Twister Winds sighed, his wings pressed to his back as he rested his head down on his arm, er foreleg. His blue mane a mess, his blue eyes bloodshot after losing two nights rest. The music of the bar seemed to be a form of techno, dub step , he believed the name was called, at least that was the same. The white unicorn dj seemed to be good at it. He had downed half a bottle of Applejack's Maple Whiskey. He sighed "I can't believe all that has happened, that six months ago, i had my last drink with my squad, that they are all gone... forever"

* "tower this is coast guard 5-3-niner, reporting in on hurricane Diane, wind speed is sustained at 150 miles per hour, we are 50 miles southwest of Miami break. We are..." At that moment, a large chunk of debris hit the left wing, leaking fuel and setting the wing ablaze. Alarms started blaring, "MAYDAY! MAYDAY! MAYDAY! THIS IS COASTGAURD 5-3-NINER! WE HAVE BEEN HIT BY DEBRIS, WE ARE GOING DOWN HEADING IS...WHAT THE HELL IS THAT LIGHT?!" Chief Petty Officer Smith yelled into the microphone. Sergeant David "twister" Johnson was at a monitor in the cockpit. He had gotten his nickname for his love of severe weather, tornados to be precise. His job was radar monitoring. His heart was racing as the light enveloped him, but right as the C130 slammed into the sea, he disappeared. To him, there was an intense burning sensation, then everything went black, he woke up in a strange bed, he was out for what where 2 days to him, there was a horse that was pure white with a rainbow mane, horn and wings that walked into the room. "Oh your awake, my name is Celestia , and i am the co ruler of this planet" she said.
At this point, David thought he had gone crazy.
"I've read your mind and I have some explaining to do, the year is 5000 A.P. You are in the land of equestria, You see, I was working on a teleportation spell, I had unintentionally brought you hear from your time. Unfortunately, I cannot send you back because about three months after your ~airplane is it?~ crashed, a virus destroyed your world, and your species." The alicorn told him, then went to explain equestria, the four species, earth ponies, pegasus, unicorns and alicorns, and the world he was now in. How things where somewhat "midevil" as weaponry and for the most part, technology, was compared to the technology of his time. The alicorn sighed "unfortunately, I have to change you to a pony, so my subjects wont panic, you can keep your name, and uniform but no pony can ever know your a human"

David looked at her "wait, can I be a pegasus? I've always had a love of flying and of weather" The alicorn nodded, her horn lit up and turned him into a pony. It was then he decided to change his name, since his world was gone, he might as well start new. Chelstia suggested "TwisterWinds" since his cutie mark was a tornado, his what?!

"What?" Asked twister now brought out of his memory. He looked up and saw that the dj was standing infront of him, her hoofs up on the table. There was a grey unicorn with brown hair, and wearing a black, leather jacket now dj-ing.

"I said ~do you want to dance-" she said lowering her glasses, so twister could see her eyes.

"I'm not good at-" before twister could get out the next word out, the dj pulled him to his feet, but having drank a lot, the sudden movement made Twister pass out... When he woke up, he was in a strange bed, feeling someone, er some pony nuzzling him. His eyes shot open to a satisfied look was on the mares face.

"Morning!" She said and nibbled his ear, Twisters face changed to a bright red, getting a chuckle out of the mare "sorry, couldn't pass up the chance to toy with you. You passed out and I brought you here to sleep it off." Twister sighed and got out of the bed but was soon face to face to the blue haired mare, he blushed again not sure what to say "you owe me a dance, so tonight same place?"

Twister nodded, unable to say no to her beautiful, red eyes. "Yeah, okay" he said and was immediately brought into a hug.

"Awesome! Just don't get drunk tonight, cause ill want that dance" mare said with a smile, she then yawned and smiled "your welcome to crash here."

Twister shook his head "I've got to go and shower" he said, his heart beating like a bass. she nodded and walked him out. He sighed once outside ^she is pretty cute^ he thought as he flapped his wings and was airborne, "thank god Celestia taught me how to fly". He always loved flying. It was then he noticed something, a lack of males, and he wondered why. He landed at his apartment and walked inside. He jumping into the shower and started the water. As he relaxed, the thought of a blue maned unicorn mare slid into his mind. He tried to push what happened that morning to the side, but couldn't stop thinking of her. It was then it hit him, "does she like me?!" His face turned red, he turned off the water and shook off the excess water. He walked into the living room and his stomach growled. He wasn't a fan of salad, but when in Rome. He ate a quick meal and decided to go for a quick fly. Going out his front door he locked it and flapped his wings and took off. ^So I have a date?^ he thought as he soared through the sky.
