Fallout Equestria: Mindscape

She squintingly opened her eyes, lights glaring at her face. She was on a hard surface, most likely an examination table. Everything hurt, all of her muscles felt bruised and abused. She could barely bring her hoof up to her face, bringing her hoof up felt like a monumental task. She slowly moved her aching neck to get a look around the room she was in. She was what looked to be a doctors office, or a nurses clinic, or some weird fetishists basement, she couldn't really tell. The room was probably pristine white at one point in time, but the years had caught up with the room, mold was growing in the corners, and the door seemed to have been eaten away by termites over the years.

She spotted a figure in the corner of the room, it was the shape of a mare, her cloud white hair matching her faded nurses uniform. She was snoring softly and by the way she was sleeping she could see the mares horn.

It was then that she noticed the large tray of medical tools next to the table she was laying on. Which caused her to ponder why she was there, had she been scheduled for a surgery? Or was the unicorn holding her captive? She decided to play it safe and attempt to sneak out of the room.

She took and endured pains to remain quiet as she eased her form off of the examination table. Every step felt like fire, every twitch her heartbeat caused in her muscles was agony, even breathing properly was a chore. She winced on every step in agony, and agonizing fear that the pony in the corner would awake. She almost let out a sigh of relief when she made it out the door, but as she turned to close the door on her way out she saw a clipboard, a clipboard with a name on it.

It read, ALICORN UNITY RECLAMATION:TEST SUBJECT MARE, DECEASED 2 DAYS PREVIOUS TO EXPOSURE TO UNITY, MEDIUM BUILD, LOW MUSCLE, BODY DONATED TO SCIENCE. ALICORN, PREVIOUSLY UNICORN.

UNITY RECLAMATION ATTEMPT: TWILIGHT SPARKLE

There was more to the clipboard, but that was all she read before she passed out.
