Guess Who's Coming to Dinner

I originally wrote most of this story and published it when I was very tired - I had to meet a deadline, and I was only barely able to make it. Despite this, however, I got a lot of useful feedback from all the readers, and I have rewritten a fair bit of the story to make it more clear, more believable, and all around better.
