Arch-Mage of Equestria Star Swirl the Bearded has past away leaving his son, Greylight, to take his place as both Arch-Mage and right hand to Queen. As Greylight struggles with his new responsibilities and duties he also begins to feel haunted by the absence of his father and begins to see small balls of light everywhere like small stars. During his trials to prove himself as being worthy of the Arch-Mage title he decides to follow one of the floating stars where he comes across two young homeless fillies who will change him into different pony.
