Chase and Ailith's village lies burning. Their parents are dead and their younger brother, Sven, has been taken by the same group responsible for the carnage. Though the two griffins will face overwhelming odds against them in their journey, neither will stop until their brother is returned… And those responsible lie dead in the ground.
