Blaze Blue vs Soul Stealer

Chapter 4

“You better be ready for a long flight” asked Tornadus as he started to stretch his wings.

“Are you kidding me? I'm always ready for a long fly” said Rainbow over confidently.

Tornadus smiled as he took off with Rainbow dash right behind him.

As the two Pegasi flew across Equestria. Rainbow began to overtake Tornadus who smirked as he bolted past her but Rainbow was quick to catch up and soon they were neck and neck.

“Hey your pretty fast” said Rainbow, her voice had a hint of surprise.

Tornadus just smiled as he began to speed up.

“If you look down now, you see the City of Water, Soleanna” said Tornadus. “...and over there the Castle” he continued.

As the two landed in front of the castle, Tornadus lead Rainbow past the guards and into the wine cellar. The two walked to the location of their hideout. Tornadus stopped and started to drink some of the wine out of the barrel. Rainbow gave a disappointed look. Tornadus then stopped.

“What? Do you want some or something?” he asked drying his lips.

Tornadus walked up to a group of barrels in the corner and looked at one of them. It had a sign saying “Out of order” on it.

“Well that's new” said Tornadus puzzled.

He turned to the one next to it and pulled the front off to reveal an entrance.

“Ladies first” he said as he bowed.

Rainbow climbed into the barrel, followed by Tornadus who closed the entrance behind him as the two crawled through the tunnel.

“This is the best view i’ve had all day”  Tornadus muttered to himself as he followed Rainbow Dash.

Tornadus let out a huge burp.

“That's disgusting” whispered Rainbow holding her nose.

Tornadus shrugged. As they continued they could see the light in front of them. Tornadus grabbed Rainbow’s tail.

“Ow, what was that for?” she asked angrily.

“There is a pressure switch right in front and I kinda don't want the alarm going off right now” Tornadus replied.

Rainbow dash Growled as she stepped over the button. The two Pegasi finally made out of the tunnel.

“Welcome to our training base here you find everything you will need to keep fit” stated Tornadus as he began to show Rainbow around.

“Oh, before I forget, I better tell the princess we made it” said Rainbow.

“Um princess, we made it“

Later that night

As Rainbow was sleeping, Tornadus woke up and began to sneak to a door at the back of the room. On the door it had a makeshift sign saying “The bosses room, No entry”. Tornadus slowly opened the door and began to rummage through all the drawers and shelves until he found a safe. He pressed his ear up to as he turned the dial. After twenty minutes of trying, he finally opened it. Inside was a look of jewelry but Tornadus only took out a locket. He opened it to reveal a picture of family of Pegasi.

“Mother, father, I hope you’re proud of what I’ve become and not what I was but I hope, one day, I meet you face to face again”

Tornadus closed the locket and went back to bed.

One week later

Time 1:56

As the two Pegasi were sleeping, the alarm went off. Rainbow and Tornadus quickly jumped out of bed and were quickly greeted by Rouge.

“Well well, one twin without the other. This is gonna be no challenge at all” complained Rouge, but before he could prepare, Rainbow dashed and punched him into the air. Tornadus began to fly all different directions around him punching him at every pass as he was joined by Rainbow. The two both slammed into the ground as they landed, exhausted. They heard rubble move as Rouge stood up and charged at Tornadus who tried to dodge but Rouge punched him in the face, and before Tornadus hit the ground Rouge span around and bucked him into a pile of weights. Tornadus tired to go get but collapsed. Rouge turned to Rainbow dash who charge at him but she was quickly stopped as Rouge grabbed her. Rainbow quickly headbutted him but he didn't flinch. Rouge grinned as the soul stealer opened up and jabbed rainbow in the chest and pulled out her element. Rouge tossed her aside and left. As Tornadus regained consciousness as he stumbled over to Rainbow dash and picked Celestia’s earring.

“Celestia, I'm sorry I failed you” and collapsed again.
