Galaxy Moon awakens in a hospital after an accident, but the Equestria she knew has changed. She finds her friend, Moonlight Bliss, who accompanies her and teaches her of the tragic events she missed. The world has been taken over by zombies, or 'Trotters', and no one is safe anymore.
