When Prince Artemis takes a break from the stress of rulership, he meets a foreign pony who doesn't recognize him as the god of the moon. This is set in the same setting as Brotherhood, falling somewhere around the Ronan period in chapter 4. However it should stand alone perfectly well, so don't feel any need to read Brotherhood first if you don't want to.
