We are all Angels

Ester walked the dark rainy streets of Cantorlot, she was on her way home form work. It was now 10:00 this was the latest she's ever stayed. But it's not like she didn't see this coming, she'd been slaking in her paper work and had to catch up before the dead line. Everyday was always the same, wake up at 6:00, shower, have an omelet, go to work, eat lunch at 12:00, go back to work, go home at 7:00, eat dinner, and go to sleep at 9:30. But for some reason this day was different. She woke up late and had to rush to work with out eating. Since she was late, and had to catch up on things she missed from the morning meeting, she only had a little time for lunch but on her way from lunch she got stuck in the elevator. By the time it was fixed she was late meeting with her clients and had to spend an extra long time with all of them. Then she had to stay late and catch up on the work she was slacking in, now she's walking home tired and hungry. All she wants to do is eat take a long warm bath have a margarita and go to sleep. Thinking about what she'l do when she get's home, Ester wasn't looking where she was going and tripped over a huge object. Looking back she saw a little orange Pegasus wearing a black cloak.

"Hey kid why ya laying in the middle of the road for you could hurt somepony, not to mention your self." Ester got up and stared at her waiting for a reply.

"I'm sorry I was just tired that's all."

"Well don't cha got a home?"

The filly shook her head no, now Ester wasn't one to take in everypony off the street. But the way that filly looked at her with fear in her eyes, it reminded her of how she looked when she was little.

She sighed and said, "come on."

"What? Where are you taking me?"
