When Twilight Sparkle becomes frustrated with a challenging extra credit project, and loses sleep over it, she is encouraged by Princess Celestia to accept Rarity's invitation to go to a winter resort with Spike for a few days of relaxation and snow bound fun. Things don't go according to plan when Spike struggles with his progressing adolescence while Twilight and Rarity struggle with conflicting and volatile emotions.
