Said Nikka, Vaynes rather cat-like friend. "Yes we do Nikki... the recipe calls for Gold Bullion, and we need to make some. I know its hard to make, but we have to." Replied Vayne, who has been putting up with the complaining for a good 15 minutes. "Fine... pass me the Altena." Vayne passed Nikka a tan-ish ingot, which seemed to have a holy aura to it. He knew that this ingot was the last ingredient for the gold, and if she put too much in it could end very badly. With the rareness of the items, and the fact that gold was one of the least-reacting metals, it could end very badly if she messed up. He watched as Nikki shaved pieces of the altena ingot into the cauldron, with some difficulty. He knew that altena was a hard metal, and was surprised Nikki was not just dumping it in. Jess on the other hand, was synthesizing some kind of medicine, using a few more common ingredients. She's a great alchemist... Vayne thought, watching Jess pour various ingredients into her own smaller cauldron. "Vayne, get out of the way! Its gonna blow!" Nikki called out, running from the cauldron she was using. It was boiling over, not a good sign. What!? was all Vayne thought, before he was blinded with a white light. He felt some kind of suction, one that was not natural, and then he felt what seemed to be grass under him, then everything went black. "Alright, so, how do I make this again? And why do I need to make it?" said Raze, frustrated at his current predicament. He needed some gold to make a weapon, and thought that if he needed some he could just go mine it. "Raze, you know as well as I do that you need gold for your weapon, and that gold is like, super rare to find. You'll have to synthesize it!" said a young woman, around Raze's age. "Well, Lily, Its not MY fault I take combat instead of alchemy courses!" "Oh shut up and make it already." "Fine fine, lets see... I need a Brilliant Stone, a White Steel Ingot, and an Altena Ingot. I think I have those leftover form when you MADE me synthesize your dang cloak." He muttered, throwing the Brilliant Stone and White Steel into the cauldron. These couple were easy to add, it was the altena that always spelled success or defeat. He synthesized gold in the past, but had he not have used it all up making Et that disk, he wouldn't need to make more. He started shaving the altena into the large pot, a small white light shining from inside. He cut his finger on the knife he was using when it slipped, causing him to drop the whole ingot into the cauldron. It started to boil over. "Lily! We need to run! NOW!" He shouted, running from the cauldron. At that point, his vision went white, and he felt a peculiar suction around him, as if he was in a Vacuum Cleaner. He hit the ground, hard, and felt grass. He saw another boy there, also knocked out, wearing an old school uniform from his school. Right before he passed out, he saw a black cat climbing on the boys back. "Sister! Sister!" Called Princess Luna, galloping towards her sisters chamber. She had a panicked look in her eye. When she reached the chamber, she opened the door with her magic and closed it like it was nothing, then rushed to a very confused Celestia. "Luna, whats got you all riled up? Its only 5 in the morning, its not my turn to watch the kingdom yet." said the white alicorn. She was laying down on her bed, just waking up from Luna's calls. "Sister! We have reports from Ponyville of a bright white light coming from the Everfree Forest! We also felt a large magic presence! We need thy assistance!" "I'll check it out in the morning, strange things happen in the Everfree all the time, but I have never heard of something like this." "But Sister-" Luna called, only to be interrupted by Celestia. "If you want to investigate this go on ahead. I need some rest, if I am to raise the sun this morning." Celestia yawned, and turned over in her bed. She was soon asleep, snoring loudly. Luna was shocked at how quickly Celestia fell asleep, and silently walked out of the room. She was going to investigate this, one way or the other! She rounded up a couple of her night guard, and flew to the Everfree. She wanted to know what this disturbance was. And she was going to find out one way or another. Vayne woke up. He looked around, wondering where he was. Next to him, still passed out, was Raze. He did not know this person, but couldn't recognize his clothing. It looked foreign, yet resembled a Al-Revis uniform. He stood near him, standing guard. He knew that forests at night were dangerous, as monsters tended to Lurk there. He watched for a good 20 minutes before the boy finally came to. He was petting Sulpher at the time, his cat. "Who are you, and why did you bring me here?" Asked Vayne, standing up. "I'm Raze, and I did not bring you here, even if I WANTED to." The other boy said, dusting off his clothing. He looked rich, thought Vayne. "Well, if you didn't bring me here, then who did?" "I don't know. I was just making some gold for a synthesis when all of a sudden it goes haywire and here I am! In this STUPID forest!" "Odd, the same thing happened to me." "Well, time to talk later. I see a few monsters coming our way!" He yelled, pointing at Princess Luna and her two guards. He thought it was odd though, he never encountered a monster that looked equine. "I see, can you fight?" "I've got my knife and ring, I should be good. What about you, I don't suppose you have a sword or something hiding behind that uniform of yours!" "I've got Sulpher, I'll be fine." "If you say so." "SILENCE!" called a booming voice. Both boys looked up to see Luna and two of her guards, only a few yards from them. They both stood back, their ears ringing slightly from the sheer volume of her voice. "Thou shalt be killed for your crimes against Equestria!" What the heck is Equestria...? thought Vayne. He shook his head and replied. "What crimes? We have only been here in this forest for 15 minutes? I don't think trespassing is a crime punishable by death!" "SILENCE! Your species is a vile one, and have caused great turmoil in our land! All your kind has shown is violence and deceit! Thou must be no different!" "Our species?" they both replied in unison, a face of shock over both their faces. "Yes, and thine are of it!We may conduct a trial in 2 days if you wish! Be warned: we have all the evidence we need to convict the two of you to death!" "We'll take your little trial offer. Whats to say that as soon as we turn our back, we'll be able to make it to civilization?" "We shall teleport you to the nearby village once the Elements of Harmony know of thine existence! Thou shalt be watched by our guard and the Elements! Thou shalt stay with the Element of Magic while you are there!" Luna said, teleporting off to the village to make arrangements. "Well, look who made a decision for us! We could have beaten her mister 'I'll take your offer'" Raze yelled angrily "I would like to see where this is going." is all Vayne said in reply.
