A man named Daniel, whilst taking a walk through a wooded park, is entreated to more than he desired. In addition, many strange occurrences have the young librarian in a desperate state to sate her ravenous thirst for answers.
Are Daniel's predicament and these occurrences related,or mere coincidence?
Perhaps larger forces may prove to be at work here.

(It occurred to me my first synopsis may have been too heavy handed and may have removed some of the mystery from the first couple of chapters, so here is my attempt at a more subtle and leading approach.)
