[WARNING: CRINGE] Rarity has awoken in Canterlot to find herself in the year 1820--1200 years past her own time. She is saved from a terrible fate by the one known as the Night Slayer, who takes her to a small society and explains what has happened, and why she is here. Rarity finds herself caught in a nightmare of a reality in which she realizes she cannot escape. She had been living in a fantasy; an untruthful world of false bliss. Still, the fantasy was better than the reality--she should have stayed asleep.
