink hoof, humming in thought.
“No idea,” she said slowly, inspecting the package that it had come in and showing it to the curious Shining. “There’s no return address.”
“… Hon, it’s addressed to ‘Princess Candy Ass’.”
“That’s why I’m cautious to open it,” Cadence deadpanned.
Cadence tilted the mysterious box a little, which was difficult enough as it was. It rolled lazily onto its side on the bed, and Cadence stretched and yawned.
“Bit of an odd time of night for a delivery, isn’t it?” Shining asked as he clambered into bed next to her, making himself comfortable beneath the sheets.
“That’s what I thought,” Cadence snuggled next to him as the lights were dimmed. “I guess I’ll find out in the morning. Just a little weird that Twilight didn’t send a letter or anything with it.”
“Or knowing Twily, a seventy page report,” Shining Armor snorted.
“Oh, hush,” Cadence pushed him playfully, giggling. Shining snickered, pulling the sheets a little tighter.
“Good night, baby.”
“Sleep tight, hon.” Cadence mumbled tiredly back, slowly closing her eyes as she tried to drift off to sleep. After a long while of listening to each other’s steadily slowing breathing, Cadence had nearly fallen into a warm doze when she felt a poke on her lower back.
“Mm. Not tonight, hon,” Cadence shifted, sleep tantalizingly close. “Sho sleepy…”
However, the poke on her back gradually began sliding upward and over the base of one of her wings, massaging it. Cadence relaxed a little more, letting Shining’s soft touch glide over one wing, and then the other, and then both at the same time. “Shining!” Cadence strained to fight away the mass of tentacles, trying to get to her husband. “Hang on!”

Much to Cadence’s surprise, everything did just that.
Shining Armor was left dangling rather precariously next to her, and she was left lying surprisingly comfortably on her back on a throne of tentacles. Cadence breathed sharply, just as shocked as he was. Within a few seconds, though, the appendages began moving once more; and Cadence had to bite back a yelp as the pair of tentacles pumping into her back passage gradually began to pick up speed again.
“I – I think they heard –” Shining tried to say, but was swiftly distracted by the tugging on his length. The tentacle slithered around it and wrapped his head, tickling the hole as it wetly gripped him.

She frowned, furrowing her brows and looking over at the thoroughly distracted unicorn.

It nodded quickly when Shining spoke, which only creeped him out a little.
“I think it was a really great gift,” Cadence grinned, her cheeks still pink.
“That makes one of us,” he frowned, but it slowly faded when he saw just how pleased she was.
“I just wish Twilight would have sent instructions, or something,” she snickered. “So… ready for round two?”
“S-so long as we leave… that out of it,” Shining Armor glowered distrustfully at the single tentacle, which lowered a little as if it were saddened.
“Oh, hush.”
“Yes, Cadence.”
‘Ferndinand’ interrupted by cracking like a whip.
Shining Armor was not amused.
“Shut up, Ferndinand.”
