The Shadow of the Doctor

It didn’t take long for the Caribou to attack and control everyone, some ponies were captured easily, others surrendered hoping for a chance of higher power, or for the woman, a less painful life. Other obviously loyal to the Princesses and fought back and failed, while the last went hiding. But today’s story will focus on one Stallion. The one known only as, Doctor Whooves.

It has been a week since the “liberation” as some male stallions put it, usually with a slave at their cocks, and it was pretty quiet in Canterlot, the changes had been enacted very quickly, the princesses gathered up, de-horned and plucked of their plumage. The other 5 wielders of harmony either surrendered or broken in. Pretty much all hope of any resistance from the main wielders of harmony is long gone. And if the rumors were true, any males who were open against this "liberation" were quickly captured and taken to the Canterlot Castle.

From the shadows of an alley a figured looked up at the palace.

“Fucking sickening,” the figured said coming into the light, it was a brown earth pony with a green tie around his neck and a brown jacket on him. In his right hand a strange device, to a lot of people, they would think it was some strange toy you couldn’t purchase, how wrong they would be. Also around his neck was a necklace with a key as the pendant for it. His eyes were twitching slightly, his breath a little ragged, its clear this Stallion hadn't slept for a while, and he looked tense. His dark brown hair messy as if he didn't care to clean it or was too busy to body.

The stallion activated the device which gave off a strange sound as it light up with a blue light; he looked it over and sighed.

“No sign of her outside of the palace…might have to get inside” he muttered and with that he walked along the sidewalk, no one seeming to pay him any mind as they went on to their daily lives.

He came to the corner and then walked to a mysterious blue box with a light on top of it, the words reading, “Police box” people seemed to walk past it, like it wasn’t even there.

He sighed and opened the door and went in, the insides now completely huge.

“I may be the Doctor…but even I doubt I could solve this problem,” he said pulling off his tie and jacket and setting it down on a coat rack as he went to the central control panel.

“I can’t solve the problems here, but I can’t leave…not without her,” he said frowning

He began to remember what happened when the Caribou attacked a week ago.

No one really knew how the Caribou came in so quickly but when they did they came in fast.

It was just a normal day, Derpy and him in the park, enjoying a nice blue berry muffin when they heard the first scream. They came and captured woman and children, and any men who resisted. It was no mere bandits from another nation coming to kidnap the woman, it was a full on invasion the likes of Equestria haven't seen.

He was able to hold off many of the attackers with his Venusian Aikido (even if he didn’t have 5 arms to properly use it) however Derpy wasn’t lucky, while flying in the air, trying to go straight for the Tardis she was caught by some bolas, bounding her wings together, the doctor was surrounded by many Caribou and by the time he had knocked them all out he found her gone.

He had made it to the Tardis safely…but his partner and love Derpy had been captured.

He stopped remembering the horrible time and looked at the console

“I’ve done one hundred scans, I can’t stop this war, this war is meant to happen, and the ponies are meant to lose,” he cried out and he slammed the console. The Tardis began to blink and flicker its lights.

“Sorry…I’m just so angry, I’ve saved the world so many times, and for this. And according to history, this kingdom doesn't t die for hundreds of years, this empire is built to last,” he face palmed as he slammed the Tardis again.

The Tardis lights blinked again.

"I'm not going to get any sleep until I know Derpy is safe," he said angrily at the console. He hadn't had any sleep since the invasion, and he barely ate as well. He was running on fumes and he wasn't acting like his normally patience self.

“FUCK!” he swore, “What am I supposed to do…wait I got it, Derpy, what does history say about her, maybe I can pull her out ,she might not be locked into this point of history, I might be able to pull her out,” he began to work the nobs, but then his face of hope became despair as he looked at the screen.

“No, no no no no no!” he cried out, “She is stuck into the point of history and time, I can’t go back and save her….” He slammed the console again.

“I could leave right now…but I can’t ,not without her…by the 9th moon of Skaro I won’t let her down, I don’t care if she is locked, I’m going to rescue her, computer time to find her” he said and began to type, he was breaking so many Time Lord codes doing this, he was going to pull her out of a locked point in time, and then he found her, in the Canterlot Library, seems the Caribou are putting her to work taking down the old books to be burned. He watched her for a bit as she climbed a ladder and picked up a book but then knocked over a shelf, he also took notice that the collar around her neck and her wing sheaths were red.

“Found you my love, Tardis old girl time to play the dashing hero,” he said lowering the lever. But nothing happened; he looked confused and pulled the lever again, and again.

“What’s wrong old girl, afraid? This wouldn’t be the first time laws were broken, remember when I had to face Omega, three of me, and then the Raston bloke, 5 of me that time, and what about when I had every me as we hid Gallifrey . Come on, we can do this,” he said, tears starting to go down his eyes, the Tardis didn’t answer.

“Fine I’ll do it myself,” he said taking his sonic screw driver with him and putting on the tie and jacket.

The doors refused to open as he tried to open them much to his annoyance and anger.

“TARDIS! I order you to open the doors; I refuse to leave without Derpy!” He cried out. The Tardis remain silent.

“Damn it, I love her, please, I know the risk, I have the precautions set up…please I beg you old girl…when I get her back, I promise no more adventures, I’ll finally settle down with her, marry her, have a lot of kids…it will be a happy ending for us all, just please, open this door and let me find her, I can't live without her,” he begged and after a brief pause, the doors swung open and the Doctor looked outside.

“I promise, I will return,” he said and with that he ran out into the Canterlot streets.

The doors behind the Doctor shut on its own; a sad hum began to emanate from the console.

The Doctor charged through streets, no one paying him any mind, he had one goal, Derpy, and he had tears down his eyes, he began to promise to himself, if he had to kill this bastard king, he would have no choice. A monster like him would be like wiping a Dalek, no different.

He went up to the front gates and saw two caribou guards who didn't seem to pay him no mind, he pulled off his necklace and the guards shouted, “Hey!” as they now seemed to noticed the angry stallion and drew their own swords but were too late, they both felt two strong strikes into their faces, falling to the ground, he took one of the swords for himself, it was a Caribou long sword, “far more elegant then these barbarians deserve,” he thought as he slowly made his way inside, he encountered more guards but each one was brought down with a well place Venusian strike to the jaw or chest.

As he made his way through the castle he walked past some pony slaves, dressed in maid outfits, their skirts very short, some had black collars on, with black eyes to match, others red collared who were quietly humming not paying the doctor any mind.

He walked near the barracks and stopped to see what was inside, he regretted it instantly. What he saw was a group of caribou and male pony's having a gang bang with some maids, he even noticed a white hornless unicorn with a purple collar who could only scream, "Fuck me please, I need it!" they silenced her with a cock down her throat and she moaned as she worked to satisfy the caribou who was now face fucking her,

The doctor shook his head frowning, "Fucking monsters, the ponies here never deserved a fate like this," he thought as he walked past the scene.

He walked past the stairs leading to the dungeons and could hear the sounds of whipping and moans of pain, and some moans of pleasure. The Doctor was silent as he walked past the stairs, he felt like throwing up, but he was able to keep the bile down through rage alone.

After 5 more minutes of quietly walking and taking out the occasional guard, he finally made it to the throne room, he could see on the throne the former princess Twilight on her knees sucking off the new ruler, Dainn who had the look of boredom on his face, as if he didn't care he was being pleasured.

At his sides were Luna and Celestia, tied to the throne as if they were dogs, their heads down.

Two guards got behind the Doctor about to capture him when he struck them down with precision strikes to the jaws, "Stay down, this isn't your fight anymore," he muttered and then turned his attention to the new king.

“DAINN!” he called out to him rage in his eyes.

The princesses looked at the Doctor

“Doctor,” Luna and Celestia thought, they remembered him, so many years ago, "Yes, he didn't forget us," the former princess Celestia thought, Luna thought ,"We are saved, he can make things right."

Luna and Celestia felt a small bit of hope, but it was dashed as Dainn got up, rarely did this king get up to deal with pests, unless they are a legitimate threat.

“The Doctor, yes, I have read about you, in these old tomes within the library, a traveler of sorts, one who has aided this broken kingdom many times in the past. However your face doesn’t have age,” he said walking slowly past Twilight Sparkle and in front of the Doctor. He seemed almost curious about that, "What are you?" he asked raising an eyebrow. Twilight Sparkle was remaining quiet, wondering who this mysterious stallion was.

“I am The Doctor, and you have a friend of mine,” he said glaring at him, his anger hot

“Who might I ask did I take?” he asked his tone monotone, as he sized up the Doctor.

“A grey Pegasus with bubbles for a cutie mark, her name is Derpy Hooves,” The Doctor Responded.

Dainn then spoke, “That stupid cunt, we gave her one task, and she destroyed an entire library. We plan to beat the stupid out of that bi-.“

He was cut short by a punch right in the face knocking him onto his back. The Doctor's glaring at him.

“Talk about my love like that one more time, and I will drive this sword through you,” the doctor threatened holding the sword up with his right hand.

Dainn got up and cracked his neck, his expression had yet to change, he was still in the calm monotone expression.

"Most people who get struck with a Venusian punch doesn't get back up," the Doctor said, sweat on his face, "Yeah, unless he is made of metal, that blow should have knocked him out," he thought as the sweat from his forehead hit the ground.

Dainn rubbed his jaw, "I felt it, and while I admit to your strength, its not enough to bring me down." He spoke as if he was talking about the weather and not getting into a fight.

"So how about answering one question" Dainn said after rubbing his jaw, "What are you? According to the texts, the one called the Doctor has been seen as fair back as 400 years, and unless you have found a potion to extend your life, I doubt you are that old."

"You are right, but at the same time you are wrong, I am over 900 years old, I am the last of the Time Lords, my alien race were some of the most advanced species within the universe, we perfected time travel, and I became the last of my kind." He said still glaring at Dainn

"A time traveler, that is perfect," Dainn said a small smile on his face as he began to think of the possibilities, but then stopped, "No, even with your technology we can't go further back an invade Equestria at an earlier stage, you wouldn't exist at this point of time because you wouldn't be here to find your love," He said and the Doctor's eyes widened

"You are a lot smarter then the average Caribou, even the average pony, it takes a kind of genius to understand time travel and what happens when you change the past, and you figured out that flaw in less then 10 seconds," the Doctor said, in the back of his mind he wondered, how smart was Dainn really was.

"I had to be smart, it takes more then being strong to be a leader, " he said pointing to his forehead, "I was far more intelligent then my brothers, and I rose to top to become the king." He said explaining to the Doctor, "So what now, we both see each other, you claim to be the defender of Equestria, while I now rule it with my power." He thought for a moment and he then spoke again, “How about I appeal to your sense of honor…you face me in a duel. If you win, you kill me, you walk out with the stupid cunt and you save the day, you lose…then your life belongs to us, we will corrupt you and use your technology for our own. Of course if you leave, you will be captured and executed right in front of her.” He said awaiting the Doctor's answer.

The Doctor bit his lips in thought and then glared at him once more, “You fucking bastard,” he said to him.

Dainn calmly said, “So many male guards said that to me…we have them locked up, and we are currently working on a device that can not only alter cutie marks, but also change gender. Your knowledge in advanced technology will advance that research greatly,” he said calmly

“I’d rather die than help you!” The Doctor exclaimed, he was about ready to ram the sword into the caribou.

Dainn then turned his back to a guard behind the throne, “That can be arranged, guard find the one called Derpy and have her-“

“Alright, I’ll play your game, one duel,” he cried out, “Only you and me,” the Doctor said, not wanting to risk Derpy's safety.

“Of course, we will do this using the caribou's tradition," Dainn said using his magic to lift many weapons off the nearby walls and laid them all in a circle around them

“You may use any weapon here, any skill, and any tactic,“ He said and with that The Doctor charged Dainn who used his magic to pull to him a large kite shield, using it to slam the Doctor away.

“Come now, a charge attack, I thought the hero who stopped the army of 1000 could do better,” Dainn said unamused by this basic tactic.

The doctor screamed, “SHUT IT!” and he went to the circle and pulled up a mace and swung it at the shield, only to be blocked

“A bit angry, my my my” Dainn calmly said as he bashed the Doctor away, and drew an axe

“You are fighting like the cunt guards, they faltered, got angry, and lost focus when I conquered this land, no when I walked in, it was no chal-.“

“SHUT UP YOU FUCKING BASTARD!” he cried out as he swung both the mace and the sword at the kite shield but was unable to break through.

The Doctor jumped back just in time to not lose his head to Dainn's axe swing, and then he dropped both weapons to pick up three bolas.

"Got it," he thought throwing a bolas aimed for Dainn's neck to choke him when he held the shield up to block the weapon from reaching him, the bolas harmlessly bounced off the shield and the Doctor growled throwing the other two aiming for Dainn's legs, but much to the Doctor's surprise he jumped up into the air and swung the axe down onto the Doctor who barely had time to roll to the side.

Dainn ditched the axe that was now embedded into the ground for a nearby spear, keeping the shield as it still has helped him.

"Come on Doctor you can do better then this," Dainn said in his always calm tone, Celestia and Luna frowned, it was clear the Doctor was at a disadvantage, maybe all their luck has run out. Twilight Sparkle was smiling, happy to see her master prevailing against this mysterious stallion.

"Shut it," the Doctor said picking up a rapier, "Funny, didn't think caribou used such elegant weapons," He said almost amused

"It is caribou tradition to use weapons from all races or creeds, to allow the duelists to use weapons they feel most comfortable with," Dainn said, again his tone still calm, it was clear he was in control of his emotions vs the Doctor and his rage.

"Didn't think caribou would have traditions, at least ones that don't involve raping and destroying lives," the Doctor retorted.

Dainn was quiet as he gave his spear a thrust at the Doctor who side stepped and threw the rapier at Dainn who naturally blocked with his kite shield, deflecting the blade away from them both.

"Got you," the Doctor thought and with that he gave a battle cry and struck the shield with an open palm, the shield cracked and Dainn was thrown back right onto the floor.

"How did you do that?" Dainn asked as he pulled himself up, throwing the now useless shield away.

"Venusian Aikido's shield breaker technique," the Doctor said, cracking his neck, "With it I can shatter shields and armor"

"Impressive Doctor, perhaps you should side with me, I could use a warrior like you, your skills in technology and combat would greatly aid my kingdom," Dainn said, he almost sounded impressed

That was enough to set the Doctor off, he jumped into the air and sent a flying kick at Dainn's left side of the head, but Dainn grabbed his leg and threw him back.

"Then again, if you can't even force me to break a sweat, then I don't think you are worth my time," He said as the Doctor began to pull himself up, glaring at him

"If you surrender now, I can promise you Derpy as your property, you can do with her what you wish." Dainn said and the Doctor pulled out his sonic screw driver.

"How about no, know what this is?" He asked holding up the blue device, his mind so full of anger, he was about to do something he rarely ever wanted to do...kill a person in a horrible way.

"An uneducated man or the average slave would say a fancy dildo, but I'm not that stupid, what is it?" Dainn asked not amused by this

"Sonic Screw driver, uses sound, and sonic waves to do many things," He said fiddling with it

"A screw driver? How will that help, I think you might have taken a blow to your head if you think you could hurt me with that," Dainn said folding his arms wondering what the hell this stallion was thinking.

“Sure might have taken a few blows to the head over the years, and while this device isn't meant to be a weapon, it does have its certain settings, but then again I prefer not to use this one setting, PRINCESSES COVER YOUR EARS!” The Doctor cried out, the former princesses covering their ears, he aimed the screw driver at Dainn, a high pitched sound could be heard, but to Dainn it was the worse sound in the world, he began to cover his ears and get on one knee.

The Doctor didn’t let up as he kept aiming the screw driver, aiming to destroy Dainn's brain with the sonic attack but Dainn opened one eye, glaring at the Doctor, he enveloped his magic around the doctor and slammed him against the wall.

Everyone in the room could hear the sickening snap; the Doctor’s right leg was broken along with his right arm, hell even a couple of ribs were mostly likely broken from that blow to his body.

“Fuck…” he swore trying to grab his screw driver but Dainn stepped his hand preventing him the chance to retry the attack.

“This duel is over Doctor, you lost,” he said picking up the Doctor by his throat

“And as per the agreement,” he said, two guards came with hand cuffs and cuffed him, not that it mattered, with a broken leg he wouldn’t be able to move anyway

Two more Caribou came; their outfits making them seem more like wizards.

“Mages corrupt him, have him see our way of thinking,” He ordered and the Caribou began to focus their magic

“Don’t I get a final word…you are basically killing me?” The Doctor weakly asked

“Very well then” Dainn said not amused.

The Doctor now began to speak in a strange language. And when he finished a few moments passed, and they heard an deafening explosion as if a cannon went off right next to them.

“What the fuck was that?!” Dainn cried out, his calm demeanor momentary broken

A guard came running into the throne room.

“An explosion in the sky, nearly took out the town, but just barely reached the upper housing” the guard cried out.

Dainn turned to the doctor who was laughing weakly.

“…it was me, transceiver in the tie…I ordered my Tardis to fly into the sky, and detonate itself, you aren’t getting my technology.” He said laughing, tears down his face, "I refuse to allow a barbarian like you have access to my technology.

“…it doesn’t matter, you will still help us” Dainn said and he snapped his fingers, black magic began to envelops the Doctor and he tried to block it out, but couldn’t resist it for long, his fur began to darken, his eyes clouded, and when the magic was done, he had a dark grin on his face and his cutie mark while was an hourglass it was the hour glass as if the bottom part had broken and the golden sand was leaking out.

“What a fool I was, kindness, love, what was I thinking,” he said laughing, his cock hard at the perverted thoughts running through his mind, “Bring me Derpy, let me fuck that stupid face, and then I’ll help you with that project you are working on, altering cutie marks, changing males into females, fuck I bet I can completely blank their skin, mark, and mind if I put my mind to it,” he said laughing, his voice not refined or elegant, it was dark and rude, it was clear he was not the Doctor any more.

“Very good” Dainn said pleased the effect was working on him and that he now had a powerful ally.

"We will get your arm and leg repaired, and she will become your slave," Dainn said

The Doctor gave a dark demented grin, he was ready to break in that stupid cunt and serve his new lord. Celestia and Luna both lowered their heads, their final powerful ally had fallen to the invaders, all hope they had was now dashed. Twilight Sparkle just smiled, happy to see her master victorious yet again.

Two hours passed and Derpy was in her room red collars luckily got their own private room to live in, it was basically just a 10 bit motel room, but it was far better then what the black collared got to live in, when her door opened up and she saw the Doctor.

"Doctor, you're alive, I've missed you," Derpy said tears down her face as she ran to him to hug him, she was slapped and pushed to the ground with much force.

"Shut the fuck up you cunt. I am now your owner...." he said darkly, he unzipped his pants and said, "Get onto the bed, its time for me to claim my prize," he said licking his lips and holding his sonic screw driver up as he walked slowly towards the now scared Derpy....

The shadow of corruption had fallen onto the Doctor, and with this powerful ally, the caribou’s technology became far more deadly, allowing a far greater hold upon the empire, the last of the Time Lords was now a corrupted ally of the caribou, and the last hope of powerful resistances had fallen.
