Three months after the fall of Discord

“Thank you sir, see you tomorrow” said Applejack as she started to pack up her stall.

“Man I can’t believe we sold out so fast” Blaze stated as he helped Applejack.

As they were just about to finish they saw Twilight run towards them holding a letter.

Twilight panted “Applejack! Blaze! I’m glad I found you. The princess wants to speak with us and the rest of the Colts”

Applejack and Blaze look puzzled

“Umm why?” they both asked.

“I don’t know but please tell me you’ve seen Rainbow Dash! I can’t find her anywhere” Twilight was panicking and then Rainbow landed next to her.

“Umm Twilight? I told you that I always nap up there” Rainbow pointed to cloud above the market. Rainbow continued as she yawned, “So what’s up?”

Blaze interrupted, “The princess wants us for some reason...”

Then Rarity and everyone else including the colts walked up to Twilight except Pinkie who bounced.

“Good, good, everypony here” Twilight gave a sigh in relief as the group wondered what the princess could want with all of them. A horn sounded as a royal carriage landed next to them

“Twilight Sparkle and friends. Commandos and the Catastrophic colts. The princess has summoned you so could you please board quickly, we must depart” ordered one of the Royal guards

As the group flew across equestria they all gave their ideas for why Princess Celestia wanted them so urgently.

“Miss Sparkle, we will be landing soon” said the guard as they approached Canterlot castle.

Twilight and friends exited the carriage and headed for Celestia throne room.

“Princess what happened why do you need us” Twilight asked.

“Good you got here safely but i'm afraid that you are grave danger” spoke the princess who was relieved to see her student.

“Well Celestia, what is it and why did you drag us out here” Blaze pointed to the rest of the colts.

“Yes, I have a report that a very dangerous stallion by the name of Rouge as got his hooves on-”Celestia was about to continue but Smasher interrupter her.

“Did you say Rogue?” He then mumbles to himself, “...so he wasn't full of. If its the same Rouge we have to hurry!”

“Got what princess? What has he got?” Twilight asked.

The princess explained, “He has got the Soul Stealer and with that he plans on take the spirits of the elements of harmony from you girls. He is extremely powerful as, and if he gets his hands on them, he will become invincible. You must not let him get to you...”

Blaze interrupted Celestia, “What's your great plan? We hide here and dig our own graves! well?”

“Well what do you purpose Blaze?” Celestia asked.

“It's simple, we have several hideout's scattered across the land and you never found any so he shouldn't either. So we shall split into groups of two and head out. All you have to do is just supply us until we find a way to kick his ass”

Commandos continued, “Yes Blaze, that might work but there are five hideout's and there are six Pairs”  blaze looked puzzled as he tried to think of a passable location to hide.

“I know of a place! An old war tower in the city of Flames Blaze. You're the only one that can lower the heat so, for the safety of the others, will you go?” the princess plead.

Blaze nodded but didn't say anything.

Commandos broke the silence “Ok here are the pairs: Smasher take Fluttershy and go to Crystal cove, Psy-Psy take Rarity to Sector E-102, Tornadus take Rainbow Dash to Soleanna castle, Thundurus take Pinkie Pie to the Sinjoh ruins, Blaze you take Applejack to the war tower. I'm sure the princess will take you there and Twilight you're with me, we’re going to Kakariko village”

The group split into three pairs and began to head out before Celestia stopped them

“Wait take these earrings; they will allow me to find you and to speak to you”

She handed out one to each pair and they went their separate ways.
