I love this house but, I'm a PEGASUS for pete's sake! I shouldn't be stuck living on the ground! It wasn't so bad though, at least I could still fly. I knew life would be different here. Instead of making snowflakes like I did in Cloudsdale, I set up the weather. I heard there was a Pegasus like me around here, fast and cocky. I looked around at the other places in town. I could see Sugarcube Corner, where I had gotten my muffin from earlier. There was the Carousel Boutique which is somewhere I'd probably NEVER go. I wasn't into girly things. I looked to the right and saw and apple orchard. Sweet Apple Acres. I heard they had the BEST cider in all of Equestria! To the left I could see a tree library where a dragon and an alicorn kept running in and out. An alicorn? Oh, that must be Princess Twilight. A little farther to the left I could see a cloud house. A blue Pegasus zoomed out of it and headed toward the orchard. THAT must be the hot shot that I reminded that mare Pinkie Pie of. She looked my way and we locked eyes for a second before she entered the orchard. Could she be? No, She couldn't... Right? I was adopted and I knew it. I was told by my 2nd mom, Heartwave, that I was and she let me keep my birth name and everything! She also gave me the address of their house so I could send letters and stuff. It was time for a visit though. I arrived at the front door of the house. I was told they knew my name so when my father answered I said, "HI. It's Blaze." He gave a surprised look. He opened the door for me to enter but I shook my head. "I only have a question" I told him. He walked back out and nodded, I continued. "I just moved to Ponyville and I was wondering. Do I have any siblings?" I surprised him. He sighed before talking and I knew the answer. "Yes. We only had enough room for 1 filly at home so, we gave you up. It was a hard decicion, trust me! We chose by age and since she is 3 minutes older than you we... Her name is rainbow Dash. Good luck Blaze and visit anytime" I nodded my head, said thank you and left. I landed in Ponyville and headed toward Sugarcube Corner again. I need a Milkshake after finding THAT out. Walking toward the shop I saw anorange earth pony selling frsh picked apples. I walked over to the stand and bought an apple from the mare. "You new?" she asked, "never seen you here before." I looked at her, studying her, and I could tell she was doing the same to me. "yeah, I'm New. I moved here from Cloudsdale." "Well, Welcome to Ponyville! I'm AppleJack! And you are?" "I'm Blaze. Blazing Dash really but, you can call me Blaze" All she did was stare. I looked down at my hooves than back at her. BOY was she starting to creep me out. "Dash. as in, Rainbow Dash?" She asked. I nodded and said, "Yeah. I found out today that she is my sister. I got adopted out of the family since I was the youngest by 3 minutes. Do you know where I can find her?" She nodded. "follow me" she said and started walking toward her orchard. I could tell it was hers since all the apples. "you and Rainbow are twins then, right?" she asked. I shrugged. "yeah, I guess." She looked at me and could tell I was confused as to why we were at her orchard. Sure I saw her heading this way earlier but, why? "Rainbow normally naps in my orchard at this time." she told me. I nodded and pointed my hoof toward a tree with a rainbow tail hanging out of it. The mare walked up to the tree and bucked it, causing the blue Pegasus to fall out of the tree, landing with a THUD! "What the hell AJ?!?!" She yelled, then turned toward me and stepped closer. "Who's this?" she asked turning toward Applejack. "I have something you need to hear..." I told her about us being related, the adoption, how I just moved here and the conversation with our father. She smiled and said, "As long as I am the fastest flyer, things will be OK." I frowned then gave a determined face and said, "Then It's too bad that you're the slower sister." She zoomed toward me and threw back, "Have you ever done a Sonic Rainboom? I think not." Applejack rolled her eyes at our sister fight. "Well, I bet I can do my very first one today!" I defied. She smirked and said, " I'll take that as a bet! How about a race, al the way to the mountain and back!" "BRING IT!" I yelled. We got into our starting positions, forelegs down and flanks up. Applejack winked at me then kissed the tip of Rainbows nose. They must be a thing. AJ blew the whistle and we were off. We flew straight around the mountain then straight up. We turned around and zoomed toward the ground, the competition getting intense. Lightning forming and thunder booming, I knew it was going to happen. All of a sudden, BANG! Both of us made a Sonic Rainboom, at the same time! We landed on the ground, right next to Applejack. "WE DID IT!" I yelled as I began jumping around. Rainbow put a wing around applejack and smiled. "That was a Double Rainboom if anything!" Applejack exclaimed. "That was awesome." I smiled. I had actually did it! MY first sonic rainboom! Not THE first, sadly but, MY first! It was a very good day, until Twilight called everyone to her house for an emergency meeting. Author's Note Enjoy you guys! I'm working on the next chapter so it wont be long at all!
